実施例1
nOMV産生
実施例において用いられるnOMVは、例えばClin Vaccine Immunol. 2016 Apr; 23(4): 304-314に開示されるとおり、ネズミチフス菌又はN.メニンギティディスB株から調製された、GMMA小胞である。前記nOMVの特徴は、次の表2に示されている。
BS3リンカーを介したnOMVコンジュゲーション(Pfs25-ネズミチフス菌nOMVコンジュゲーション)
マラリア抗原Pfs25を下に記載される手順に従ってネズミチフス菌nOMV小胞にコンジュゲートした。100mMホウ酸緩衝液pH9中タンパク質濃度4mg/mLのnOMVに、BS3リンカー(反応混合物中48mg/mL)を加えた。混合物を25℃の制御温度で30分間、インキュベートした。この後、活性化nOMVを超遠心(110000rpm、16分間、4℃)によって精製し、Pfs25抗原を直ちに加えた。コンジュゲーションステップでは、1:1比のnOMV:Pfs25をPBS中Pfs25濃度2.7mg/mlで、室温での一晩インキュベーションに使用した。コンジュゲートを超遠心(110000rpm、16分間、4℃)によって精製し、PBS中に再懸濁した。SDS page/ウエスタンブロット分析による特徴付けにより、コンジュゲート形成が確認された。競合的ELISAによる分析は、最終コンジュゲートにおいて全タンパク質に対するPfs25のw/w比として19.2%を示した。中間体活性化nOMVは、62%のNH2基がリンカーで誘導体化され、及びnOMV上のNH2基の32%に活性エステル基が導入されたことによって特徴付けられた。dlsによって検証されたとおり、BS3を用いるnOMV活性化及び続くコンジュゲーションの両方のステップにおいて交差結合(crosslinking)は確認されなかった。
BS3化学(リサイクルfHbp)によってネズミチフス菌nOMVに連結されたfHbp v2
fHbp v2抗原をBS3化学によってネズミチフス菌nOMVにコンジュゲートした。その反応は、nOMV-BS3に対するfHbpのw/w比1、PBS中0.92mg/mLのfHbp v2濃度を用いた実施によって行った。さらなるコンジュゲートは、第1のコンジュゲーションバッチから未反応fHbp v2をリサイクルし、nOMV-BS3の新鮮バッチを用いるコンジュゲーションのためにそれを再使用し、同じコンジュゲーション条件を使用することによって作製した。SDS PAGEウエスタンブロット分析は、リサイクルされたfHbp v2も用いてコンジュゲート形成を確認した。
本発明によるSH-マレイミド化学によってネズミチフス菌nOMVに連結されたCSP及び(NANP)3-SH
実施例4.1: N-ε-マレイミドカプロイル-オキシスクシンイミドエステル(EMCS)リンカーを用いるCSP誘導体化
PBS中270μg/mLの濃度のCSPに、EMCSリンカー(DMSO中10mg/mL溶液として)をリンカーとタンパク質のLys残基とのモル比が1:1になるように加えた。溶液を室温で4時間混合し、次に誘導体化タンパク質を10mM MES pH6に対してPD10カラムによって精製した。得られた産物をマイクロBCAによって特徴付けた(64%回収)。
nOMVを100mMホウ酸緩衝液pH8に再懸濁し、100mMホウ酸緩衝液pH11中に2.6mg/mL DTT、13.16mg/mL EDTA及び7.04mg/mL N-アセチル-DL-ホモシステインチオラクトンリンカーを含有する活性化緩衝液を加えた。nOMVは2.3mg/mLであり、GMMA上のNH2基に対するリンカーのモル比は7に等しかった。nOMV-SHを超遠心(110000rpm、4℃、1時間)によって精製し、100mM MES緩衝液pH6中に回収した。nOMV-SHをマイクロBCAによって(80%タンパク質回収)及びTNBSによって特徴付けたところ、NH2基の54%が活性化されたことが示された。
nOMVを100mM NaPi pH7.2に再懸濁し、それにEMCSリンカー(DMSO中20mg/mL溶液として)をリンカーとタンパク質のLys残基とのモル比が0.6:1となり、nOMV濃度が3.94mg/mLとなるように加えた。その反応物を、室温で4時間混合し続け、nOMV-EMCSを超遠心(110000rpm、4℃、1時間)によって精製した。誘導体化nOMVを100mM MES緩衝液pH6中に回収した。nOMV-EMCSを、活性化NH2基の割合(30%)を評価するためにマイクロBCA(87%タンパク質回収)及びTNBS及びエルマン比色分析法によって特徴付けた。
