を備えることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記凹部は、前記最前面と非ゼロ角度を形成することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1または2に記載のデバイスであって、前記凹部は、最前縁に沿って前記最前面から内向きに延びることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、最前縁において互いに向かい合う少なくとも2つの凹部をさらに備えることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記最前面は、凹部間に歯を備えることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記最前面は、円形、半円形、または楕円形の壁プロファイルを有することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記最前面は、三角形または正方形の壁プロファイルを有することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記最前面は、多角形の壁プロファイルを有することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記最前面は、環様の形状を含むことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記凹部と前記最前面との間に少なくとも1つの角部をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの角部が、非ゼロ角度を画定することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 結石破砕のためのデバイスであって、
標的とされた結石塊に音響プローブを適用するための手段であって、前記プローブが、プローブ先端を備え、前記プローブ先端は、前記プローブ先端の最前面が、前記標的とされた結石塊と接触状態になるための1つ以上の圧点を有するように、1つ以上の凹部を備える、音響プローブを適用するための手段と、
音響エネルギーを、前記プローブを通じて前記標的とされた結石へと前記プローブ先端を介して送って、前記プローブ先端および前記結石塊に当たる前記プローブ先端の前記1つ以上の圧点の振動を誘起するための手段と
を備えることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項11に記載のデバイスであって、前記1つ以上の圧点に提供される前記音響エネルギーを通じて前記結石塊を崩壊させるための手段をさらに備えることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項11または12に記載のデバイスであって、前記1つ以上の圧点は、第1の圧点および第2の圧点を含み、前記第1の圧点が前記第2の圧点よりも鋭いことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 結石破砕のための方法であって、
標的とされた結石塊に音響プローブを適用するステップであって、前記プローブが、プローブ先端を備え、前記プローブ先端は、前記プローブ先端の最前面が、前記標的とされた結石塊と接触状態になるための1つ以上の圧点を有するように、1つ以上の凹部を備える、ステップと、
音響エネルギーを、前記プローブを通じて前記標的とされた結石へと前記プローブ先端を介して送って、前記プローブ先端および前記結石塊に当たる前記プローブ先端の前記1つ以上の圧点の振動を誘起するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法であって、前記1つ以上の圧点に提供される前記音響エネルギーを通じて前記結石塊を崩壊させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14または15に記載の方法であって、音響エネルギーを、前記プローブを通じて前記標的とされた結石へと前記プローブ先端を介して送って、前記1つ以上の圧点の振動を誘起するステップは、前記プローブ先端の前記最前面の周りの1つ以上の等間隔の圧点を振動させることを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14~16のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、音響エネルギーを、前記プローブを通じて前記標的とされた結石へと前記プローブ先端を介して送って、前記1つ以上の圧点の振動を誘起するステップは、前記プローブ先端の前記最前縁の周りの1つ以上の不均等な間隔の圧点を振動させることを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14~17のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、音響エネルギーを、前記プローブを通じて前記標的とされた結石へと前記プローブ先端を介して送って、前記1つ以上の圧点の振動を誘起するステップは、第1の圧点および第2の圧点を振動させることを含み、前記第1の圧点が前記第2の圧点よりも鋭いことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14~18のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記1つ以上の圧点を前記標的とされた結石塊にぴったりとくっつけるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14~19のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記プローブ先端の前記最前面を前記標的とされた結石塊にぴったりとくっつけるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
