Claims (23)
- ガス経路、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、電解水を電気分解して水素含有ガスを発生させるために用いられる水素発生装置、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、選択的に外気を加速させて加速ガスを発生させる加圧装置、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、前記水素含有ガスと前記加速ガスを混合して陽圧ガスを発生させるために用いられる混合装置、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、選択的に霧化ガスを発生させる霧化装置、及び、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、前記水素含有ガス、前記陽圧ガス、前記水素含有ガスと前記霧化ガス、或いは前記陽圧ガスと前記霧化ガスを選択的に送出するために用いられる送出装置、を含むことを特徴とする陽圧呼吸装置。 - 更に、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、前記ガス経路に連接されている使用者に呼吸異常が発生したか否かを検出して、選択的に異常信号を発生させるために用いられる呼吸異常検出器と、
前記呼吸異常検出器に連接されており、前記異常信号に基づき前記加圧装置を起動して、前記加速ガスを発生させるために用いられる監視装置と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記監視装置が前記加圧装置を起動した場合、前記送出装置は、前記陽圧ガス、又は前記陽圧ガスと前記霧化ガスを送出し、前記監視装置が前記加圧装置を起動していない場合、前記送出装置は、前記水素含有ガス、又は前記水素含有ガスと前記霧化ガスを送出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 更に、霧化装置スイッチを含み、前記監視装置が前記加圧装置及び前記霧化装置スイッチを起動した場合、前記送出装置は前記陽圧ガスと前記霧化ガスを送出し、前記監視装置が、前記加圧装置を起動していないが前記霧化装置スイッチは起動した場合、前記送出装置は前記水素含有ガスと前記霧化ガスを送出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 前記加圧装置は、更に、
前記外気中の不純物を濾過するフィルタ、
前記フィルタに連接されており、濾過された前記外気を加速させて前記加速ガスを発生させるファン装置、及び、
前記ファン装置に連接されており、前記加速ガスの流量を検出して前記流量の数値を前記監視装置に伝送する第1流量センサ、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 更に、
前記水素発生装置と前記混合装置の間に設置される第1逆止弁及び第1フレームアレスタと、
前記送出装置と前記混合装置の間に設置される第2フレームアレスタと、
前記加圧装置と前記混合装置の間に設置される第2逆止弁と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 更に、
前記加圧装置を起動するか否かを使用者に選択させて、選択的にトリガ信号を発生させるために用いられるトリガスイッチと、
前記トリガスイッチに連接されており、前記トリガ信号に基づき前記加圧装置を起動して、前記加速ガスを発生させるために用いられる監視装置と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 更に、監視装置に連接される伝送装置を含み、前記伝送装置は、呼吸調節パラメータを受信して前記監視装置に伝送するために用いられ、前記監視装置は、受信すると、前記呼吸調節パラメータに基づいて前記加速ガスの流量を選択的に調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 更に、前記送出装置に接続される水分凝縮管を含み、前記水分凝縮管は、前記送出装置が送出するガス中の水分を凝縮するために用いられ、前記ガスは、前記水素含有ガス、前記陽圧ガス、前記水素含有ガスと前記霧化ガス、或いは、前記陽圧ガスと前記霧化ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 前記水素発生装置は、
前記電解水を収容するためのタンク、
前記タンク内に収容されており、前記電解水を電気分解して前記水素含有ガスを発生させるために用いられる電解装置、
統合型流路と、前記統合型流路内に収容されるフィルタコットンを含み、前記フィルタコットンが前記水素含有ガス中の電解質を濾過するために用いられ、補充水を受け付けて、前記フィルタコットンに残留した前記電解質を前記タンクに戻す凝縮濾過装置、及び、
前記水素含有ガスの湿潤化に用いられる前記補充水が収容されており、且つ、前記補充水を前記凝縮濾過装置に供給する湿潤化装置、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記統合型流路は上カバー及び下カバーを含み、前記上カバーと前記下カバーとを組み合わせることで、凝縮流路、湿潤化流路及び送出流路がそれぞれ形成され、且つ、前記下カバーは一体的に成型された構造をなしており、前記下カバーは、前記凝縮流路と連通する凝縮流路入口及び凝縮流路出口と、前記湿潤化流路と連通する湿潤化流路入口及び湿潤化流路出口と、前記送出流路と連通する送出流路入口及び送出流路出口とを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 前記凝縮流路入口は、前記タンクと連通しており、前記水素含有ガスを受け付け、且つ、前記フィルタコットンは前記凝縮流路に設置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 前記湿潤化装置は、前記下カバーに篏合されており、前記凝縮流路出口及び前記湿潤化流路入口とそれぞれ連通し、前記水素含有ガスを湿潤化したあと前記湿潤化流路に送出するために用いられ、
