Claims (8)
- 液状のエアゾール形成基材を貯蔵する取替型のカートリッジ;および
制御部および前記貯蔵されたエアゾール形成基材を気化させるために超音波振動を発生させる振動部材を含んで前記カートリッジと結合される制御本体を含み、
前記制御部は前記振動部材の温度をモニタリングし、前記モニタリングの結果に基づいて振動部材の動作を制御する、超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記制御部は前記振動部材の温度または温度変化率が臨界値以上であるという判断に応答して、前記振動部材の動作を停止させる、請求項1に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記制御部は前記振動部材の温度変化パターンに基づいて前記振動部材の動作を制御する、請求項1または2に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記制御部は前記振動部材の温度変化率に基づいて前記貯蔵されたエアゾール形成基材の減少程度を推定する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記カートリッジは前記発生した超音波振動を前記貯蔵されたエアゾール形成基材に伝達する振動伝達部材をさらに含み、
前記カートリッジが前記制御本体に結合されることによって前記振動伝達部材が前記振動部材と密着する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記制御部は前記振動部材と前記振動伝達部材の密着の有無を判別し、前記判別の結果に基づいて前記振動部材の動作を制御する、請求項5に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記振動部材と前記振動伝達部材は導電体からなり、
前記制御部は前記振動部材と前記振動伝達部材間の通電の有無に基づいて前記密着の有無を判別する、請求項6に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記振動部材は圧電素子に基づいて具現され、
前記制御部は前記振動部材で発生した電圧の測定結果に基づいて前記密着の有無を判別する、請求項6または7に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
