Claims (11)
- 水平方向へ横たえた形態で配置され、互いに電気的に接続した複数の二次電池と、前記複数の二次電池を一定の配列状態で固定するように構成され、前記複数の二次電池の間に位置して水平方向へ延在し、両端が開放された固定管を備えたセルフレームと、を備える少なくとも一つ以上のバッテリーモジュールと、
一方向へ延在して水平方向へ前記固定管に挿入される固定棒と、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つ以上のバッテリーモジュールを上に搭載するように構成されたベースプレートと、前記ベースプレートの上面から上方へ延びた固定壁と、を備えるパックトレイをさらに含み、
前記固定棒の両端部は、前記パックトレイに備えられた前記固定壁に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックトレイの前記固定壁の上部には、前記固定棒の一端部または他端部が挿入されて固定されるように一部分が下方へ凹んだ固定溝が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックトレイの前記固定壁の上部には、前記固定棒の一端部または他端部が押し込まれて固定されるように内側方向へ凹んだ押込み溝が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記固定棒は、前記パックトレイの前記固定壁が位置した方向へ前記バッテリーモジュールを加圧するように構成された加圧部材を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記固定棒の外面の少なくとも一部には雄ねじが形成され、
前記加圧部材は、前記固定棒の雄ねじに沿って移動するように雌ねじが形成された加圧ナットであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールの間に介在されるように構成されたヒートシンクをさらに含み、
前記固定棒が二つ以上備えられ、
前記二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールには、前記二つ以上の固定棒が各々前記固定管を通じて挿入され、
前記ヒートシンクの下部には、前記二つ以上の固定棒の各々の一部が挿入されるように上方へ凹んだ二つ以上の挿入溝が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールと前記ヒートシンクとの間には熱伝導性パッドが備えられ、
前記熱伝導性パッドには、上下方向及び前後方向へ延び、前記熱伝導性パッドの内側方向へ凹んだ排出溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックトレイの前記ベースプレートの上に位置し、前記二つ以上の固定棒と結合するように構成されたクロスビームをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
