Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fall prevention device provided in a safety fence of a gate plate that is provided in an opening of a vehicle and is raised and lowered between the ground surface and the floor surface inside the vehicle.

Since the loading platform of a truck, which is a vehicle for transporting cargo, is mounted on a chassis frame consisting of wheels, a ladder-shaped frame, a suspension mechanism, etc., there is a considerable difference in height between the floor of the vehicle and the ground. , which is a hindrance to loading and unloading luggage.

In order to improve the workability of loading and unloading cargo and reduce the burden on workers, a tail plate that is used when loading cargo is raised and lowered between the ground and the floor of the loading platform. Gating mechanisms are known. Such a gate plate is usually attached to the rear end of the truck, and has a structure in which the gate plate is raised and lowered while being maintained in a horizontal state in order to prevent cargo from falling on the gate plate.

In recent years, it has been proposed to provide side guards on the gate plate in order to prevent cargo during work from accidentally falling off the side edge of the gate plate (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).

In addition, the present applicant has arranged a light-emitting body on the side edge of the gate plate so that the operator can easily see the side edge of the gate plate when working at night or in a dark place. A technique has also been proposed that allows easy recognition of edges in the width direction (see Patent Literature 2).

Furthermore, workers may lose their balance when carrying out cargo handling work on the gate plate. At that time, if a safety fence that the worker can grasp by hand is installed, the worker can work with peace of mind. It is conceivable to install a safety fence at the position where In order to solve such a technical problem, for example, a safety fence is provided on a gate plate that can be lifted and lowered to guide a wheelchair or the like from the rear of the vehicle into the vehicle, and the safety fence opens and closes in conjunction with the opening and closing of the gate plate. mechanism has been proposed (see Patent Document 3, for example).

特開2017-030628号公報Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-030628 特開2019-006246号公報JP 2019-006246 A 特開平08-020277号公報JP-A-08-020277

By the way, in the prior art described above, even if the safety fences are installed at opposite positions at both the right and left edges of the gate plate in the vehicle width direction, the rear side of the gate plate remains open. . Therefore, when the gate plate is raised and lowered with a load placed on the gate plate, the vibration and rocking motion caused by the lifting operation cause the load on the gate plate to move behind the gate plate. There is a risk of it collapsing or falling.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned facts, and its main technical problem is to provide a safety fence of a gate plate that is arranged at the opening of the vehicle and is raised and lowered between the ground surface and the floor surface inside the vehicle. By setting the fall prevention device including the fall prevention belt 91 as described above, for example, when the gate plate 2 is moved up and down with a load piled up on the gate plate 2, the load collapses and the gate plate 2 does not move. prevent falling backwards from the In addition, when the gate plate 2 is set flush with the floor surface inside the vehicle and the worker moves the cargo between the inside of the vehicle and the gate plate 2, the fall prevention belt 91 is used. By pulling out and connecting the connecting end portion 92 to the connected portion 80, the worker's anxiety about the falling of the load is suppressed, and the work safety is further improved.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the fall prevention belt 91 is accommodated inside the second handrail portion 32 that connects the upper portion of the first standing member 34A and the upper portion of the second standing member 34B of the second safety fence 30. It is shown. When the fall prevention belt 91 is housed in the second handrail portion 32, the hook-shaped connecting end portion 92 stops at the delivery portion 90 and is exposed rearward.

FIG. 4(a) shows a plan view of the first handrail portion 22 of the first safety fence 20 and the second handrail portion 32 of the second safety fence 30 (for convenience of explanation, the distance between the two is are filled in). FIG. 4B shows a side view of the second handrail portion 32. As shown in FIG. The second handrail portion 32 shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B shows a state in which the fall prevention belt 91 is stored inside the second handrail portion 32, and for convenience of explanation, the internal configuration is shown. It is shown transparently.

