Claims (10)
- 平常動作時に支承されて回転するシャフト(14,14’)を支承する流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)であって、
回転方向(22,22’)に互いに隣接して配置された複数の軸受セグメント(12,12’)を有し、これらの軸受セグメントのセグメント表面が一緒になってシャフト(14,14’)のための一つのすべり面(16,16’)を形成し、
少なくとも一つの軸受セグメント(12,12’)が、そのセグメント表面に、回転方向(22,22’)に対して略横方向に配向された複数の溝(26,26’)を保持している滑り軸受において、
回転方向(22,22’)においてそれぞれ後方の溝縁部(261)が、それらにそれぞれ対応する半径方向面(24,24’)に斜めに配向されているとともに、当該面に対してアンダーカットされており、
回転方向(22,22’)においてそれぞれ前方の溝縁部(262)が、それらにそれぞれ対応する半径方向面(24,24’)に斜めにアンダーカット無しで配向されている
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
アンダーカットされた溝縁部(261)は、それらにそれぞれ対応する半径方向面(24,24’)に対して5°乃至20°の角度をなしていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1または2に記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
溝(26,26’)は、溝敷設領域(28,28’)に配置され、当該溝敷設領域は、回転方向(22,22’)においてセグメント長の60%乃至65%のところで始まり、セグメント長の90%乃至95%のところで終わることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
溝(26,26’)は、溝敷設領域(28,28’)に配置され、当該溝敷設領域は、セグメント幅の中央の60%乃至90%に亘って拡がっていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項3または4に記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
溝(26,26’)は、溝敷設領域(28,28’)の面積の10%乃至60%、特に20%乃至30%を占めることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
少なくともいくつかの溝(26,26’)は、その長手方向において途切れていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項6に記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
回転方向(22,22’)に隣接する二つの溝(26,26’)のそれぞれ途切れた部分は、回転方向(22,22’)に対して横方向に互いにずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
シャフト(14’)の軸線方向に垂直かつ平坦にすべり面(16’)が配向されているとともに、軸受セグメント(12’)が円環の扇形区画として形成されていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
シャフト(14)の軸線方向に同軸かつ湾曲してすべり面(16)が配向されているとともに、軸受セグメント(12)が中空シリンダの扇形区画として形成されていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の流体力学的な滑り軸受(10,10’)において、
隣接する二つの軸受セグメント(12,12’)のそれぞれの間に、これらを互いに離間させる給油部(18,18’)が、回転方向(22,22’)に対して横方向に延在していることを特徴とする滑り軸受。
