Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、トラックの長手方向軸に平行な縦軸x、及びxに直交する横軸yを同じ水平面に有し、xy平面に直交する鉛直方向軸zを有するピックアップトラックのベッドにおけるレール機構を開示することである。
Claims (3)
- ピックアップトラックのベッドのためのレール機構であって、前記ベッドが、ピックアップトラックの長手方向軸に平行な縦軸x、及び縦軸xに直交する横軸yを同じ水平面上に有し、xy面に直交する鉛直方向軸zをさらに有し、前記レール機構が、前記ベッドの上に、x軸に沿って配置された少なくとも一つの第一の雄又は雌レール、及びz軸に沿った少なくとも一つの第二の雄又は雌レールを含み、ボックスの上に、x軸に沿って配置された少なくとも一つの第一の雄又は雌レール、及びz軸に沿った少なくとも一つの第二の雄又は雌レールを含み、前記ボックスの上のレールが、前記ベッドの上のレールとかみ合い可能な態様で対になっており、かみ合った対の各レールが、x軸に沿った往復直線運動を除いて運動の自由度がゼロであり、前記レール機構が、前記ボックスの座席に固定された乗員のベッドへの固定、及び前記ボックスの座席に固定された乗員のトラック車台からの分離を与え、前記固定が、MBD-IIHS報告で特定された対衝突性能、即ち静止しているピックアップトラックの車台が50.0km/hの試験スピードでベッドに対する側部直交衝突を受ける場合に500kgMDBからの乗員保護に適合する、レール機構。
- 予め規定されたトラックのベッドのために好適な請求項1に記載のレール機構を含む、乗員ボックスに着座しかつ固定された乗員をトラックの車台から分離するためのキット。
- 以下の工程を含む、乗員ボックスに着座しかつ固定された乗員をトラックの車台から分離するための方法:
ピックアップトラックの長手方向軸に平行な縦軸x、及び縦軸xに直交する横軸yを同じ水平面上に有し、xy面に直交する鉛直方向軸zをさらに有するピックアップトラックのベッドにおいて、ベッドへの固定及び車台からの分離を与えるレール機構を与えること;
前記レール機構において、前記ベッドの上に、x軸に沿って配置された少なくとも一つの第一の雄又は雌レール、及びz軸に沿った少なくとも一つの第二の雄又は雌レールを与えること;
前記レール機構において、前記ボックスの上に、x軸に沿って配置された少なくとも一つの第一の雄又は雌レール、及びz軸に沿った少なくとも一つの第二の雄又は雌レールを与えること;
前記ボックスの上のレールを前記ベッドの上のレールとかみ合い可能な態様で対にすること;
x軸に沿った往復直線運動を除いて運動の自由度ゼロをかみ合った対の各レールに与えること;
前記レール機構によって、トラック車台から前記ボックスの座席に固定された乗員を分離すること、但し前記固定は、MBD-IIHS報告で特定された対衝突性能、即ち静止しているピックアップトラックの車台が50.0km/hの試験スピードでベッドに対する側部直交衝突を受ける場合に500kgMDBからの乗員保護に適合する。
