Claims (7)
- 取替可能なカートリッジと制御本体とが結合された超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置であって、
液状のエアゾール形成基材を貯蔵する液状貯蔵槽;
前記貯蔵された液状のエアゾール形成基材に超音波振動を提供することによってエアゾールが形成されるようにする振動要素;および
前記振動要素と離隔して配置され複数のホールが形成された多孔部材を含み、
前記提供された超音波振動によって、前記貯蔵された液状のエアゾール形成基材が前記複数のホールを通過しながら前記エアゾールが形成され、
前記振動要素は、
前記超音波振動を発生させる振動部材;および
前記振動部材によって前記発生した超音波振動を、前記貯蔵された液状のエアゾール形成基材に伝達する振動伝達部材を含み、
前記カートリッジは前記振動伝達部材、前記液状貯蔵槽および前記多孔部材を含み、
前記制御本体は前記振動部材および前記超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置を制御する制御部を含み、
前記振動部材は圧電素子に基づいて具現され、
前記振動部材と前記振動伝達部材はそれぞれ平たい部分を含み、
前記カートリッジが前記制御本体と結合されることによって前記振動部材と前記振動伝達部材の平たい部分が互いに密着し、
前記振動伝達部材の前記平たい部分を通じて前記発生した超音波振動が伝達され、
前記制御部は前記振動部材で発生する電圧に基づいて前記振動部材と前記振動伝達部材の密着の有無を判別する、超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記振動伝達部材は前記カートリッジの開放された下部端部付近に位置し、前記振動伝達部材の平たい部分は下部方向に突出するように構成され、
前記振動部材の平たい部分は前記カートリッジとの結合部位に開放された形態で位置し、
前記カートリッジの下部端部が前記制御本体と結合されることによって前記振動伝達部材が前記振動部材の平たい部分が互いに密着する、請求項1に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記振動伝達部材の少なくとも一部の厚さは0.01mm~1mmである、請求項1または2に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記振動要素と前記多孔部材間の離隔距離は0.1mm~2mmである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記多孔部材の厚さは0.01mm~2mmである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記複数のホールの大きさは1μm~500μmである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
- 前記複数のホールはオリフィス(orifice)の形態で形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波基盤エアゾール発生装置。