As understood from FIGS. 4A and 4B, an elastic member 93 is arranged inside the second handrail portion 32 (the shape of the spring in the intermediate portion is omitted). The elastic member 93 is, for example, a tension coil spring. One end portion 93a of the elastic member 93 is engaged with the end portion of the second handrail portion 32 on the front side of the vehicle (left side in the drawing), and the other end portion 93b extends in the second handrail portion 32 in the longitudinal direction. is locked to a locking portion 94a of a belt slider 94 held slidably. The belt slider 94 is formed with a winding portion 95 around which the fall prevention belt 91 is wound. The winding portion 95 of the present embodiment includes a first winding portion 95a disposed on the vehicle rear side (right side in the figure) along the longitudinal direction of the second handrail portion 32, and a first winding portion 95a disposed on the vehicle front side. and a second winding portion 95b. A belt fixing portion 96 to which the fixed end portion 91a of the fall prevention belt 91 is fixed is arranged inside the second handrail portion 32 on the delivery portion 90 side. The fall prevention belt 91 having the fixed end portion 91a fixed to the belt fixing portion 96 is first wound around the first winding portion 95a of the belt slider 94 and reversed, and arranged in the vicinity of the belt fixing portion 96. It is wound around the belt reversing portion 97 that has been turned and is reversed, and is further wound around the second winding portion 95 b of the belt slider 94 and is reversed, and the connecting end portion 92 of the fall prevention belt 91 is connected to the second handrail portion 32 . is latched to the feeding portion 90 of the . In addition, in the second handrail portion 32 of the present embodiment, a guide pin 98 is also disposed for separating the fall prevention belt 91 that is reversed at the belt reversing portion 97 so as not to interfere with the belt fixing portion 96. . Due to the above-described configuration, the tensile force of the elastic member 93 described above always acts on the belt slider 94 , and the fall prevention belt 91 is entirely pulled into the second handrail portion 32 .

In the fall prevention device having the above configuration, when the fall prevention belt 91 is extended as shown in FIGS. The connecting end portion 92 is grasped and pulled, and the fall prevention belt 91 is extended from the extension portion 90 of the second handrail portion 32 . Along with this, the belt slider 94 disposed inside the second handrail portion 32 moves in the direction indicated by the arrow R9 in FIGS. slide. Here, the length of the fall prevention belt 91 is extended from the extension portion 90 of the second handrail portion 32, and the connecting end portion 92 reaches the connected portion 80 on the side of the first handrail portion 22, and the connecting end portion 92 is set to a length that includes only play enough to engage the to-be-coupled portion 80 . As a result, even if a force is exerted to pull out the fall prevention belt 91 further, it is prevented from being stretched more than necessary and bent, and even if the baggage piled up on the gate plate 2 is about to collapse, the fall prevention belt 91 is prevented from falling. A belt 91 supports the load and prevents the load from collapsing. Further, as described above, when the fall prevention belt 91 is not used, it is completely housed inside the second handrail portion 32, so that it does not become an obstacle. Furthermore, as described above, the fall prevention belt 91 is provided inside the second handrail portion 32 by the belt fixing portion 96 on the delivery portion 90 side and the belt slider 94 that slides inside the second handrail portion 32. 95 and stored, and unlike a generally known belt partition device, it is not wound into a roll. There is no need to provide a take-up portion, and even if the drop prevention belt 91 is made thicker, the external configuration can be simplified.

Further, as described above, the fall prevention device of this embodiment has a mechanism for reducing the pulling force of the operator, whose principle can be explained by using a so-called movable pulley. More specifically, the first winding portion 95a and the second winding portion 95b constituting the winding portion 95 correspond to moving pulleys, the belt reversing portion 97 corresponds to a fixed pulley, and the first winding portion 95a. And since the belt slider 94 on which the second winding part 95b is arranged is pulled by the elastic member 93 (tension coil spring), it is necessary to draw out the fall prevention belt 91 by pulling the connecting end part 92. Due to the principle of the movable pulley, the tensile force is reduced to 1/4 compared to when the above mechanism is not provided.

In the above-described embodiment, an example is shown in which the fall prevention belt 91 of the fall prevention device mounted based on the present invention is housed in the second handrail portion 32 of the second safety fence 30 and fed out, but this The invention is not limited to this. A connecting portion 80 is formed on the rear end side of the second handrail portion 32 of the fence 30, and the connecting end portion 92 of the fall prevention belt 91 extended from the first handrail portion 22 of the first safety fence 20 is connected to the second safety fence 20. It can also be configured to be coupled to the coupled portion 80 of the second handrail portion 32 of the fence 30 .

