Abstract
Description
表面の上またはその近くに物体を配置する工程;

物体を、付着させる分子または高分子と接触させる工程。

その周囲に対して該表面の電位を制御するための手段;
放電を発生可能な放電デバイス。
放電を発生可能な放電デバイスを備え、表面の活性部分から発生する放電を発生可能な放電発生表面を有する電極をさらに備え、ここで該表面の異なる部分からの放電の発生を可能とするように該表面が可動である。
感染性バクテリオファージをそれに付着させるように微粒子を処理するための装置100を図1に示す。
101-ベルト上に堆積される微粒子を含むホッパー;
102-移動ベルトであり、これは導電性材料で製造されているか、または第2の電極の付加によって導電性を有するように製造されている。これにより粒子が接地されるため、静電気蓄積の問題を大幅に削減または排除する;
103-ベルトを横断するバリアは、微粒子の1つ(単層)がコロナ領域に入ることを確実にする;
104-回転セラミック電極であり、これは材料を活性化するためにコロナを生成する。回転電極は空気流の流れを通して最上部表面の冷却を可能にする;

Claims (17)
- バクテリオファージを物体に付着させるための連続的な方法であって、以下の工程を含む、方法:
(a)移動表面の上またはその近くに該物体を配置する工程;
(b)その周囲に対して該表面の電位を制御する工程;
(c)放電に曝露することによって、該物体を活性化する工程;および
(d)該物体を、付着させる該バクテリオファージと接触させる工程。 - 前記移動表面が導電性である、請求項1に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記移動表面の電位が、プラットフォームを接地することによって制御される、請求項1または2に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記表面の電位が、電極からの静電位の発生によって制御される、請求項1に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記移動表面がコンベアベルトである、任意の先行する請求項に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記放電がコロナ放電である、任意の先行する請求項に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記物体が直径2mmまたはそれ以下の粒子である、任意の先行する請求項に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記物体が直径1mm未満の粒子である、任意の先行する請求項に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記粒子が食品または飼料ペレットである、任意の先行する請求項に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- 前記表面が、物体を収容するためのインデントを含む、任意の先行する請求項に記載のバクテリオファージを物体に付着させる方法。
- バクテリオファージを付着させることによって物体を処理するための装置であって、以下を備える、装置:
(a)処理される該物体を支持するための表面;
(b)その周囲に対して該表面の電位を制御するための手段;
(c)放電を発生可能な放電デバイス。 - 前記表面が移動表面である、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から10に記載のいずれかの方法を実施するための、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- バクテリオファージを物体に付着させるための、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載の装置の使用。
- 放電を発生可能な放電デバイスを備える電極アセンブリであって、表面の活性部分から発生する放電を発生可能な放電発生表面を有する電極をさらに備え、ここで該表面の異なる部分からの放電の発生を可能とするように該表面が可動である、
電極アセンブリ。 - 前記放電が、前記放電発生表面が移動する間に連続的に発生する、請求項15に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリが前記電極の不活性領域に対して密接に間隔をあけて配置されたバリアを備え、該バリアが該電極の不活性部分から該電極の活性部分を分離する、請求項16に記載の電極アセンブリ。
