Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る照明装置1は、図1、図2で示すように、たとえば、自動車の充電口(自動車用充電口)3の照明に使用されるものであり、図3、図4で示すように、ケース5と基板(回路基板)7とカバー部材9とを備えて構成されている。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る照明装置1aについて、図19、図20を参照しつつ説明する。本発明の第2の実施形態に係る照明装置1aは、ケース5の被係止部35の位置、および、ハウジング15の係止部39に位置が、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る照明装置1と異なり、その他の点は、照明装置1と同様に構成されている。

Claims (8)
- 光が透過する材料で有底筒状に形成されているケースと、
光を発する発光体が設けられている基板と、
剛性の高い材料で構成されており、前記発光体を覆うようにして、前記基板に圧入されて設置されており、前記基板とともに前記ケース内に設置されるカバー部材と、
を有する照明装置。 - 前記カバー部材の、前記発光体が発した光が照射される面である被照射面が、前記発光体が発し前記被照射面に照射された光の一部もしくは総てを反射するように構成されている請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- ハウジング本体部と係止部とを備えて構成されているハウジングを有しており、
前記ケースは、ケース本体部と被係止部とを備えて構成されており、
前記ケース本体部は、矩形な枡状に形成されており、
前記ケース本体部の横方向の寸法の値は、前記ケース本体部の縦方向の寸法の値より大きくなっており、
前記ハウジング本体部の横方向の寸法の値は、前記ハウジング本体部の縦方向の寸法の値より大きくなっており、
前記被係止部は、縦方向で前記ケース本体部の両端から突出しており、
前記係止部は、縦方向で前記ハウジング本体部の両端から突出しており、
前記被係止部が前記係止部に係止されることで、前記ケースが前記ハウジングに設置されるように構成されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ケースの内部には、前記基板を押えるための押えリブが設けられている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光体として、第1の発光体と第2の発光体とが設けられており、
前記第1の発光体は、前記基板のおもて面に設けられており、
前記第1の発光体は、前記基板のおもて面から縦方向であって前記基板から離れる方向に光を発するようになっており、
前記第2の発光体は、基板の裏面に設けられており、
前記第2の発光体は、前記基板の裏面から前方向に光を発するようになっており、
前記第1の発光体が発した光の一部が前記カバー部材で反射されて前記ケースに照射され、前記第1の発光体が発した光の残りが前記ケースに直接照射されるように構成されており、
前記第2の発光体が発した光が前記ケースに直接照射されるように構成されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1の発光体は、被照射物である自動車用充電口を照らして照明するために設けられており、
前記第2の発光体は、インジケータとして使用されるものである請求項5に記載の照明装置。 - 前記カバー部材は、
厚さ方向が前後方向になっている平板状に形成されており、横方向の中央部であって縦方向の一方の端部である第1の端に、縦方向の他方の端部である第2の端側に凹んでいる凹部が形成されているカバー本体部と、
厚さ方向が横方向になっている平板状に形成されており、前記カバー本体部の縦方向の第2端側の部位であって横方向の両端の部位から後側に突出している一対のカバー側壁部と、
厚さ方向が横方向になっている平板状に形成されており、縦方向で前記一対のカバー側壁部から離れており、前記カバー本体部の縦方向の第1端側の部位であって横方向の両端の部位から後側に突出している一対のアーム部と、
を備えて構成されており、
前記基板の前側の端部が、前記一対のカバー側壁部と前記一対のアーム部とで挟み込まれていることで、前記カバー部材が前記基板に設置されており、
前後方向で、前記カバー本体部の後側に前記第1の発光体が位置しており、
横方向で、前記一対のカバー側壁部の間に前記第1の発光体が位置しており、
前記第1の発光体が発した光の一部が前記カバー本体部と前記一対のカバー側壁部とで反射されて前記ケースに照射されるように構成されており、
前後方向で、前記カバー本体部の凹部の後側に前記第2の発光体が位置しており、
横方向で、前記一対のアーム部の間に前記第2の発光体が位置しており、
前記第2の発光体が発した光が前記カバー本体部の凹部を通って前記ケースに照射されるように構成されている請求項5または請求項6に記載の照明装置。 - 自動車の充電口の照明に使用される請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