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the fall prevention belt 91 is housed in the first handrail portion 22 of the first safety fence 20 or the second handrail portion 32 of the second safety fence 30 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the first upright member 24A and the second upright member 24B of the first safety fence 20 are horizontally connected separately from the first handrail portion 22 and the second handrail portion 32. A first horizontal member and a second horizontal member that horizontally connects the first upright member 24A and the second upright member 24B of the second safety fence 30 are newly provided, and the first horizontal member and the second horizontal member It is also possible to configure the fall prevention device of the present invention by arranging a structure for accommodating the fall prevention belt 91 described above on either one of them and forming the coupled portion 80 on the other side.

As described above, the safety fence (the first safety fence 20 and the second safety fence 30) of this embodiment is a safety fence that can change its posture between the folded state and the standing state on the gate plate 2. used in fences. The support structure of the safety fence of this embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. 6 to 10 in addition to FIG. In addition, the support structure of the safety fence of the embodiment described below is merely an example, and the support structure of the safety fence to which the fall prevention device of the present invention is applied is not limited to this.

FIG. 6 shows a first upright member 24A of the first safety fence 20 in a state where the first safety fence 20 is folded with respect to the gate plate 2 shown in FIG. 1(a), and the first upright member 24A. The first support base 40 that supports the is shown in an enlarged manner. In addition, in FIG. 6, for the convenience of explaining the support structure between the first upright member 24A and the first support base 40, a part of the configuration is shown transparently.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first support base 40 includes a rectangular plate-shaped plate member 41 fixed on the load receiving surface 4 of the gate plate 2 and perpendicular to the plate member 41 and facing each other. A pair of rotating shaft support members 43 and 44 erected at positions, a connecting member 45 connecting the pair of rotating shaft support members 43 and 44 on the right edge portion 10 side of the gate plate 2, and a rotating shaft support member. An engaged member 46 is provided at an intermediate position between 43 and 44 and engages with an engaging member described later. The plate member 41 has bolts inserted into the four corners of the plate member 41 from below the gate plate 2 and is fixed by nuts B on the upper surface of the plate member 41 .

A rotating shaft 241 is arranged on the one end side of the first upright member 24A, and serves as a rotation center when the posture of the first upright member 24A changes from the retracted state to the upright state. The rotary shaft 241 is supported by two extension plates 243 and 244 that extend from one end of the first upright member 24A and are arranged to face each other in the X direction. It is rotatably supported by shaft support members 43 and 44 .

The support structure by the first upright member 24A and the first support base 40 will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 7 in addition to FIG.

The first upright member 24A includes a first connecting rod 245 supported so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction (the Y direction in the drawing) of the first upright member 24A. A slide shaft 246 is provided on one end side of the first connecting rod 245 so as to be integrally movably connected with the first connecting rod 245, and an end portion on the one end side of the slide shaft 246 is provided as an engaging member. is rotatably supported. The slide shaft 246 is inserted movably relative to support plates 248a, 248b which are longitudinally spaced and fixed to connect the extension plates 243, 244 of the first upright member 24A. , through a coiled compression spring 247 disposed between the support plates 248a and 248b. One side of the compression spring 247 abuts on a support plate 248a, and the other side is supported by a pin 249 that penetrates in a direction perpendicular to the slide shaft 246 and is held. With such a configuration, the rotating roller 242 of the first upright member 24A is pressed toward one end side of the first upright member 24A, that is, toward the engaged member 46 side of the first support base 40. . In this embodiment, as described above, the slide shaft 246, which is another member, is connected to one end side of the first connecting rod 245 via the connecting portion 245a. may be integrally formed.

As shown in FIG. 7, the engaged member 46 of the first support base 40 is engaged with a rotating roller 242, which is an engaging member, when the first safety fence 20 is in the retracted state. The first engagement recess 461 that maintains the stored state of the safety fence 20 and the rotating roller 242 that engages when the first safety fence 20 is in the upright state to maintain the upright state of the first safety fence 20. The second engagement recess 462, the first engagement recess 461, and the second engagement recess 462 are connected, and the rotating roller 242 rotates when the state of the first safety fence 20 changes between the retracted state and the standing state. and a connecting portion 463 on which the moves.