前記湿潤化装置は湿潤化室及び連通室を含み、前記湿潤化室は前記水素含有ガスを湿潤化するために用いられ、前記連通室は、前記タンク及び前記凝縮濾過装置を連通するために用いられ、且つ、前記連通室は前記湿潤化室とは連通していないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記霧化装置は前記送出流路出口に連接されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 前記水素発生装置は拡張型イオン膜電解装置を含み、前記拡張型イオン膜電解装置は、
正極板、
負極板、
前記正極板と前記負極板の間に位置する第1双極性電極板であって、前記正極板と前記第1双極性電極板の間に第1イオン膜プレートが収容されており、前記負極板と前記第1双極性電極板の間に第2イオン膜プレートが収容されている第1双極性電極板、及び、
前記正極板に隣接する第1酸素室と、前記負極板に隣接する第1水素室と、前記第1双極性電極板の正電荷面に隣接する第2酸素室と、前記第1双極性電極板の負電荷面に隣接する第2水素室、を含み、
前記第1酸素室は酸素送出経路を通じて前記第2酸素室と連通し、前記第1水素室は水素送出経路を通じて前記第2水素室と連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記拡張型イオン膜電解装置は、更に、
前記正極板と前記負極板の間に位置する第2双極性電極板を含み、第3酸素室が前記第2双極性電極板の正電荷面に隣接し、第3水素室が前記第2双極性電極板の負電荷面に隣接し、
前記第3酸素室は前記酸素送出経路を通じて前記第1酸素室及び前記第2酸素室と連通しており、前記第3水素室は前記水素送出経路を通じて前記第1水素室及び前記第2水素室と連通していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記拡張型イオン膜電解装置は、更に、酸素導入管及び水素導入管を含み、前記酸素送出経路は前記負極板又は前記正極板を貫通して前記酸素導入管に接続され、前記水素送出経路は前記負極板又は前記正極板を貫通して前記水素導入管に接続されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。

前記ガス経路に連接されており、電解水を電気分解して酸水素ガスを発生させるために用いられる水素発生装置、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、選択的に外気を加速させて加速ガスを発生させる加圧装置、
前記加圧装置に連接されており、ガス信号を検出して、前記加圧装置が前記加速ガスを発生させるよう制御するために用いられる監視装置、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、前記酸水素ガスと前記加速ガスを混合して陽圧ガスを発生させるために用いられる混合装置、及び、
前記ガス経路に連接されており、選択的に霧化ガスを発生させて前記陽圧ガスと混合する霧化装置、を含むことを特徴とする陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記監視装置は、更に、使用者の呼吸周波数を検出し、前記陽圧呼吸装置は前記呼吸周波数に基づいて周期的に前記陽圧ガスを発生させることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 更に、
前記水素発生装置と前記混合装置の間に設置される第1逆止弁及び第1フレームアレスタと、
前記送出装置と前記混合装置の間に設置される第2フレームアレスタと、
前記加圧装置と前記混合装置の間に設置される第2逆止弁と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記霧化装置又は前記加圧装置は加熱機能を有しており、それぞれ、前記霧化ガス又は前記加速ガスの温度を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
- 前記水素発生装置は、更に、
前記電解水を収容するためのタンク、
前記タンク内に収容されており、前記電解水を電気分解して前記酸水素ガスを発生させるために用いられる電解装置、
統合型流路と、前記統合型流路内に収容されるフィルタコットンを含み、前記酸水素ガス中の電解質を濾過するために用いられる凝縮濾過装置、及び、
前記酸水素ガスの湿潤化に用いられる補充水が収容されている湿潤化装置、を含み、
前記凝縮濾過装置は前記湿潤化装置から前記補充水を受け付けて、前記凝縮濾過装置で濾過した前記電解質を前記タンクに戻すことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。 - 前記統合型流路は上カバー及び下カバーを含み、前記上カバーと前記下カバーを組み合わせることで、凝縮流路、湿潤化流路及び送出流路がそれぞれ形成され、且つ、前記下カバーは一体的に成型された構造をなしており、前記下カバーは、前記凝縮流路と連通する凝縮流路入口及び凝縮流路出口と、前記湿潤化流路と連通する湿潤化流路入口及び湿潤化流路出口と、前記送出流路と連通する送出流路入口及び送出流路出口を有し、且つ、前記凝縮流路入口は、前記タンクと連通しており、前記水素含有ガスを受け付け、前記湿潤化装置は、前記下カバーに篏合されており、前記凝縮流路出口及び前記湿潤化流路入口とそれぞれ連通し、前記水素含有ガスを湿潤化したあと前記湿潤化流路に送出するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の陽圧呼吸装置。
