Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Conventionally, a tape-like yarn having a flat cross-sectional shape obtained by gathering a plurality of fibers in a bundle, as typified by carbon fiber, has been known. Various winding devices for winding are known (see, for example,
These winding devices are provided with a guide support portion that reciprocates along the axial direction of the bobbin, and a plurality of guide rollers arranged side by side on the guide support portion in a manner that intersects the running direction. It is traversed by the reciprocating movement of the supporting portion, and is wound up on a bobbin by being sent out while being guided by each guide roller in sequence.
In order to obtain a high-quality package (yarn wound on a bobbin) with a uniform end surface shape and no twist in the wound fiber, the guide roller provided in the guide device is extremely important. In particular, the stabilization of the running position of the yarn in the guide device is directly linked to the shape of the end surface of the package.
At this time, if guide rolls that are gently curved on both sides in the axial direction are used, the running position of the yarn can be stabilized. large-diameter portion) may come into contact with each other and may be twisted.
In recent years, in order to improve the quality of packages, it is demanded that even carbon fibers of 3K or less called small tow be wound in a flat state without being twisted. It is effective to increase the number of guide rollers along the running direction in order to stably run such a thin yarn such as carbon fiber, which has a small contact area with the guide rollers, on the guide device.
However, if the number of guide rollers in the guide device is increased as described above, the running of the yarn in the guide device is stabilized. There was a problem that it took a long time and the work efficiency decreased.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, first, second and
Needless to say, when the thread is passed between the
In particular, since a large number of yarn winding devices are installed at a yarn winding site, a decrease in yarn threading work efficiency greatly affects the yield of products, resulting in a decrease in package production efficiency.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a yarn winding device capable of easily and reliably hooking a yarn to a guide portion of a guide mechanism.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a yarn winding device for winding a yarn onto a bobbin while traversing it using a guide mechanism, wherein the guide mechanism is a guide that reciprocates along the axial direction of the bobbin. a support portion; a columnar first guide portion supported by the guide support portion in a manner that intersects with the running direction of the yarn; A columnar second guide portion supported by a support portion, and a columnar third guide portion supported by the guide support portion in parallel with the second guide portion with a predetermined distance therebetween. , the second guide portion is configured such that a distal end thereof protrudes in an axial direction more than a distal end portion of the first guide portion, and the yarn extends along one side peripheral surface of the first guide portion; After passing between the first guide portion and the second guide portion, it is hung on the other side peripheral surface of the second guide portion, and the second guide portion and the third and is guided in the traveling direction by being hooked on one side peripheral surface of the third guide portion. In addition, "parallel" in the present invention includes not only perfectly parallel but also substantially parallel.
According to this, when the thread is passed between the second guide portion and the third guide portion of the guide mechanism, the thread is less likely to slip off from the tip portion of the second guide portion. The thread can be easily and surely hung on the part.
Further, the tip of the second guide portion extends in the axial direction with respect to a line segment connecting the fulcrum of the yarn on the upstream side of the first guide portion and the tip portion of the third guide portion. may be configured to protrude into the According to this, when the yarn is passed between the second guide portion and the third guide portion of the guide mechanism, it is possible to reliably prevent the yarn from slipping down from the tip portion of the second guide portion. .
Further, the first guide portion has a tip portion axially extending with respect to a line segment connecting the fulcrum of the yarn on the upstream side of the first guide portion and the tip portion of the third guide portion. It may be configured to protrude. According to this, when the yarn is passed between the second guide portion and the third guide portion of the guide mechanism, it is possible to reliably prevent the yarn from slipping down from the tip portion of the first guide portion. .
Further, the third guide portion may be configured such that a tip portion protrudes in the axial direction more than a tip portion of the second guide portion. According to this, even when the gap between the third guide portion of the guide mechanism and the guide body portion is narrow, the yarn can be easily and reliably passed between the second guide portion and the third guide portion.
At least one of the first, second and third guide parts may include a guide body formed in a columnar shape and a guide tip formed in a conical shape. According to this, the yarn can be easily and reliably hooked on the guide portion by guiding the yarn to the guide body portion along the conical peripheral surface of the guide tip portion of the guide portion.
At least one of the first, second, and third guide portions may be formed with a step portion projecting radially outward at a boundary portion between the guide body portion and the guide tip portion. . According to this, when the yarn is hooked on the guide portion of the guide mechanism, even if the yarn is pulled out to the vicinity of the tip portion of the guide portion, the yarn is caught on the stepped portion of the guide portion, so that the yarn is reliably prevented from slipping down from the guide portion. can be prevented.
Further, the guide tip portion may be detachably provided with respect to the guide body portion. According to this, if the guide tip portion is attached to the guide body portion, the guide portion including the guide tip portion and the guide body portion can be easily configured. A normal guide portion without a tip portion can be easily constructed.
According to the present invention, when the yarn is passed between the second guide portion and the third guide portion of the guide mechanism, the yarn is less likely to slip off from the tip of the second guide portion. A thread can be easily and surely hung on the guide part. Therefore, the yarn threading operation in the yarn winding device can be speeded up, and the production efficiency of the package can be improved.
Next, an embodiment of a yarn winding device (hereinafter referred to as the present device) according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. FIG. In this embodiment, a tape-like yarn L having a flat cross-sectional shape, which is formed by gathering a plurality of fibers in a bundle, such as carbon fiber, is used as the yarn. The vertical direction in FIG. 2 is the vertical direction of the device, the horizontal direction in FIG. 2 is the horizontal direction of the device, and the horizontal direction in FIG. 3 is the front-back direction of the device.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, this device includes a
The
The
Further, the
The
The
The
Specifically, the upper
As a result, the yarn L is hooked on the rear peripheral surface of the
In the present embodiment, the
4, the degree of protrusion of the tip of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the degree of protrusion of the tip of the
Further, the
The
Next, the operation of threading the yarn L in this device will be described.
First, the end of the yarn L is gripped with one hand F, and the yarn L is hooked on the
Next, the thread L is pulled out downward and is hooked on the
Next, the thread L is pulled out further downward and is hung on the
At this time, since the
In this regard, in the present embodiment, the

Also, in the
Further, the
Further, although the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the first, second and
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the first, second and
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Further, as the guide portion for guiding the yarn L, a roller type guide portion that can rotate about an axis is used, but a fixed type guide portion that does not rotate about an axis may be used.