In the above description, the support structure configured by the first upright member 24A and the first support base 40 has been described. 50 is also provided with a support structure similar to the configuration described above. That is, the second upright member 24B is provided with a second connecting rod (not shown) corresponding to the first connecting rod 245, and the rotating roller 242 is provided at one end of the second connecting rod. A rotating roller (not shown) corresponding to is arranged, and an engaged member (not shown) corresponding to the above-mentioned engaged member 46 is also arranged on the second support base 50 . 1 and 6, the first safety fence 20 includes the other end of the first connecting rod 245 and the other end of the second connecting rod of the second upright member 24B (not shown). A rod connecting bar 29 extending horizontally connecting the two sides is provided. Further, a long hole 240, which is formed substantially in the center of the first upright member 24A in FIG. 6 and into which the end of the core member 29b of the rod connecting bar 29 is inserted, is also formed in the substantially center of the second upright member 24B. , the rod connecting bar 29 is supported so as to be able to move parallel in the longitudinal direction of the first standing member 24A and the second standing member 24B. With such a configuration, by moving the rod connecting bar 29 in parallel along the long hole 240, the rotating roller 242, which is the engaging member of the first standing member 24A, and the engaging member of the second standing member 24B (not shown) can be moved along the longitudinal direction of the first upright member 24A and the second upright member 24B.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the first safety fence 20 of the present embodiment has a rotating roller 242 that engages the first engaging recess 461 and the second engaging recess 462 of the engaged member 46 described above. A first disengagement mechanism 28 is provided that functions as an disengagement member for disengagement. The configuration and function of the first disengagement mechanism 28 of this embodiment will be described more specifically with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1, the first disengagement mechanism 28 of the present embodiment is arranged at a substantially intermediate position between the first upright member 24A and the second upright member 24B on the first handrail portion 22. . In this embodiment, a resin flat belt is employed. The cord-like member 281 has one end portion 281a fixed to the fixed connection portion 283 of the belt bracket 282, and an annular grip portion 281b that is gripped and pulled by the operator.

The cord-like member 281 having the one end 281a fixed to the fixed connecting portion 283 of the belt bracket 282 is wound around the rod connecting bar 29 and turned over to be adjacent to the fixed connecting portion 283 of the belt bracket 282. It is wound around the arranged fixed winding portion 284 and turned over to one end side. With this configuration, the rod connecting bar 29 moves along the longitudinal direction of the first upright member 24A and the second upright member 24B by pulling the grip portion 281b of the rope member 281 in the direction indicated by the arrow R4. Functions as a hook. 6 and 7, the rod connecting bar 29 includes at least a hollow pipe-shaped outer portion 29a and a core member 29b. As shown in FIG. By pulling in the direction indicated by R4 as described above, the outer portion 29a of the rod connecting bar 29 can be smoothly moved in the direction indicated by the arrow R5 while being rotated.

In FIG. 9, by operating the first disengagement mechanism 28, the first safety fence 20 moves from the retracted state (a) folded on the gate plate 2 to the intermediate state (b), and then stands up. A mode of changing to state (c) is shown.

First, when the first safety fence 20 is in the stored state (a) shown in FIG. 461 side is pressed and engaged. Thereby, the first safety fence 20 is fixed in the housed state (a). Here, the operator grabs the grip portion 281b of the cord-like member 281 of the first disengagement mechanism 28 and pulls it in the direction indicated by the arrow R4 in FIG. As described above, the rod connecting bar 29 connects the rotating roller 242 via the first connecting rod 245 of the first upright member 24A and the rotating roller (not shown) via the second connecting rod of the second upright member 24B. ). Therefore, the tensile force acting on the cord-like member 281 acts in the direction indicated by the arrow R6 in FIG. The engagement of the rotating roller 242 with the first engaging recess 461 of the engaged member 46 is released. At the same time, the engagement of the rotating roller (not shown) of the second upright member 24B with the first engaging recess of the engaged member (not shown) of the second support base 50 is also released.

