Claims (4)
- 燃料電池スタックと、
バッテリと、
前記燃料電池スタックと前記バッテリの電力を使って走行用のトルクを出力することができるとともに車両の慣性エネルギを使って発電することができるモータジェネレータと、
直流端に前記燃料電池スタックと前記バッテリが接続されており、交流端に前記モータジェネレータが接続されているインバータと、
前記直流端の電圧を計測する電圧センサと、
前記直流端に接続されている電力消費デバイスと、
制御器と、を備えており、
前記制御器は、
前記電圧センサの計測値が過電圧閾値を超えており、かつ、前記バッテリが充電不可状態の場合には、前記計測値が前記過電圧閾値を下回るまで前記電力消費デバイスを駆動し、
前記計測値が前記過電圧閾値を超えており、かつ、前記バッテリが充電可能状態の場合には、前記燃料電池スタックまたは前記バッテリの出力電圧を計測する別の電圧センサを用いて前記直流端の電圧を推定しつつ前記モータジェネレータを駆動する、
燃料電池車。 - 前記制御器は、前記バッテリが前記直流端から電気的に遮断されている場合に前記バッテリが充電不可状態であると判断する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車。
- 前記バッテリに出入りする電流を計測する電流センサを備えており、
前記制御器は、前記電流センサの計測値がゼロを示しているときに、前記バッテリが充電不可状態であると判断する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車。 - 前記電力消費デバイスに設定されている許可電圧上限値が、前記燃料電池スタックの出力電圧上限値よりも高い、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池車。
