前記導電性閉鎖層(9)が前記第1のガス拡散層(8)の上に配置されており、前記セルフレーム(100)と強固に結合されている電解セルにおいて、
前記膜-電極ユニット(7)および前記第1のガス拡散層(8)の外形輪郭が前記シール(6)を越えて突き出ている、電解セル(1)。 - 前記膜-電極ユニット(7)、前記第1のガス拡散層(8)および前記第2のガス拡散層(11)の大きさが、前記セルフレーム(100)の前記内部プロファイル(101)によって囲まれた面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の電解セル(1)。
- 前記導電性閉鎖層(9)の大きさが、前記セルフレーム(100)の前記内部プロファイル(101)によって囲まれた面積よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の電解セル(1)。
- 前記セルフレーム(100)が1つの加工部材で構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電解セル(1)。
- 前記セルフレーム(100)が少なくとも3000cm2の面積を囲んでいる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電解セル(1)。
- 前記セルフレーム(100)が電気絶縁性を有するように構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電解セル(1)。
- 前記セルフレーム(100)が電気絶縁材料を含む、請求項5に記載の電解セル(1)。
- 前記凹部内で第1のシールが前記セルフレームに強固に結合されている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の電解セル(1)。
- フレーム上面(104)と前記導電性閉鎖層(9)との間に第2のシールが配置されている、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電解セル(1)。
- セルフレーム(100)を準備するステップであって、前記セルフレーム(100)が階段状の内部プロファイル(101)を有し、前記階段状の内部プロファイル(101)が前記セルフレーム(100)内に平面状の構成要素を受け入れるための少なくとも1つの支持面(102)を含み、前記支持面(102)がシール(6)用の凹部(103)を含む、ステップと、
前記支持面(102)の前記凹部(103)に第1のシール(6)を配置するステップと、
前記支持面(102)上に膜-電極ユニット(7)を配置するステップであって、前記膜-電極ユニット(7)が前記セルフレーム(100)の前記支持面(102)および前記シール(6)を覆う、ステップと、
前記膜-電極ユニット(7)の第1の面上に第1のガス拡散層(8)を配置するステップであって、前記膜-電極ユニット(7)および前記第1のガス拡散層(8)の外形輪郭が前記シール(6)を越えて突き出ている、ステップと、
前記第1のガス拡散層(8)および前記セルフレーム(100)の上に、導電性閉鎖層(9)を配置するステップと、
前記導電性閉鎖層(9)を前記セルフレーム(100)に機械的に固定するステップと、
前記シール(6)、前記膜-電極ユニット(7)、前記第1のガス拡散層(8)および前記閉鎖層(9)を備えた前記セルフレーム(100)を、前記閉鎖層(9)が下側に配置されるとともに、前記膜-電極ユニット(7)が上側に配置されるように、回転させるステップと、
前記セルフレーム(100)内の前記膜-電極ユニット(7)の第2の面上に第2のガス拡散層(11)を被着するステップと、
前記セルフレーム(100)内でこれらの層を固定するステップと、