EMCSリンカーにより予め誘導体化したCSPタンパク質を、nOMV-SHにコンジュゲートした。コンジュゲーションは、100mM MES pH6中96.7μg/mLのCSP濃度で、nOMVとCSPとの比1:1 w/wで実施した。反応物を室温で4時間混合し続け、コンジュゲートを超遠心(110000rpm、4℃、1時間)によって精製し、PBS中に回収した。全タンパク質含有量に対するコンジュゲート化CSPの量は、コンジュゲーション混合物のHPLC-SEC分析によって評価されて0.33(w/w)であった。SDS PAGE/ウエスタンブロット分析により、コンジュゲート形成が確認された。
末端Cys残基を有する(NANP)3-SHタンパク質を、MES 100mM pH6中のnOMV-EMCSに、8.7mg/mLの濃度で、nOMVに対して1のw/w比で加えた。反応物を室温で4時間混合し続け、コンジュゲートを超遠心(110000rpm、4℃、1時間)によって精製し、PBS中に回収した。全タンパク質含有量に対するコンジュゲート化(NANP)3の量は、コンジュゲート上のエルマン及びHPAEC-PAD分析による算出で0.31(w/w)であった。SDS PAGE/ウエスタンブロット分析は、コンジュゲート形成を確認した。
マウスにおける実施例4のコンジュゲートの免疫原性
マウスを実施例4に従って調製したnOMV-CSP及びnOMV-(NANP)3コンジュゲートによって0及び28日目に皮下免疫した。用量あたり2μg CSP又は(NANP)3の物理的混合物nOMV+CSPと、比較した。抗CSP IgG力価を0、14、28及び42日目に測定し、結果を図1Aに示す。
SH-マレイミド又はクリック化学によってネズミチフス菌nOMVに連結されたfHbp v1.1
実施例6.1:SHリンカーによるネズミチフス菌nOMV誘導体化
nOMVを100mMホウ酸緩衝液pH8に懸濁し、100mMホウ酸緩衝液pH11中に2.6mg/mL DTT、13.16mg/mL EDTA及び7.04mg/mL N-アセチル-DL-ホモシステインチオラクトンリンカーを含有する活性化緩衝液を加えた。nOMVは3.0mg/mLであり、nOMV上のNH2基に対するリンカーのモル比は6.63に等しかった。反応物を、室温で4時間混合し続け、次にnOMV-SHを50mM MES 0.5mM DTT緩衝液pH6に対する透析によって精製した。nOMV-SHをローリーによって(75%タンパク質回収)及びTNBSによって特徴付けたところ、NH2基の41%が活性化されたことが示された。
PBS中1.25mg/mLの濃度のfHbpにEMCSリンカー(DMSO中10mg/mL溶液として)を、リンカーとタンパク質のLys残基とのモル比が0.2:1になるように加えた。溶液を室温で4.5時間混合し、次に誘導体化されたタンパク質を10mM MES pH6に対してPD10カラムによって精製した。得られた産物をマイクロBCAによって(95%回収)、HPLC-SEC及びSDS-PAGEによって特徴付けたところ、非誘導体化タンパク質に関してタンパク質凝集は示されず、MALDI-MSはタンパク質1分子あたりに平均3個のリンカーが導入されたことが示された。
fHbp-EMCSをnOMV-SHにコンジュゲートした。コンジュゲーションは、fHbp濃度2mg/mLでnOMVとfHbpとのw/w比 2:1で実施した。反応物を室温で5時間混合し続け、コンジュゲートをPBSに対してVivaspin 100kによって精製した。コンジュゲート形成をSDS page/ウエスタンブロット分析によって確認した。
nOMVを100mM NaPi pH7.2中に懸濁し、DMSO中のclick-easy BCN N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステルI(Berry Associates)リンカー25mg/mLを加えた。nOMVは8.9mg/mLであり、GMMA上のNH2基に対するリンカーのモル比は0.6に等しかった。反応物を、室温で4時間混合し続け、次にnOMV-アルキンをNaPi 100mM pH7.2に対する透析によって精製した。nOMV-アルキンをローリーによって(72%タンパク質回収)及びTNBSによって特徴付けたところ、NH2基の40%が活性化されたことが示された。
PBS中1.25mg/mLの濃度のfHbpに-N3リンカー(DMSO中25mg/mL溶液として)を、リンカーとタンパク質のLys残基とのモル比0.2:1になるように加えた。溶液を室温で6時間混合し、次に誘導体化タンパク質をNaPi 10mM pH7.2に対してPD10カラムによって精製した。得られた産物をマイクロBCAによって(87%回収)、HPLC-SEC及びSDS-PAGEによって特徴付けたところ、非誘導体化タンパク質に関してタンパク質凝集は示されず、MALDI-MSはタンパク質1分子あたりに平均2個のリンカーが導入されたことが示された。
