Description
弾性変形可能部分の弾性変形によって駆動力の少なくとも一部が動作中に吸収されるように、弾性変形可能部分が構成され、駆動システムの効率が50~100%の間の範囲、好ましくは90~95%の間の範囲、好ましくは95~99%の間の範囲にあり、および/または、入力軸と出力軸との間におけるトルク変動が0~50%の間の範囲、好ましくは1~25%の間の範囲、好ましくは1~10%の間の範囲にある場合、有利であり得る。比較的低い効率および高いトルク変動を有する駆動システムは、出力軸が通常わずかな回転のみを行う位置決めシステムにおいて用いられ得るが、高い効率および低いトルク変動を有する本発明に係る駆動システムは、好ましくは、連続的にかつ比較的高速で回転する出力軸の要件に適合する。

図1は、駆動システムの第1の実施形態を概略的に示す。駆動システム1aは、駆動軸2と、それに平行に配置された出力軸3とを含む。両軸2,3は、転がり軸受を介して搭載される。転がり軸受の軸受配置および種類は、ここではより詳細に特定しない。特定の用途の要件に適合するために、転がり軸受の軸受配置および選択について様々な選択肢が存在することは言うまでもない。転がり軸受に加えて、滑り軸受の使用も可能である。

Claims (13)
- 入力軸(2)と、
出力軸(3)と、
前記入力軸(2)および前記出力軸(3)にそれぞれ連結される、少なくとも2つの連結要素(4)と、を備え、
少なくとも1つの連結要素(4)は弾性変形可能部分(4a)を有し、前記弾性変形可能部分(4a)は前記連結要素(4)の隣接部分とは異なる材料または断面を有することを特徴とする、駆動システム(1a,1b)。 - 前記弾性変形可能部分(4a)の弾性変形によって、動作中に、駆動力の少なくとも一部が吸収されるように、前記弾性変形可能部分(4a)が構成され、前記駆動システムの効率が50~100%の間の範囲、好ましくは90~95%の間の範囲、好ましくは95~99%の間の範囲にあり、および/または、入力軸(2)と出力軸(3)との間におけるトルク変動が0~50%の間の範囲、好ましくは1~25%の間の範囲、好ましくは1~10%の間の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動システム(1a,1b)。
- 前記弾性変形可能部分(4a)は、前記入力軸(2)と前記出力軸(3)との間において厳密にまたは実質的に中央に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記弾性変形可能部分(4a)は、好ましくはばねまたはエラストマーの形態の、弾性要素(5)を有することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記入力軸(2)および出力軸(3)の各々は、1つ以上の偏心部分(2a,3a)を備え、各連結要素は、対応する偏心部分(2a,3a)に連結されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 各連結要素(4)は、前記入力軸(2)の端面(2b)および/または前記出力軸(3)の端面(3b)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記連結要素(4)は、前記入力軸(2)および前記出力軸(3)上に、好ましくは60°または90°互いに位相が異なるように配置されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記入力軸(2)および前記出力軸(3)は、好ましくは共通の筐体(6)に、特に好ましくは弾性変形可能な筐体(6)に、弾性可能に搭載されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記出力軸(3)は、回転軸に沿って延在する長手方向スロット(3c)を有することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記出力軸(3)は、前記長手方向スロット(3c)に配置される光ファイバをクランプ留めするために、前記長手方向スロット(3c)の領域にクランプ装置を有することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 少なくとも1つの連結要素(4)はU字形であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記出力軸(3)は、前記回転軸を中心に+/-135°の回転角度で調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 複数の脚と、少なくとも1つの先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システムとを備えるヘキサポッドであって、前記駆動システムのうちの1つの前記出力軸(3)が、前記駆動システムを作動させることによってそれらを動かすために、前記ヘキサポッドの前記脚のうちの1つに接続されることを特徴とする、ヘキサポッド。
