Description

Claims (20)
- 作動されるバルブ・システムであって、
流れ制御バルブ要素を含むバルブと、
前記バルブと共に組み立てられたアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータは、流体駆動アクチュエータ部材と流体連通する入口ポートを含み、前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材は、前記流れ制御バルブ要素と動作可能に接続され、かつ、少なくとも最小作動圧力までの前記入口ポートの与圧に応答して通常位置から作動位置まで可動であり、前記アクチュエータは、前記入口ポートの減圧の際に前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材を前記通常位置に戻すためにバイアス力を印加するように構成される、アクチュエータと、
前記入口ポートと接続された供給ポートを有するパイロット・バルブであって、前記パイロット・バルブは、第1の位置で前記入口ポートに与圧された流体を供給し、第2の位置で前記パイロット・バルブ内の排気ポートを介して前記入口ポートから与圧された流体を排気するように動作可能である、パイロット・バルブと、
前記パイロット・バルブが前記第2の位置に移動される時に、前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材に抗して前記最小作動圧力より低い非作動正圧を保持するように前記入口ポートと流体連通する背圧配置と、
を備える、システム。 - 前記背圧配置は、前記入口ポート、前記パイロット・バルブ、および前記パイロット・バルブを前記入口ポートに接続するアクチュエータ供給ラインのうちの少なくとも1つと接続するための少なくとも第1の端接続部を有する背圧デバイスを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記背圧デバイスは、チェック・バルブおよびリリーフ・バルブのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記背圧デバイスは、前記パイロット・バルブの排気ポートと共に組み立てられる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記背圧デバイスは、前記パイロット・バルブの供給ポートと共に組み立てられる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記入口ポートとの流体連通する人工的漏出経路をさらに備え、前記人工的漏出経路は、前記パイロット・バルブが前記第2の位置にある間に、前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材に抗して前記非作動正圧を低下させるように構成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工的漏出経路は、60秒未満以内に前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材に抗して前記非作動正圧を低下させるように構成される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工的漏出経路は前記背圧配置と一体化される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記背圧配置は前記アクチュエータ内に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材の前記通常位置から前記作動位置までの移動は、前記流れ制御バルブ要素をシャットオフ位置から流体流れ位置まで移動させる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記非作動正圧は、前記バイアス力より小さい正味戻り力を生み出すように、前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材に抗しかつ前記バイアス力に対抗する制動力を印加する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記正味戻り力は、前記バイアス力の2分の1未満である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材はピストンを備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記非作動正圧は、前記最小作動圧力の約10%~90%である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記パイロット・バルブを前記入口ポートに接続するアクチュエータ供給ラインと接続されたセンサをさらに備え、前記センサは、前記通常位置と前記作動位置との間での前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材の移動、および前記流体駆動アクチュエータ部材を通る与圧された流体の漏れのうちの少なくとも1つに対応する、前記アクチュエータ供給ライン内の流体流れ状態を測定するように構成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは流れセンサを備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは圧力センサを備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 背圧デバイスであって、
入口ポートから出口ポートまで延びる通路を画定する本体と、
前記通路内に配置されたシートと、
前記本体内に配置され、かつ、前記シートとシール係合するようにバイアスされたシール部材であって、前記シール部材は、前記出口ポートを介してセットされた空気圧より大きいあらゆる過剰な空気圧を解放するために、前記セットされた空気圧で前記シートから分離する、シール部材と、
前記入口ポートと流体連通し、かつ、前記セットされた空気圧と等しい入口圧力で約0.25sccmと2.5sccmとの間の漏出速度を提供するように構成された人工的漏出経路と、
を備える、背圧デバイス。 - 前記セットされた空気圧は、約10psiと約60psiとの間にある、請求項18に記載の背圧デバイス。
- 前記人工的漏出経路は、前記本体、前記シート、および前記シール部材のうちの少なくとも1つによって画定される、請求項18に記載の背圧デバイス。