fHbp-N3をnOMV-アルキンにコンジュゲートした。コンジュゲーションは、1.67mg/mLのfHbp濃度でnOMVとfHbpとのw/w比 2:1で実施した。反応物を室温で5時間混合し続け、コンジュゲートをPBSに対してVivaspin 100kによって精製した。コンジュゲート形成をSDS page/ウエスタンブロット分析によって確認した。
実施例6で得られたコンジュゲートのマウスにおける免疫原性
マウスを合成コンジュゲートを用いて0及び28日目に皮下免疫し、fHbp単独、nOMV単独及びnOMVと物理的に混合したfHbpと比較した。用量あたり2.5μgの全タンパク質(1.75μg nOMV及び0.75μg fHbp、コンジュゲート中の全タンパク質に対するfHbpのw/w比は0.3と推定される)を使用した。すべての抗原は、アルヒドロゲル(Alhydrogel) 0.7mg/mL Al3+及び10mMヒスチジンを用いて製剤化した。
BS3化学によってfHbp-SH v3タンパク質にコンジュゲートされたMenB nOMV(コンジュゲーション後の凝集形成なし)
100mM MES緩衝液pH6中タンパク質濃度2.8mg/mLのMenB nOMVに、BS3リンカー(反応混合物中50mg/mL)を加えた。混合物を25℃の制御温度で30分間、インキュベートした。この後、活性化nOMVを超遠心(110000rpm、16分間、4℃)によって精製し、fHbp-SH v3を直ちに加えた。コンジュゲーションステップでは、w/w比1:1のnOMVとfHbp-SHとをPBS中nOMV濃度1.7mg/mlで使用した。室温で一晩混合した後、コンジュゲートを超遠心(110000rpm、16分間、4℃)によって精製し、PBS中に回収した。SDS page/ウエスタンブロットによる特徴付けにより、コンジュゲート形成が確認された。nOMV-BS3及び最終コンジュゲートをHPLC-SEC/MALSによって未変性nOMVと比較したところ、凝集形成は示さなかった(下表)。
BS3リンカーを介したdOMVコンジュゲーション
dOMV(MenB由来)を次の条件下でBS3リンカーを用いる反応のための出発材料として検査した。
- pH:6.5
- BS3濃度:50mg/mL
- dOMV濃度:1.011mg/mL
- 25℃で、30分間の反応時間
- UC (110Krpm、16分間、4℃)による精製
GAS-PSにコンジュゲートされたネズミチフス菌nOMV
nOMVへのコンジュゲーションの前にGAS PSをADHリンカーにより末端誘導体化した。PSをAcONa 20mM pH4.5に30mg/mLで可溶化し、ADH及びNaBH3CN両方をPSに対してw/w比1:1で加えた。溶液を30℃で5日間混合した。この後、産物をNaCl 3M及び水に対して2つのPD10カラムによってそれぞれ精製した。PS-ADHをHPAEC-PADによって(78%回収)及びTNBSによって特徴付けたところ、すべてのPS鎖がADHリンカーで活性化されたことが見出された。
BS3化学によってネズミチフス菌nOMV粒子をPfs25又はfHbp v2抗原にコンジュゲートすることによって得られた本発明のコンジュゲートのin vivoデータ
CD1雌マウスをBS3化学によってPfs25又はfHbp抗原にコンジュゲートした全タンパク質ネズミチフス菌nOMV粒子2.5μgを用いて、0及び28日目に皮下免疫した。すべての抗原はAlhydrogel(0.7mg/mL Al3+)に吸着させた。抗Pfs25(図2)及び抗fHbp v2(図3)IgG力価を0、14、27及び42日目に測定した。
SIDEAリンカーを介したMenA-GMMA-MenCコンジュゲートの調製
fHbpを過剰発現している髄膜炎菌B GMMAを、50mM NaH2PO4緩衝液pH7.2中タンパク質濃度10mg/mLで、当技術分野において公知の手順に従って、SIDEAリンカーにより予め末端誘導体化(Vaccine 1992 10(10):691-698)したMenA及びMenC糖(avDP 15)にMenA/MenCとnOMVとのw/w比10:1で、同時に加えた。混合物を室温で一晩インキュベートした。この後、生じたコンジュゲートを超遠心(2x、110000rpm、1時間、4℃)によって精製し、PBS中に懸濁した。SDS PAGEウエスタンブロットによる分析により、nOMVに連結された両方の糖を用いたコンジュゲート形成が確認された。コンジュゲートは、HPAEC-PAD及びマイクロBCA分析によって決定された、それぞれ0.10及び0.12の、タンパク質に対するMenAのw/w比及びタンパク質に対するMenCのw/w比によって特徴付けられ、それぞれ19.3%のMenAフリー糖及び4.3%のMenCフリー糖を示した(コンジュゲートのC4 SPE処置後のHPAEC-PAD分析による)。
