Description

The present invention relates to a Western-style room remodeling structure and a Western-style room remodeling method for remodeling a Japanese-style room into a Western-style room.

Due to the housing situation in recent years, the number of Japanese-style rooms has decreased sharply.
In most cases, when renovating or renovating rental housing, apartments, condominiums, and even owned houses, Japanese-style rooms are being renovated into Western-style rooms.
This seems to be because most of the next tenants prefer Western-style rooms, and the lender also thinks that Western-style rooms have advantages (mutually) in consideration of later maintenance.
The main idea is to simplify the construction work, as it is commonplace to change such a Japanese-style room to a Western-style room, and it is increasing year by year.
As a normal procedure for changing Western-style rooms,
▲ 1 ▼ Raise the tatami mats.
(2) Assemble the base joist rafters.
Normally, when 6 tatami mats (2.7m x 3.6m) are assembled with rafters, for example, 2.7 x 11 pieces, 3.6 x 2 pieces, etc. Assemble materials, etc., and then apply concrete panels and finish with vinyl tiles, or 303 x 1820 flooring on the rafters, etc. A structure and construction method that can be easily processed is desired.

(特許文献1参照) In addition, as a conventional technique, a sheet-like temporary floor made of thermoplastic resin is laid in a non-adhesive state at least on the entire upper surface of the existing tatami mat surface and/or the existing floor surface of the Japanese-style room and/or Western-style room. On the upper part of the entire surface of the temporary floor, there is the one that is remodeled by sticking the floor material according to the request to the temporary floor. (See Patent Document 1)

(特許文献2参照) Furthermore, rectangular or square flooring pieces having substantially the same thickness, in which the surface material is laminated on the base material, are laid interchangeably on the base material having a smooth surface, and the flooring pieces are made of mutual surface materials. The materials are different, and one side of one flooring piece is the same size as the other flooring piece, or the larger side of one flooring piece is an integral multiple of the smaller side of the other flooring piece. There is barrier-free flooring to do. (See Patent Document 2)

In the former, the provisional floor is simply laid on top of the tatami mats, and if necessary, the floor material is attached to the tatami mats. There is a feeling of fluffyness when walking.

In the latter, the tatami area and the flooring area are formed adjacent to each other, which is fundamentally different from the Western-style room where tatami mats are removed as in the present invention.

The present invention is intended to solve the problems of such a conventional structure. (図1参照) Reference numeral 1 denotes a honey-core-shaped base H that can be folded and opened (spread) in a Western-style room remodeling structure. (See Figure 1)

(図2参照) When this honey core H base 1 is folded, it can be formed into an accordion shape (belt shape). (See Figure 2)

A Western-style room renovation construction method using this honey-core-shaped base 1 will be described.
First, after removing the tatami (not shown) of the Japanese-style room W, a plurality of honey-core-shaped bases 1 cut to the required size are opened (spread), and the upper surfaces of the joists and rafters YK are applied with an adhesive S. Arrange and fix at the required position. (First step)
It should be noted that if the size of the Japanese-style room W is known, it is desirable to cut it to the appropriate size in advance and bring it to the site for construction.
In addition, even if there is some dimensional error, it can be used without problems by changing the degree of opening (degree of expansion). (See Fig. 3) (See Fig. 4)

Next, a substrate 2 made of a concrete panel or a plastic plate is similarly arranged and fixed on the upper surface of the base 1 by using an adhesive S1. (Second step)
Again, if the dimensions are known in advance, they are cut and brought to the site. (See Fig. 5)

Finally, a flooring-type or tile-type finishing material 3 is similarly arranged and fixed on the upper surface of the substrate 2 with an adhesive S2. (Third step)
This may also be pre-cut at a factory or the like and brought in, or may be finished on site. (See Figure 6)

Next, in the base 21 of the grid shape I which can be folded and opened (unfolded) in the remodeling structure of the Western-style room, the insertion plate 21a formed with a plurality of cuts K is combined with each other to form the grid shape I.

This can also be constructed by the same use as the base 1 described above.
The material of each base is not particularly limited, but may be determined according to need, such as reinforced corrugated cardboard, aluminum, wood, plastic, or the like.
Also, the size of the base can be determined as necessary, but if the dimensions of the Japanese-style room are known in advance, it is recommended to cut them at a factory or the like and bring them to the site.
Furthermore, the same applies to the finishing material of the base material.
