Abstract
Description
バッテリーと、
バッテリーと係合して保持するように構成されたバッテリー支持部と、
バッテリー支持部とバッテリーとの間に配置された弾性構成部品と、
弾性構成部品内に少なくとも部分的に収容された温度センサであって、バッテリーの温度を測定するように構成された温度センサとを備え、
温度センサ及び弾性構成部品のうちの少なくとも1つがバッテリーと当接する、エアロゾル供給デバイスが提供される。
ヒーターアセンブリにエアロゾル生成材料の加熱を開始させ、
温度センサによって測定された温度に基づいて、バッテリーの温度が第1の閾値を超えているかどうかを判定し、
バッテリーの温度が第1の閾値を超えていると判定された場合、ヒーターアセンブリにエアロゾル生成材料の加熱を停止させる
ように構成された、プロセッサなどのコントローラを備えてもよい。
バッテリーの温度が第2の閾値より低いと判定された場合のみ、ヒーターアセンブリにエアロゾル生成材料の加熱を開始させるように構成されてもよく、ここで、第2の閾値は第1の閾値より小さい。
Claims (14)
- バッテリーと、
前記バッテリーと係合して保持するように構成されたバッテリー支持部と、
前記バッテリー支持部と前記バッテリーとの間に配置された弾性構成部品と、
前記弾性構成部品内に少なくとも部分的に収容された温度センサであって、前記バッテリーの温度を測定するように構成された前記温度センサとを備え、
前記温度センサ及び前記弾性構成部品のうちの少なくとも1つが前記バッテリーと当接する、エアロゾル供給デバイス。 - 前記弾性構成部品が熱伝導性である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記温度センサが前記弾性構成部品内に完全に収容されており、前記弾性構成部品が前記バッテリーと当接する、請求項1又は2に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記温度センサの第1の部分が前記弾性構成部品内に収容され、前記温度センサの第2の部分が前記バッテリーと当接する、請求項1又は2に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記バッテリー支持部が受入部を画定し、前記弾性構成部品が前記受入部内に受け入れられる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記弾性構成部品がシリコーンを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記弾性構成部品が、約5W/mKより大きな熱伝導率を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記弾性構成部品が、約5W/mKより大きく、約10W/mKより小さな熱伝導率を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記弾性構成部品が約15mm2~約25mm2の面積にわたって前記バッテリーと接触する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- エアロゾル生成材料を加熱するように構成されたヒーターアセンブリと、
コントローラであって、
前記ヒーターアセンブリに前記エアロゾル生成材料の加熱を開始させ、
前記温度センサによって測定された温度に基づいて、前記バッテリーの温度が第1の閾値を超えているかどうかを判定し、
前記バッテリーの温度が前記第1の閾値を超えていると判定された場合、前記ヒーターアセンブリに前記エアロゾル生成材料の加熱を停止させる
ように構成された前記コントローラと
をさらに備える請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。 - 前記第1の閾値が約30℃~約40℃である、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 前記バッテリーの温度が第2の閾値より低いと判定された場合のみ、前記ヒーターアセンブリに前記エアロゾル生成材料の加熱を開始させるように前記コントローラが構成され、
前記第2の閾値が前記第1の閾値より小さい、請求項10又は11に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。 - 前記第2の閾値が、前記第1の閾値より約5℃~約10℃低い、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイスと、
エアロゾル生成材料を備える物品と
を備えるエアロゾル供給システム。
