本開示は表示装置技術分野に関し、特に表示モジュール及び電子機器に関する。
Claims (10)
- 表示モジュールであって、第一の基板(120)を含み、前記第一の基板(120)の一方側表面に画像センサ(160)、カラーフィルタ層(130)とブラックマトリクス(140)が設けられ、前記第一の基板(120)の他方側表面にコリメータ(150)が設けられ、前記カラーフィルタ層(130)と前記ブラックマトリクス(140)は、同一の層に設置され、前記画像センサ(160)は、前記ブラックマトリクス(140)と前記第一の基板(120)との間に位置し、前記コリメータ(150)と前記画像センサ(160)は、前記第一の基板(120)に垂直な方向に沿って間隔をおいて配置される、表示モジュール。
- 前記第一の基板(120)の前記画像センサ(160)の反対側に第一の偏光板(190)が設けられ、前記第一の偏光板(190)の前記第一の基板(120)に向かう側の表面に凹部が設けられ、前記コリメータ(150)は、前記凹部内に位置する、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 前記コリメータ(150)に複数の光通過孔が開設され、前記光通過孔の軸線は、前記画像センサ(160)に垂直である、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 指紋識別領域を有し、前記コリメータ(150)と前記画像センサ(160)は、いずれも前記指紋識別領域に位置し、前記指紋識別領域は、前記第一の基板(120)の縁部まで延在する、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 前記第一の基板(120)に垂直な方向において、前記コリメータ(150)の投影の中心と前記画像センサ(160)の投影の中心とは重なる、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 前記コリメータ(150)と前記画像センサ(160)の数は、いずれも複数であり、複数の前記コリメータ(150)は間隔をおいて設置され、複数の前記画像センサ(160)は間隔をおいて設置され、且つ複数の前記コリメータ(150)と複数の前記画像センサ(160)は、一対一で対応して配置される、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 前記画像センサ(160)は、複数の光電変換ユニットを含み、各前記光電変換ユニットは直列接続され、前記光電変換ユニットは、フォトダイオード(161)と第一の薄膜トランジスタ(162)とを含み、前記フォトダイオード(161)と前記第一の薄膜トランジスタ(162)とは電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 第二の基板(110)をさらに含み、前記第二の基板(110)の前記第一の基板(120)に向かう側の表面に第二の薄膜トランジスタ(220)が設けられ、前記第二の基板(110)と前記第一の基板(120)との間に液晶層(230)が設けられる、請求項1に記載の表示モジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の表示モジュールを含む、電子機器。
- バックライトモジュール(250)をさらに含み、前記表示モジュールは、第二の基板(110)をさらに含み、前記第二の基板(110)の前記第一の基板(120)の反対側に第二の偏光板(180)が設けられ、前記バックライトモジュール(250)は、前記第二の偏光板(180)の前記第二の基板(110)の反対側に設置される、請求項9に記載の電子機器。
