Abstract
Description
前記回転軸軸受は、対向して設けられる一対のアンギュラ玉軸受であり、2つのアンギュラ玉軸受の外環間にプレロードスプリングが設けられる。
図1、図2を参照すると、本実施例では、並列接続軸受は、回転軸軸受1と固定子軸受2を含む。回転軸軸受1は、回転軸100に外嵌され、固定子軸受2は、回転軸軸受1の外壁と所定の隙間を維持するように、回転軸軸受1に外嵌される。
図3を参照すると、本実施例では、並列接続軸受は、回転軸軸受1、固定子軸受2及び中間軸受6を含む。
図8を参照すると、本発明の回転軸軸受1がアンギュラ玉軸受を用いる場合、軸受の内輪が回転軸100に固定され、外環と、ホルダと、ボールとが相対変位し、つまり、軸受の内部ボールが緩すぎ、適切な処理対策を取る必要がある。
Claims (12)
- 並列接続軸受であって、
回転軸軸受と固定子軸受を含み、回転軸軸受は、接触式軸受であり、回転軸に外嵌され、固定子軸受は、非接触式軸受であり、回転軸軸受に外嵌され、固定子軸受の内壁と回転軸軸受外壁との間には隙間が残され、固定子軸受は、固定子に固定される、ことを特徴とする並列接続軸受。 - 前記並列接続軸受は、軸受シェルをさらに含み、軸受シェルは、固定子軸受の1つの端面及び外周にカバーされ、軸受エンドキャップは、固定子軸受の他の端面に設けられ、軸受シェルに固定され、軸受シェル及び/又は軸受エンドキャップは、固定子に固定され、固定子軸受は、軸受シェル又は軸受エンドキャップと円周方向に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記回転軸軸受は、ボール軸受、セラミック軸受又はテトラフルオロエチレン軸受である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記回転軸軸受は、単列、二列又は複数列のボール軸受である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記回転軸軸受は、対向して設けられる一対のアンギュラ玉軸受であり、2つのアンギュラ玉軸受の外環間にプレロードスプリングが設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記固定子軸受は、空気軸受、油膜浮動ブッシュ軸受又はティルティングパッド軸受である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記固定子軸受は、空気軸受であり、その外周面に空気キャビティが設けられ、空気キャビティの底部に気孔が設けられ、気孔の一端が空気キャビティと連通し、他端が固定子軸受と回転軸軸受との間の隙間に接続され、固定子軸受と軸受シェルとの間にゴムシールがさらに設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記回転軸軸受は、ボール軸受であり、前記固定子軸受は、空気軸受である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記並列接続軸受は、少なくとも1つの中間軸受をさらに含み、中間軸受は、接触式軸受であり、回転軸軸受と固定子軸受との間に外嵌され、固定子軸受と中間軸受の間には隙間が残される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 前記中間軸受は、ボール軸受である、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の並列接続軸受。
- 回転子システムであって、
2つの同一の、上記請求項1又は9に記載の並列接続軸受である、第1並列接続軸受と第2並列接続軸受を含み、第1並列接続軸受と第2並列接続軸受は、ペアで回転軸に外嵌される、ことを特徴とする回転子システム。 - 前記回転子システムは、タービン、コンプレッサ、モーター、及びスラスト軸受をさらに含み、前記回転軸は、順に設けられるスラスト軸受、第1並列接続軸受、モーター、第2並列接続軸受、コンプレッサ及びタービンを貫通し、前記回転軸は、前記スラスト軸受の固定子、第1並列接続軸受、モーターの固定子及び第2並列接続軸受内において回転し、前記回転軸は、スラスト軸受のスラストディスク及びタービンのタービン、コンプレッサの圧縮輪に固定して接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回転子システム。
