Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、アクティブサウンドデザインによって車両乗員の心の状態を刺激する装置を備えた車両に関する。その装置は、少なくとも2つの音源を有するサウンド出力装置2を制御するためのサウンド制御システム1を有し、そのサウンド制御システム1は、車両乗員の心の状態を刺激するためのバイノーラルビートを車両乗員が知覚するように、サウンド出力装置2を制御するように構成されており、そのバイノーラルビートの周波数は可変である。サウンド制御システム1は、車両乗員の現在の心の状態及び/又は所望の心の状態を決定するための決定装置3を有し、サウンド制御システム1は、現在の心の状態及び/又は所望の心の状態に依存してバイノーラルビートの周波数を変化させるように構成されている。

Claims (10)
- アクティブサウンドデザインによって車両乗員の心の状態を刺激する装置を備えた車両であって、
前記装置は、少なくとも2つの音源を有するサウンド出力装置(2)を制御するためのサウンド制御システム(1)を有し、
前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記車両乗員の前記心の状態を刺激するためのバイノーラルビートを前記車両乗員が知覚するように、前記サウンド出力装置(2)を制御するように構成されており、
前記バイノーラルビートの周波数は可変であり、
前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記車両乗員の現在の心の状態及び/又は所望の心の状態を決定するための決定装置(3)を有し、
前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記現在の心の状態及び/又は前記所望の心の状態に依存して前記バイノーラルビートの前記周波数を変化させるように構成されている、車両。 - 前記決定装置(3)は、前記現在の心の状態及び/又は前記所望の心の状態を決定するためのAIユニットを含み、及び/又は、
前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記現在の心の状態及び/又は前記所望の心の状態に基づいて前記サウンド出力装置(2)を制御するように構成されたAIユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記決定装置(3)は識別装置を有し、
前記識別装置は、前記車両乗員を識別するように、特にバイオメトリックデータに基づいて前記車両乗員を識別するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記決定装置(3)は、前記車両乗員の生物学的データに基づいて、前記現在の心の状態を決定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記車両は、前記生物学的データを検出するためのセンサを備え、及び/又は、
前記決定装置(3)は、前記車両乗員の前記生物学的データを検出するセンサにアクセスするように構成されている、請求項4に記載の車両。 - 前記生物学的データは、心拍、瞬き、体温、発汗、眼球運動、支配的な脳周波数、及び/又は血圧である、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記決定装置(3)は、前記車両乗員の今後の予定が記入された電子カレンダにアクセスするように構成され、及び、次の今後の予定に関するデータに基づいて、前記所望の心の状態を決定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記バイノーラルビートを生成するための音に加えて、前記車両乗員の知覚において前記バイノーラルビートに重なる更なる音を、前記車両乗員が知覚するように、前記サウンド出力装置(2)を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記バイノーラルビートの周波数は、0.1Hzから50Hzまでである、請求項1に記載の車両。
- アクティブサウンドデザインによって、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の車両の使用の下に、車両乗員の心の状態を刺激する方法であって、
ここで、前記車両は、少なくとも2つの音源を有するサウンド出力装置(2)を制御するためのサウンド制御システム(1)を備えており、前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記車両乗員の前記心の状態を刺激するための、特定の周波数のバイノーラルビートを前記車両乗員が知覚するように、前記サウンド出力装置(2)を制御するように構成されており、前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記車両乗員の前記現在の心の状態及び/又は前記所望の心の状態を決定するための決定装置(3)を有しているものであり、
前記サウンド制御システム(1)は、前記バイノーラルビートの周波数が前記現在の心の状態及び/又は前記所望の心の状態に依存するように、前記サウンド出力装置(2)を制御する、方法。
