Claims (13)
- カム式時計部品(1)であって、
セラミックまたはサーメット製で、600HV以上の硬度を有する、実質的に平坦な形状の少なくとも一部を含み、前記一部は、200ミクロン以上の、または350ミクロン以上の厚さを有し、前記一部の主表面(2)に実質的に垂直で、50nm以下の粗さRaを有する少なくとも1つの機能的側面(3)を含む、
カム式時計部品。 - 前記厚さは、400ミクロン以上である、
請求項1に記載のカム式時計部品。 - 前記カム式時計部品は、平坦な主表面(2)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの実質的に垂直な機能的側面(3)は、前記平坦な主表面から延長し、前記平坦な主表面に対して89度以上91度以下の角度を有する、
請求項1または2に記載のカム式時計部品。 - 前記少なくとも1つの機能的側面(3)は、40nm以下の、または30nm以下の粗さRaを有する、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のカム式時計部品。 - 前記カム式時計部品は、ハート型カムといったカム、螺旋または切欠き渦状カム、シャトルまたはコラムホイールである、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカム式時計部品。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品を含む、時計ムーブメント。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品、または請求項6に記載の時計ムーブメントを含む、時計。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のカム式時計部品を製造する方法であって、
前記時計部品の少なくとも1つの機能性側面(3)を形成するために、噴流内での2つの異なるレーザビームの組み合わせによってまたはフェムト秒レーザの1つのレーザビームによって、600HV以上の硬度を有するセラミックまたはサーメット製の厚肉ストリップを切断するステップを含み、前記時計部品は、200ミクロン以上の、または350ミクロン以上の、または400ミクロン以上の厚さを有し、当該方法は50nm以下の前記機能的側面(3)の粗さRaを得るための終了ステップを含む、
