Description
Claims (15)
- 水処理システムであって、
汚染物質を含む流入水および空気の混合物を前記システム内に送り込むように構成され配置されたブロワーモーターと、
回転速度および径方向速度を前記混合物に与えて前記混合物を霧化するように構成および配置されたアトマイザーを含む一次エバポレーターと、
前記一次エバポレーターから前記混合物を受け取り、二次エバポレーターおよび一次コンデンサーの両方の機能を持つように構成された熱交換器と
を備える水処理システム。 - 前記熱交換器はシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器を含む、請求項1に記載の水処理システム。
- 前記シェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器と前記アトマイザーとの間に設けられた円錐形状の界面をさらに備え、前記円錐形状の界面には、前記シェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器のチューブの開口部に対応する複数の穴がある、請求項2に記載の水処理システム。
- 前記二次エバポレーターからの製品水と前記汚染物質とを分離するように構成されたセパレーターをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の水処理システム。
- 前記セパレーターは、前記汚染物質のうち沈殿した固体部分を回収するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 廃液排出ゼロシステムである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 流入水を、前記流入水と前記空気とを混合させる混合ポイントの上流で、温めるように構成および配置された流入水予熱器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記二次エバポレーターから濃縮液蒸気混合物を受け取るように構成および配置された濃縮液セパレーターと、
前記流入水と混合させるべく前記濃縮液の一部をガイドするよう構成された濃縮液再循環導管と
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 注入水回路をさらに備え、前記注入水回路は、注入水混合ポイントにおいて、前記ブロワーから放出される空気の温度よりも低い温度の水を前記ブロワーの下流の空気に注入するように構成および配置されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記注入水回路が、第1の注入水熱交換器を含み、前記第1の注入水熱交換器は、前記注入水混合ポイントの下流にある注入水回収セパレーターから高温の注入水を受け取り、前記注入水が前記注入水混合ポイントに循環して戻る前に前記高温の注入水を冷却するように構成および配置されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記注入水回路は、外囲空気を用いて前記注入水混合ポイントの上流で前記注入水を冷却するように構成および配置された熱交換器をさらに備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の注入水熱交換器の下流に第2の注入水熱交換器をさらに備え、前記第2の注入水熱交換器は、外囲空気を利用して前記注入水混合ポイントの上流の前記注入水を冷却するよう構成および配置されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 水処理システムであって、
汚染物質を含む流入水および空気の混合物を前記システム内に送り込むように構成および配置されたブロワーモーターと、
回転速度および径方向速度を前記混合物に与えて前記混合物を霧化するよう構成および配置されたアトマイザーを含む一次エバポレーターと、
前記一次エバポレーターから前記混合物を受け取り、二次エバポレーターおよび一次コンデンサーの両方の機能を持つよう構成された熱交換器と、
前記二次エバポレーター/一次コンデンサーの下流に設けられている向流型熱交換器であって、前記流入水と前記空気とを混合させる前に前記流入水を予熱するように構成された向流型熱交換器と、
前記一次コンデンサーの下流に位置している濃縮液セパレーターであって、濃縮液蒸気混合物を受け取り、溶解した状態で濃縮汚染物質を含む水の流体流から、沈殿している固体汚染物質を分離するように構成された濃縮液セパレーターと、
前記溶解した状態で濃縮汚染物質を含む水の少なくとも一部を再循環させて、前記一次エバポレーターの上流で流入水と混合するように構成された濃縮液再循環回路と、
分離された前記沈殿している固体汚染物質を貯蔵するように構成された濃縮液タンクと
を備える水処理システム。 - 注入水回路をさらに備え、前記注入水回路は、注入水混合ポイントにおいて、前記ブロワーから放出される空気の温度よりも低い温度の水を前記ブロワーの下流の空気に注入するように構成および配置されている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 流入水を、前記流入水と前記空気とを混合させる混合ポイントの上流で、温めるように構成および配置される流入水予熱器をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