SIDEAリンカーを介するMenA-GMMAコンジュゲートの調製
fHbpを過剰発現している髄膜炎菌B GMMAを、50mM NaH2PO4緩衝液pH7.2中タンパク質濃度10mg/mLで、当技術分野において公知の手順に従って、SIDEAリンカーにより予め末端誘導体化(Vaccine 1992 10(10):691-698)したMenA多糖(avDP 15)にMenAとnOMVとのw/w比10:1で、加えた。混合物を室温で一晩インキュベートした。この後に生じたコンジュゲートを超遠心(2x、110000rpm、1時間、4℃)によって精製し、PBS中に懸濁した。SDS PAGEウエスタンブロットによる分析により、コンジュゲート形成が確認された。コンジュゲートは、HPAEC-PAD及びマイクロBCA分析によって決定された、タンパク質に対するMenAのw/w比0.054によって特徴付けられ、コンジュゲートのC4 SPE処置後のHPAEC-PAD分析によって遊離MenAは検出されなかった。
SIDEAリンカーを介するMenC-GMMAコンジュゲートの調製
表題のコンジュゲートの調製のために、MenAの代わりにMenC由来の抗原を使用して、実施例12において使用されたものと同じ手順に従った。コンジュゲートの特徴付けを下の表に報告する。
マウスにおける免疫原性研究
CD1雌マウス、5~6週齢(群あたり8匹)を、0及び28日目に用量あたり1μgのMenA又はMenCを用いて筋肉内免疫した。GMMAコンジュゲートを、MenA-CRM197又はMenC-CRM197コンジュゲートと、及びMenA又はMenC多糖に物理的に混合したGMMAと、比較した。
抗MenA IgG/SBA
IgG応答
図4に示すとおり、マウスにおける免疫原性研究は、以下:
- MenA-CRM197と比較してより高い抗MenA IgG応答がMenA-GMMAコンジュゲートによって誘導されること
- MenAのGMMAへのコンジュゲーションは多糖に対する液性免疫応答を増強すること
- 二価コンジュゲートは、同じGMMA粒子上のMenCの存在による干渉を伴わずに、MenA-GMMAコンジュゲートに匹敵する抗MenA IgG応答を誘導すること
を示した。

図5に示すとおり、マウスにおける免疫原性研究は、以下:
- MenC-CRM197と比較して同様の抗MenC IgG応答がMenC-GMMAによって誘導されること
- MenCのGMMAへのコンジュゲーションはOSに対する液性免疫応答を増強すること
を示した。

Claims (29)
- 二価リンカーによって少なくとも抗原に結合された少なくとも表面タンパク質成分を有する未変性の外膜小胞(nOMV)を含む免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 二価リンカーによって第1の抗原に結合された少なくとも表面タンパク質成分を有するnOMVを含み、前記第1の抗原は、第2の異なる抗原にさらに結合されている、請求項1に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 二価リンカーによって第1の抗原に結合された少なくとも表面タンパク質成分及び二価リンカーによって第2の異なる抗原に結合された少なくとも別の表面タンパク質成分を有するnOMVを含む、請求項1に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記二価リンカーが、一般式(I):

を有する、前記請求項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。 - 前記二価リンカーが、X=X'を有するホモ二官能性リンカーである、請求項4に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記二価リンカーが、グルタル酸ジスクシンイミジル (DSG)、ジスクシンイミジルスベレート (DSS)、スクシンイミジル3-(2-ピリジルジチオ)プロピオネート (SPDP)、スクシンイミジル6-(3-[2-ピリジルジチオ]-プロピオンアミド)ヘキサノエート (LC-SPDP)、スルホスクシンイミジル6-(3'-(2-ピリジルジチオ)プロピオンアミド)ヘキサノエート (スルホ-LC-SPDP)、4-スクシンイミジルオキシカルボニル-α-メチル-α-(2-ピリジルジチオ)トルエン (SMPT)、スルホスクシンイミジル-6-[α-メチル-α-(2-ピリジルジチオ)トルエアミデオ]ヘキサノエート (スルホ-LC-SMPT)、スクシンイミジル4-(N-マレイミドメチル)シクロヘキサン-1-カルボキシレート (SMCC)、スルホスクシンイミジル4-(N-マレイミドメチル)シクロヘキサン-1-カルボキシレート (スルホ-SMCC)、m-マレイミドベンゾイル-N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル (MBS)、m-マレイミドベンゾイル-N-ヒドロキシスルホスクシンイミドエステル (スルホ-MBS)、N-スクシンイミジル(4-ヨードアセチル)アミノベンゾエート (SIAB)、スルホスクシンイミジル(4-ヨードアセチル)アミノベンゾエート (スルホ-SIAB)、スクシンイミジル4-(N-マレイミドフェニル)ブチレート (SMPB)、スルホスクシンイミジル4-(N-マレイミドフェニル)ブチレート (スルホ-SMPB)、N-γ-マレイミドブチリル-オキシスクシンイミドエステル (GMBS)、N-γ-マレイミドブチリル-オキシスルホスクシンイミドエステル (スルホ-GMBS)、スクシンイミジル-6-((((4-(ヨードアセチル)アミノ)メチル)シクロヘキサン-1-カルボニル)アミノ)ヘキサノエート (SIACX)、スクシンイミジル6[6-(((ヨードアセチル)アミノ)ヘキサノイル)アミノ]ヘキサノエート (SIAXX)、スクシンイミジル-4-(((ヨードアセチル)アミノ)メチル)シクロヘキサン-1-カルボキシレート (SIAC)、スクシンイミジル6-[(ヨードアセチル)アミノ]ヘキサノエート (SIAX)及びp-ニトロフェニルヨードアセテート (NPIA)、N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミド、Nオキシスクシンイミド及びアジピン酸N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミドジエステル (SIDEA)及びビス(スルホスクシンイミジル)スベレート (BS3)、ハロゲン化アクリロイル (例えば塩化物)、エチレングリコールビス[スクシンイミジルスクシネート]、ビス(スルホスクシンイミジル)トリ(エチレングリコール) (BS(PEG)3)、ビス(スルホスクシンイミジル)テトラ(エチレングリコール) (BS(PEG)4)、ビス(スルホスクシンイミジル)ペンタ(エチレングリコール) (BS(PEG)5)及びビス(スルホスクシンイミジル)エキサ(エチレングリコール) (BS(PEG)6)、アジピン酸ジヒドラジド (ADH)、β-プロピオンアミド、ニトロフェニル-エチルアミン、ハロゲン化ハロアシル並びに6-アミノカプロン酸、のうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項4に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記第1の抗原が、Hibを含み、前記第2の作用物質が、Hiaを含み、前記第1の及び第2の抗原が、BS3リンカーによってGMMA百日咳小胞にそれぞれ個々にコンジュゲートされている、請求項3に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記第1の抗原が、ETEC 405を含み、前記第2の作用物質が、ETEC 3526を含み、前記第1の及び第2の作用物質が、BS3リンカーによってGMMAソンネ菌小胞にそれぞれ個々にコンジュゲートされている、請求項3に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記nOMVが、界面活性剤を含まない工程によって得られ、発酵ブロスに放出され、遠心分離及びそれに続くろ過を使用して精製されるか;又は発酵ブロスに放出され、2つの連続するタンジェンシャルフローろ過(TFF)ステップを使用して精製される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記nOMVが野生型細菌から産生されるか、又は、小胞産生を増強し、かつ任意選択で抗原をさらに除去又は改変するように、及び/又は同種抗原若しくは他の生物由来の抗原を過剰発現するように変異している遺伝子改変細菌株から前記nOMVが産生される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