As can be understood from the intermediate state (b) shown in FIG. 9, the first safety fence 20 is raised in the direction indicated by the arrow R7, and the operator, while holding the first handrail portion 22, enters the standing state (c ), the posture of the first safety fence 20 can be changed. At this time, it is possible to let go of the cord-like member 281, and the rotating roller 242 of the first standing member 24A is moved while being in contact with the above-described connecting portion 463 of the engaged member 46, thereby providing the first safety. The fence 20 is in an upright state (c) standing upright with respect to the gate plate 2 (see also FIG. 10). As a result, the rotating roller 242 is pressed against the engaged member 46 by the action of the compression spring 247 and automatically engages with the second engaging recess 462, resulting in an upright state (c) (see FIG. 10). , the rotating shaft support members 43 and 44 are omitted for convenience of explanation). A stepped portion 243 a is provided on the side of the extension plate 243 that abuts on the connecting member 45 of the first support base 40 , and the rotating roller 242 engages with the second engaging concave portion 462 of the engaged member 46 . When engaged, the stepped portion 243 a comes into contact with the connecting member 45 of the first support base 40 . The other extension plate 244 is also formed with a stepped portion having a similar shape and abuts on the connecting member 45 . As a result, the rotating roller 242 engages with the second engaging recess 462 to prevent the first safety fence 20 from falling inward and to prevent the first safety fence 20 from falling outward. The posture of the standing state (c) is well maintained.

By the way, the above first disengagement mechanism 28 has a structure that reduces the pulling force of the operator, whose principle can be explained by using a so-called movable pulley. That is, the fixed winding portion 284 of the first engagement release mechanism 28 corresponds to a so-called fixed pulley, and the rod connecting bar 29 corresponds to a so-called movable pulley. According to such a configuration, the force when the operator pulls the cord-like member 281 to release the engagement of the rotating roller 242 with the first engaging recess 461 against the compression spring force of the compression spring 247 is It is halved compared to the case without this configuration. As a result, the operator can select a stronger spring force of the compression spring 247 within the range of tensile force that can be applied to the rope-like member 281, and the first safety fence 20 is in the retracted state ( The state of a) or the standing state (c) can be maintained more appropriately.

When the first safety fence 20 is changed from the upright state (c) to the retracted state (a), the operator pulls the grip portion 281b of the rope-like member 281, and the pulling force is applied to the moving winding. It acts on the rod connecting bar 29 functioning as a part to release the engagement of the rotating roller 242 with the second engaging recess 462, and the second engagement of the rotating roller (not shown) in the second upright member 24B. After the first safety fence 20 is in the intermediate state (b) by also releasing the engagement with the joint recess, it can be in the retracted state (a) in which the gate plate 2 is folded.

Furthermore, the second safety fence 30 shown in FIG. 1 also has a support structure similar to that of the first safety fence 20 described above. By pulling the member, the rod connecting bar 39 of the second safety fence 30 is moved to move the second safety fence 30 between the retracted state shown in FIG. 1(a) and the upright state shown in FIG. 1(b). (detailed description is omitted).

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which a tension coil spring is employed as the elastic member 93 that exerts a tensile force on the fall prevention belt 91 in one of the safety fences in which the fall prevention belt 91 is accommodated is shown. However, the invention is not so limited and includes alternative embodiments employing other elastic members. Alternative embodiments employing other elastic members are described below with reference to FIGS. 11-13. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the second safety fence 30 described above is replaced with the second handrail 32, and the second handrail 32' is used as the second safety fence 30'. This shows an example in which the fall prevention belt 91 is stored in the portion 32', and the same members as those provided in the second safety fence 30 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are given the same numbers. , detailed description is omitted.

FIG. 11(a) shows a plan view of the first handrail portion 22 of the first safety fence 20 and the second handrail portion 32' of the second safety fence 30' (for convenience of explanation, both spaced out). FIG. 11(b) shows a side view of the second handrail portion 32'.

As understood from FIGS. 11(a) and 11(b), inside the second handrail portion 32', instead of the elastic member 93 described with reference to FIG. is installed. The elastic member 99 attached to the second handrail portion 32' will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.

