Claims (14)
- 収容チャンバと、前記収容チャンバに連通される、入口及び複数の出口と、を備える弁座機構(10)と、
前記弁座機構(10)に接続される駆動機構(20)と、
前記収容チャンバ内に位置し、1つ又は複数の前記出口を回避する複数の回避位置を有するように、前記駆動機構(20)によって前記弁座機構(10)の軸方向に沿って移動させられるスライダ(30)と、
を含む切換弁。 - 前記弁座機構(10)は、底壁及び取付口を有する側壁を有する樽状構造である弁座(11)と、前記取付口に取り付けられ、前記複数の出口がいずれも設置される弁芯(12)とを含む、請求項1に記載の切換弁。
- 前記駆動機構(20)は、前記スライダ(30)に弾性力を付与するように、前記スライダ(30)と前記弁座(11)の底壁との間に位置する第1の弾性部材(21)と、前記スライダ(30)の前記第1の弾性部材(21)から離れた側に当接される駆動ロッド(22)とを含む、請求項2に記載の切換弁。
- 前記駆動機構(20)は、前記駆動ロッド(22)に固定されて接続される回転子(23)と、前記弁座(11)の開口に固定され、適合した雌ねじが設置された前記駆動ロッド(22)がその中に穿設されているナット(24)とを更に含む、請求項3に記載の切換弁。
- 前記駆動機構(20)は、前記弁座(11)の開口に取り付けられ、前記ナット(24)、前記駆動ロッド(22)、及び前記回転子(23)がいずれもその中に位置する取付空間を有するケース(25)を更に含む、請求項4に記載の切換弁。
- 前記駆動機構(20)は、前記ケース(25)の前記弁座(11)から離れた一端に取り付けられ、前記駆動ロッド(22)に適合した制限孔を有し、前記駆動ロッド(22)が少なくとも部分的に前記制限孔内に穿設され、前記駆動ロッド(22)の軸線が前記制限孔の軸線と重なる止めブロック(26)を更に含む、請求項5に記載の切換弁。
- 前記制限孔の根元部は、前記制限孔及び外部空間に連通されるバランス孔を有する、請求項6に記載の切換弁。
- 前記止めブロック(26)は、前記回転子(23)と組み合わされる制限部を有する、請求項6に記載の切換弁。
- 前記弁座機構(10)は、前記弁座(11)の開口端に取り付けられかつ前記ケース(25)内に位置する制限部材(27)を更に含む、請求項6に記載の切換弁。
- 前記駆動機構(20)は、前記スライダ(30)の側面に弾性的に当接される第2の弾性部材(28)を更に含む、請求項4に記載の切換弁。
- 前記第2の弾性部材(28)は、第1の端部が前記ナット(24)と前記弁座(11)との間に固定され、第2の端部が自由端であり、側面が前記スライダの封止面とは逆の面に当接されるリードである、請求項10に記載の切換弁。
- 一列又は複数列に配列される前記複数の出口は、前記弁芯(12)に間隔を空けて設置される、請求項2に記載の切換弁。
- 前記スライダ(30)と前記複数の出口との接触面は、平面又は段差面である、請求項1に記載の切換弁。
- 冷却ユニットと、前記冷却ユニットに連通される、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の切換弁とを含む冷却システム。
