Claims (14)
- コアヘッド(78)およびコアボディ(76)を有するコア(74)と、
空間(82)を形成するよう前記コアボディ(76)の周囲に延設されるスプール(80)と、
前記空間(82)において前記スプール(80)に巻き付けられるコイル(84)と、
前記スプール(80)と前記コアヘッド(78)との間に少なくとも部分的に配置されるインダクションプレート(90)と、
を備える車両のサスペンションシステム(20)のためのソレノイドアセンブリ(48)。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記インダクションプレート(90)は、前記スプール(80)と前記コアヘッド(78)との間に配置される最上部リング部(92)を有するソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記最上部リング部(92)の内径部分は、前記コイル(84)の巻き付き部分の内径部分よりも径方向内側に位置するソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項3に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記最上部リング部(92)の外径部分は、前記コイル(84)の巻き付き部分の外径部分よりも径方向外側に位置するソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、インダクションプレート(90)は、前記コアヘッド(78)の周囲を囲繞するように係合するように前記最上部リング部(92)から延設されるブリッジ部(94)を有するソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項5に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記インダクションプレート(90)は、さらに、前記ブリッジ部(94)から径方向外側へ延設されるフック部分(96)を有するソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項6に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、空間が前記フック部分(96)と前記ブリッジ部(94)との間に形成されており、Oリング(98)が前記空間に配置されるソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、溶接境界面(100)が、前記インダクションプレート(90)と前記コア(74)との間に配置されており、溶接境界面(100)が、前記インダクションプレート(90)と前記コア(74)を接続しているソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記インダクションプレート(90)は、導電率が少なくとも1,100,000ジーメンス/mである材料で形成されているソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項9に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記インダクションプレート(90)は銅で形成されているソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項9に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記インダクションプレート(90)はアルミニウムで形成されているソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項9に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、前記インダクションプレート(90)はステンレス鋼で形成されているソレノイドアセンブリ。
- 請求項12に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)であって、
前記スプール(80)と前記コア(74)と前記インダクションプレート(90)との周囲に延設される本体(54)を備えており、
前記本体(54)は、前記コイル(84)に電気的に接続されるよう配置されるケーブル(50)を収容するためのカラー通路(66)が形成されているカラー部(64)を有するソレノイドアセンブリ。 - 軸(A)に沿って第一端部(26)と第二端部(28)との間で延設されるとともにチャンバ(36,38)を形成する外側リザーバチューブ(24)と、
前記チャンバ(36,38)内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるピストンアセンブリ(30)であって、ピストンロッド(32)とピストンヘッド(34)とを有しているピストンアセンブリ(30)と、
前記ピストンロッド(32)に接続される請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のソレノイドアセンブリ(48)と、
を備える車両のサスペンションシステム(20)。
