Claims (17)
- 検体容器であって、
貯蔵部と検体採取領域を有する筒と、
前記貯蔵部の方向に移動可能で前記貯蔵部内に設けられるスリーブ、
を備え、
前記貯蔵部の方向に前記スリーブが移動することで、前記検体採取領域と前記貯蔵部は互いに流体連通する、
検体容器。 - 請求項1に記載の検体容器であって、前記筒と閉塞接触するように適合する蓋をさらに備える、検体容器。
- 請求項2に記載の検体容器であって、
前記蓋は、前記筒と閉塞接触する際に機械的な力が印加されるときに前記貯蔵部の方向に前記スリーブを移動させるように前記スリーブと動作可能に相互作用するように適合される、
検体容器。 - 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の検体容器であって、前記スリーブは、前記貯蔵部への移動ができない第1構成と、前記貯蔵部への移動が可能な第2構成とを有する、検体容器。
- 請求項4に記載の検体容器であって、前記スリーブは、前記第1構成となるように付勢され、かつ、前記蓋が前記筒と閉塞接触する際に相性の良い蓋と動作可能に相互作用するときに、前記第1構成から前記第2構成に移動可能である、検体容器。
- 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の検体容器であって、
前記筒は少なくとも1つの接合面を備え、
前記スリーブは、前記少なくとも1つの接合面に接触するように配置された少なくとも1つの脚部を備える、
検体容器。 - 請求項6に記載の検体容器であって、前記第1構成において、前記少なくとも1つの脚部は、前記スリーブの前記貯蔵部の方向での移動が起こらないように、前記接合表面に抗するように付勢される、検体容器。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の検体容器であって、前記スリーブは複数の離間した脚部を備える、検体容器。
- 請求項6~8のいずれかに記載の検体容器であって、前記スリーブは、前記1つ以上の脚部から前記貯蔵部に向かって延びる少なくとも1つの細長部材を備える、検体容器。
- 請求項9に記載の検体容器であって、前記スリーブは複数のスリーブ開口部によって分離された複数の細長部材を備える、検体容器。
- 請求項9に記載の検体容器であって、前記スリーブの開口部は、前記貯蔵部の方向に前記スリーブを移動させた後に、前記検体採取領域と前記貯蔵部とが前記スリーブの開口部を介して互いに流体連通するように配置される、検体容器。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の検体容器であって、
前記スリーブは前記貯蔵部に最も近い前記少なくとも1つの細長部材の端部に隣接して配置された表面を備え、
前記表面は、前記スリーブが前記貯蔵部の方向に移動する前に、前記検体採取領域と前記貯蔵部との間での流体連通を防止するように配置される、
検体容器。 - 請求項9又は10に記載の検体容器であって、
前記スリーブは、前記貯蔵部に最も近い前記少なくとも1つの細長部材の端部に隣接して配置された穿刺部を備え、
前記穿刺部は、前記貯蔵部との接触時に前記貯蔵部の封止部を穿刺するように配置される、
検体容器。 - 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の検体容器であって、当該検体容器の外側表面が当該検体容器に蓋を固定する少なくとも1つの輪郭領域を備える、検体容器。
- 請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の検体容器であって、
前記筒は前記貯蔵部と前記検体採取領域との間にくびれ部分を有し、
前記くびれ部分は前記スリーブの下側表面を封止可能に受容する大きさで、
前記スリーブは、前記検体採取領域へ戻る流体連通を防止するように配置される、
検体容器。 - 請求項15に記載の検体容器であって、前記くびれ部分は、前記検体採取領域に戻る流体連通を防止するように配置された前記スリーブの表面を防止または制限するように配置されたアンダーカット部を備える、検体容器。
- 請求項1~16のいずれかに記載の検体容器であって、前記貯蔵部は流体を含む、検体容器。
