- 前記径方向放出通路は、前記液体誘導ノーズの内部に、加圧された液体バイオオイルが衝突する端壁を画成し、液滴に分解され、前記混合チャンバ内に径方向外側へと誘導される、請求項6に記載の接触分解システム。
- 前記噴霧先端部は、前記混合チャンバの下流に膨張チャンバを備え、液体バイオオイルは、噴霧先端部の放出オリフィスから放出するための入射として、更なる破壊および霧化のために前記膨張チャンバ内に誘導される、請求項7に記載の接触分解システム。
- 前記噴霧先端部が、高温触媒の放射から前記噴霧先端部を冷却するために前記霧化ガスを前記噴霧先端部の付近に誘導するために、前記霧化ガス供給源と連通する長手方向に延びる冷却チャネルをその周囲の付近に形成する、請求項1に記載の接触分解システム。
- 前記細長いノズル本体が2フィートから6フィートの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の接触分解システム。
- 前記第2の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリの霧化ガス通路が接続される霧化ガスの供給源は、蒸気の供給源である、請求項1に記載の接触分解システム。
- 前記第2の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリの前記霧化ガス通路が接続される霧化ガスの前記供給源は、加圧燃料ガス、窒素、または天然ガスの供給源である、請求項1に記載の接触分解システム。
- 接触分解システムのライザ内に液体バイオオイルを誘導するための送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリにおいて、
接触分解ライザの壁の内部に装着され、前記接触分解ライザの壁を通って延び、下流端部に噴霧先端部を有する細長いノズル本体と、
前記細長いノズル本体の内部に支持され、上流端部を有するバイオオイル送流管であって、前記上流端部は、液体バイオオイルの供給源に接続されて、バイオオイル送流管を通して液体バイオオイルを前記噴霧先端部に誘導し、
前記細長いノズル本体は、前記バイオオイル送流管に対して取り囲む関係で環状霧化ガス通路を画成し、前記環状霧化ガス通路は、前記液体送流管および噴霧先端部から送出する液体バイオオイルを微粒子液体バイオオイル噴霧へと霧化するように前記環状霧化ガス通路を通る誘導のために霧化ガスの供給源に接続される、バイオオイル送流管と、
前記バイオオイル送流管の付近に同心状に支持された中間管状部材であって、前記中間管状部材および前記バイオオイル送流管は、前記中間管状部材と、前記バイオオイル送流管との間で前記バイオオイル送流管の付近に細長い環状空間を画成する、中間管状部材と、
前記バイオオイル送流管と前記中間管状部材との間の前記細長い環状空間内に配置され、前記バイオオイル送流管を介して誘導される液体バイオオイルを、前記霧化ガス通路を通って誘導される霧化ガスの熱から隔離する、隔離層と、
を備える、送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。 - 前記隔離層が微孔性隔離体を備える、請求項13に記載の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記隔離層が、0.3-2.25mmの粉末粒径を有する粒状微孔性粉末を含む、請求項14に記載の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記隔離層は、前記バイオオイル送流管を通って移送される液体バイオオイルの温度を40℃から70℃の温度範囲内に維持する、請求項13に記載の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記細長いノズル本体が2フィートから6フィートの長さを有する、請求項13に記載の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリの前記霧化ガス通路が接続される霧化ガスの前記供給源は、蒸気の供給源である、請求項13に記載の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記噴霧先端部が内部混合チャンバを画成し、バイオオイル液体誘導ノーズが、前記バイオオイル送流管と連通する前記混合チャンバの内部に配置され、前記液体誘導ノーズには、前記霧化ガス通路から前記混合チャンバ内に誘導された霧化ガスによる粉砕および霧化の為に、前記バイオオイル送流管を通って前記混合チャンバ内に誘導されたバイオオイルを径方向外側へと横断方向に誘導する複数の径方向放出通路が形成される、請求項13に記載の送流噴霧ノズルアセンブリ。