The elastic member 99 shown in FIG. 12 includes a plurality of spiral springs, and includes a first spiral spring 992, a second spiral spring 993, and a third spiral spring 994 supported by a spiral spring case 991. . The spiral spring case 991 is composed of a pair of side wall portions 991a, 991a, a front wall portion 991b, and a rear wall portion 991c. A spiral coil 992a constituting the first spiral spring 992, a spiral coil 993a constituting the second spiral spring 993, and a spiral coil 994a constituting the third spiral spring 994 are made of thin metal plates. One ends of 993a and spiral coil 994a are respectively fixed to rotating shafts 992b, 993b and 994b supported by a pair of side wall portions 991a and 991a.

Further, the other ends of the spiral coil 992a, the spiral coil 993a, and the spiral coil 994a are superimposed and connected together by a fastener 995 such as a rivet. One end portion 997a of the wire 997 formed by is connected by a connector 996 made of, for example, a bolt and nut. Due to the above configuration, the elastic member 99 stores energy for drawing the wire 997 connected to the other end in the direction indicated by the arrow R10. That is, when the wire 997 is pulled out in the direction indicated by the arrow R11, a pulling force acts on the wire 997 in the direction indicated by the arrow R10.

The other ends of the spiral coil 992a, the spiral coil 993a, and the spiral coil 994a are pulled out from an opening 991d formed in the rear wall portion 991c of the spiral spring case 991. As shown in FIG. A front wall portion 991b of the spiral spring case 991 is formed with a plurality of female screw holes 991e, and as shown in FIG. side) is fixed by a plurality of bolts 998 .

The other end portion 997b of the wire 997 is engaged with the engaging portion 94a of the belt slider 94 held so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction inside the second handrail portion 32'. As a result, the tensile force of the elastic member 99 described above acts on the belt slider 94, and the fall prevention belt 91 is pulled into the second handrail portion 32' (the configuration of the belt slider 94 will be described earlier). see the description of the embodiment described above).

In the fall prevention device including the elastic member 99 of another embodiment described above, when the fall prevention belt 91 is extended as shown in FIG. A person grasps the connecting end portion 92 and pulls out the fall prevention belt 91 from the delivery portion 90 of the second handrail portion 32'. Along with this, the belt slider 94 disposed inside the second handrail portion 32′ moves in the direction indicated by the arrow R12 in FIGS. slide. It should be noted that the length of the fall prevention belt 91 is fed out from the feeding portion 90 of the second handrail portion 32', and the connecting end portion 92 is connected to the first handrail portion 22 side as in the above-described embodiment. The length is set to include only play enough to reach the portion 80 and engage the coupling end 92 with the coupled portion 80 . Also, when the fall prevention belt 91 is not used, it is stored inside the second handrail portion 32' by the action of the elastic member 99, so that it does not become an obstacle.

Since the elastic member 99 employs a spiral spring known as a constant force spring, the tensile force when pulling the fall prevention belt 91 is greater than the pullout amount compared to the case where a tension coil spring is employed. Stable regardless. In addition, by adopting the spiral spring, the space required for securing a tensile force equivalent to that of a tension coil spring can be reduced. In particular, by connecting a plurality of small-diameter flat spiral springs as in the above-described embodiment, it is possible to easily arrange them in a handrail configured in a narrow space while ensuring necessary tensile force. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, one end of the spiral coil 992a, the spiral coil 993a, and the spiral coil 994a of the elastic member 99 and the belt slider 94 are connected by the wire 997. Even when the present invention is applied to a gate plate having a size different from that of the gate plate 2, for example, a gate plate having a short front-to-rear length and a wide width, it can be handled by adjusting the length of the wire 997. and is highly versatile. The number of spiral springs constituting the elastic member 99 is not particularly limited, and is appropriately adjusted according to the required tensile force, including the case of one. Further, in the above-described embodiment, as a connecting member for connecting one end portion of the spiral coil 992a, the spiral coil 993a, and the spiral coil 994a of the elastic member 99 to the belt slider 94, for example, a stainless steel wire 997 is used for connection. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is also possible to use other materials such as wires, ball chains, and ropes as connecting members.
