Claims (21)
- 電気車充電器本体と電気車充電のためのケーブルコネクターとを連結する電気車充電用ケーブルであって、
冷却流体が内側で流動する流体管を含む冷却部と、
前記冷却部の周囲に沿って配置される複数の導体、前記導体の外側を包む絶縁層、及び前記冷却部と前記絶縁層との間の熱伝導性材料を含む複数の電力ユニットと、
前記電力ユニットの外側を包むケーブルジャケットとを含む、電気車充電用ケーブル。 - 前記熱伝導性材料の粘度は、常温を基準に、103cp~106cpであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記熱伝導性材料の熱伝導度は0.5W/m・K以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記熱伝導性材料はシロキサンポリマーと熱伝導性金属酸化物との混合物からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニットは一対の電力ユニットを含み、一対の前記電力ユニットの内側の前記冷却部の冷却流体の流動方向は互いに反対方向であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルジャケットの内部に接地導体及び前記接地導体を包む絶縁層を備える少なくとも一つの接地ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニットは一対の電力ユニットを含み、一対の前記冷却部は前記電気車充電器から前記ケーブルコネクターの方向に供給される冷却流体が流動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 一対の前記冷却部から供給された冷却流体を前記ケーブルコネクターの付近から前記電気車充電器の方向に回収する冷却流体回収部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記冷却流体回収部は一対の前記電力ユニットに外接し、前記接地ユニットの反対側に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記冷却部または前記冷却流体回収部の流体管は、高耐熱プラスチック、ナイロン、ペルフルオロアルコキシアルカン(Perfluoroalkoxy alkane、PFA)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE、PolyTetra FluoroEthylene)素材またはウレタン素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニットの導体は複数の素線導体が集合された集合導体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニットを構成する複数の導体は前記冷却部の周囲に沿って配置される複数の導体からなる導体層の外径の9倍~11倍の大きさの複合ピッチを有するように前記冷却部の周囲に横巻きされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニット及び前記接地ユニットは、前記電力ユニットの外径の17倍~23倍の大きさの撚合ピッチを有するように撚合されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 通信用導体及び前記通信用導体を包む絶縁層を含む通信ユニットを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記通信ユニットは前記電力ユニットまたは前記接地ユニットより直径が小さく、前記通信ユニットと前記接地ユニットの中心を連結する三角形の外側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルジャケットの表面温度が50℃以下になるように、前記電気車充電器から供給される冷却流体の温度及び流量が決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルジャケットは充実型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記熱伝導性材料の熱伝導度は、好ましくは0.5W/m・K~5.0W/m・Kであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 電気車充電器本体と電気車充電のためのケーブルコネクターとを連結する電気車充電用ケーブルであって、
絶縁層の内部に複数の集合導体が円周方向に配置された一対の電力ユニットと、
電気車充電器本体で冷却された冷却流体が電気車充電器とケーブルコネクターとの間で所定の方向に流動し、前記電力ユニットの集合導体の内側に配置され、集合導体で発生する熱を冷却するための一対の流体管とを含み、
前記集合導体の通電の際に発生する熱の前記流体管の方向への伝逹効率を向上させるために、前記電力ユニットを構成する集合導体の間に充填される熱伝導性材料と、
前記電力ユニットの外側を包む充実型ケーブルジャケットとを含む、電気車充電用ケーブル。 - 前記電力ユニット内に備えられる一対の流体管の中で第1流体管を通して流動する冷却流体は電気車充電器からケーブルコネクターの方向に供給され、第2流体管を通して流動する冷却流体はケーブルコネクターから電気車充電器の方向に回収されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニット内に備えられる一対の流体管を通して流動する冷却流体は電気車充電器からケーブルコネクターの方向に供給され、一対の前記電力ユニットの絶縁層に外接する位置に、前記ケーブルコネクターの付近で回収された冷却流体が前記電気車充電器の方向に流動する冷却流体回収部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
