Abstract
Description
ヒトROR1に対するモノクローナル抗体を、ニュージーランドシロウサギを免疫することにより作製した。図1に示すように、完全又は不完全フロイントアジュバント(コホート1)又はTitermax Gold(コホート2)と交互のアルヒドロゲル2%(アルム)プラスCpG 2007と、1:1 v/vで混合した組換えヒト又はマウスROR1細胞外ドメイン又はマウス又はヒトROR1を一過性トランスフェクションしたHEK 293細胞で動物を皮下注射で免疫した。図2に示すように、7、14、21、28、及び37日目に追加のブーストを行った。
