Claims (10)
- 患者を治療するための方法であって、
前記患者によって着用される衣服(100)を提供することと、ここで、前記衣服(100)は、前記患者の第1の筋肉又は第1の神経(502)に配置された第1の電極(134)及び第2の電極(136)と、第2の筋肉又は第2の神経(508)に配置された第3の電極(138)及び第4の電極(140)とに電気的に接続された第1のサブコントロールユニット(122)又はマスタユニット(266)を有し、前記衣服(100)は、前記衣服(100)に取り付けられ、前記第1のサブコントロールユニット(122)又はマスタユニット(266)に電気的に接続されたセンサ(1308,1310,1312)を有し、
前記センサ(1308,1310,1312)が、前記衣服(100)を着用している前記患者の位置、電気信号、又は動きを測定することと、
前記第1のサブコントロールユニット(122)又は前記マスタユニット(266)が、前記位置又は動きに関する情報を受信し、前記位置、電気信号、又は動きを予め記憶された望ましい位置、電気信号レベル、又は動きの間隔と比較することと、
前記位置、電気信号、又は動きが前記間隔(1306)外であるとき、前記マスタユニット(266)が、前記第1の筋肉(502)の収縮を引き起こす又は収縮を容易にするために、前記第1のサブコントロールユニット(122)を通して刺激信号(512)を前記第1の筋肉(502)に送ることと、
前記位置、電気信号、又は動きが前記間隔内であるとき、前記第1のサブコントロールユニット(122)が、刺激信号を送らないことと、を備える方法。 - 前記方法は、前記第1のサブコントロールユニット(122)を前記マスタユニット(266)に電気的に接続するステップを更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記センサが前記第1の筋肉(502)に関連する身体部分(1300)の加速度を測定するステップを更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記センサが前記第1の筋肉(502)に関連する身体部分(1300)の角度を測定するステップを更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記マスタユニット(266)が前記患者の身体部分(1300)を前記位置から予め記憶された望ましい位置の前記間隔内になるように移動させるために刺激信号を一組の筋肉に送るステップを更に備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記センサが前記患者の身体姿勢を測定するステップを更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記センサが前記第1の筋肉又は第1の神経(502)が前記刺激信号(512)によって刺激された後の新しい位置を測定するステップを更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記マスタユニット(266)が前記第1の筋肉(502)中の血流の増加を引き起こすために後続の刺激信号を送るステップを更に備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記センサが前記患者の呼吸を測定するステップを更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