記nOMVが、ナイセリア属、赤痢菌、サルモネラ・エンテリカ各血清型、インフルエンザ菌、コレラ菌、百日咳菌、マイコバクテリウム・スメグマチス、マイコバクテリウム・ボビスBCG、大腸菌、バクテロイデス属、緑膿菌、ピロリ菌、ブルセラ・メリテンシス、カンピロバクター・ジェジュニ、アクチノバチルス・アクチノミセテムコミタンス、ゼノラブダス・ネマトフィルス、モラクセラ・カタラーリス、又はボレリア・ブルグドルフェリから選択される細菌から得られる、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- SIDEAである二価リンカーによって第1の抗原に結合されている少なくとも表面タンパク質成分、及びSIDEA又はBS3である二価リンカーによって第2の異なる抗原に結合されている少なくとも別の表面タンパク質成分を有するnOMVを含む、請求項3に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- BS3である二価リンカーによって第1の抗原に結合されている少なくとも表面タンパク質成分、及びBS3である二価リンカーによって第2の異なる抗原に結合されている少なくとも別の表面タンパク質成分を有するnOMVを含む、請求項3に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記第1の抗原が、ナイセリア・メニンギティディス血清群C(MenC)のオリゴマーを含み、前記第2の抗原が、ナイセリア・メニンギティディス血清群A(MenA)のオリゴマーを含む、請求項3、14又は15に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- ナイセリア・メニンギティディス血清群C(MenC)のオリゴマーを含む前記第1の抗原、及びナイセリア・メニンギティディス血清群A(MenA)のオリゴマーを含む前記第2の抗原が、SIDEAリンカーによってnOMVにそれぞれ個々に結合されている、請求項16に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記nOMVが、GMMA小胞である、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記nOMVが、ナイセリア・メニンギティディス血清群Bから得られるGMMA小胞である、請求項1~3及び16~17のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 前記nOMVが、好ましくはfHbp v2及びv3を発現する、ナイセリア・メニンギティディス血清群Bから得られるGMMA小胞である、請求項19に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート。
- 請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲートを調製するための方法であって、
i)少なくともnOMV表面タンパク質残基を二価リンカーの第1の末端部分と反応させて、nOMV-リンカー中間体を得るステップ、及び
ii)前記nOMV-リンカー中間体を、少なくとも1つの抗原と、二価リンカーの第2の末端部分を介して反応させ、それによりnOMV-リンカー-抗原コンジュゲートを得るステップ
を含む、方法。 - 請求項21のステップi)によって得られた(又は得られる)nOMV-リンカー中間体。
- 請求項1~20のいずれか一項のnOMV-リンカー-抗原の調製のための、請求項22に記載のnOMV-リンカー中間体の使用。
- 請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載のコンジュゲート及び少なくとも1つの薬学的に許容される担体又は賦形剤を含む、免疫原性組成物。
- 医薬としての使用のための、請求項1~20又は24のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート又は組成物。
- 脊椎動物において免疫応答を誘導するための請求項25に記載の使用のための、免疫原性コンジュゲート又は組成物。
- 請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載の免疫原性コンジュゲート又は請求項24に記載の免疫原性組成物を含む、ワクチン。
- 免疫原性コンジュゲートの調製のためのnOMVの使用。
- 前記免疫原性コンジュゲートが請求項1~20のいずれか一項において定義されたものである、請求項28に記載のnOMVの使用。
