Claims (20)
- ステントであって、

複数の頂点および谷を有する正弦波パターンを該複数の第1のリングのそれぞれが含むように連結された複数の第1のリング・ストラットであって、それぞれの第1のリングが、少なくとも1つのコネクタによって、隣接する第1のリングに連結されており、該コネクタが、該第1のリングのリング・ストラットから、該第1のリングの頂点近くの位置を起点として、該隣接するリングの頂点の近くの、該隣接する第1のリングのリング・ストラットまで延在している、複数の第1のリング・ストラットを備える、第1のステント・セグメントと、
互いに連結されて一続きの第2のリングを形成する複数の該第2のリングを備える第2のステント・セグメントと
を備え、
該第2のステント・セグメントが、該第1のステント・セグメントに連結されており、
該第1のステント・セグメントが、第1の剛性および第1の耐圧壊性を有し、該第2のステント・セグメントが、第2の剛性および第2の耐圧壊性を有し、ここで該第1の剛性が該第2の剛性とは異なっており、該第1の耐圧壊性が該第2の耐圧壊性とは異なっている、ステント。 - 前記ステントの端部リングになるように、前記第1のリングのうちの1つまたは前記第2のリングのうちの1つに連結された少なくとも1つの補強リングであって、第3の剛性および第3の耐圧壊性を有し、ここで該第3の剛性は前記第1の剛性および前記第2の剛性とは異なっており、該第3の耐圧壊性は前記第1の耐圧壊性および前記第2の耐圧壊性とは異なっている、少なくとも1つの補強リングをさらに備える、請求項1記載のステント。

- 複数の頂点および谷を有する正弦波パターンを前記複数の第2のリングのそれぞれが含むように連結された複数の第2のリング・ストラットであって、それぞれの第2のリングが、少なくとも1つのコネクタによって、隣接する第2のリングに連結されており、該コネクタが、該第2のリングの谷から、該隣接する第2のリングの頂点まで延在している、複数の第2のリング・ストラットを、前記第2のリングが備える、請求項1記載のステント。
- それぞれの第1のリングが、それぞれの第1のリングの頂点の数よりも少ない数のコネクタによって、前記隣接するリングに連結されている、請求項1記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、前記第1のステント・セグメントの長手方向軸に対して非平行な方向に延在している、請求項1記載のステント。
- 圧縮状態において、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、前記隣接するリングの少なくとも1つの頂点を通過して、前記隣接する第1のリングの前記リング・ストラット上の連結点まで延在している、請求項7記載のステント。
- 圧縮状態において、第1のリングの両側のコネクタが、反対方向に巻かれている、請求項7記載のステント。
- 複数の頂点および谷を有する正弦波パターンを少なくとも1つの補強リングが含むように連結された複数の補強リング・ストラットを、該少なくとも1つの補強リングが備え、該少なくとも1つの補強リングが、該少なくとも1つの補強リングに補強コネクタによって連結された追加的補強リングをさらに備え、該補強コネクタが、該少なくとも1つの補強リングの頂点から、該追加的補強リングの頂点まで延在している、請求項2記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強リングのそれぞれの頂点が、補強コネクタによって前記追加的補強リングに連結されている、請求項10記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第2のリングのうちの1つのリングを前記複数の第1のリングのうちの隣接する1つのリングに連結する実質的に直線状のコネクタによって、前記第2のステント・セグメントが前記第1のステント・セグメントに連結されている、請求項1記載のステント。
- 前記第2のリングが、複数の頂点および谷を有する正弦波パターンを前記複数の第2のリングのそれぞれが含むように連結された複数の第2のリング・ストラットを備え、前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングの頂点が、前記実質的に直線状のコネクタによって前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの頂点に連結されている、請求項12記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングの複数の頂点が、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの複数の頂点に連結されており、前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングのそれぞれの頂点が、前記実質的に直線状のコネクタによって、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つリングの前記複数の頂点のうちの対応する頂点に連結されている、請求項13記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングの前記複数の頂点が、前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングのすべての前記頂点よりも少ない、請求項14記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの前記複数の頂点が、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングのすべての前記頂点よりも少ない、請求項14記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングの連結されたそれぞれの頂点が、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングに連結されていない前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングの頂点によって、前記複数の第1のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングの連結された別の頂点から離間している、請求項13記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの連結されたそれぞれの頂点が、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記隣接する1つのリングに連結されていない前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの頂点によって、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの連結された別の頂点から離間している、請求項13記載のステント。
- 前記リング・ストラットへの、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタの取り付けが、それぞれの前記リング・ストラットの前記頂点の実際の頂上からオフセットしている、請求項1記載のステント。
- 前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングへの、前記実質的に直線状のコネクタの取り付けが、前記複数の第2のリングのうちの前記1つのリングの前記頂点の実際の頂上からオフセットしている、請求項13記載のステント。
