Abstract
Description
合わせガラスのポリビニルブチラール(PVB)中間層は、低品質で提供されることが多い。しかしながら、これらの中間層をガラス板とラミネートして最終グレージングを形成した後に、純正の製品がグレージングに使用されているかを最終顧客が確認することは極めて困難である。
本発明によるラミネートは、1つ以上の膜Aを含み得るが、少なくとも1つの薄膜Aが本発明による合わせガラスのガラス表面に隣接するように向けられる。ガラス/膜A/膜B/膜A/ガラスの層順序を有する合わせガラスラミネートが得られるように、膜Aを両方のガラス表面に適用することも可能である。
膜Bは、当該技術分野で既知の任意の可塑化PVB膜とすることができる。膜Aおよび膜Bは、ラミネーション前の開始状態で、かつ/またはガラス板間のラミネーションのために準備されたスタックにおいて、単一の可塑剤、ならびに異なる組成および同一の組成の両方の可塑剤の混合物を含有し得る。「異なる組成」という用語は、混合物中の可塑剤のタイプおよびその割合の両方を指す。ラミネーション後の、すなわち完成した合わせガラス中の膜Aおよび膜Bは、好ましくは同じ可塑剤WAおよびWBを有する。しかしながら、好ましい変形形態では、膜Aは、その開始状態でいかなる可塑剤も含有せず、ラミネーション後に可塑剤WBを平衡量で含有する。
本発明に従って使用される膜Aおよび膜Bは、ポリビニルアルコールまたはエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマーのアセタール化によって作製されるポリビニルアセタールを含有する。
本発明に従って使用される膜Aおよび/または膜Bは、可塑剤として、以下の群から選択される1つ以上の化合物を含有することができる:
-多価脂肪族酸または多価芳香族酸のエステル、例えばアジピン酸ジヘキシル、アジピン酸ジオクチル、アジピン酸ヘキシルシクロヘキシル、アジピン酸ヘプチルとアジピン酸ノニルとの混合物、アジピン酸ジイソノニル、アジピン酸ヘプチルノニルなどのアジピン酸ジアルキル;およびアジピン酸と脂環式エステルアルコールまたはエーテル化合物を含有するエステルアルコールとのエステル;セバシン酸ジブチルなどのセバシン酸ジアルキル;さらにはセバシン酸と脂環式エステルアルコールまたはエーテル化合物を含有するエステルアルコールとのエステル;フタル酸ブチルベンジルまたはフタル酸ビス-2-ブトキシエチルなどのフタル酸のエステル
-1つ以上の非分岐または分岐の脂肪族置換基または芳香族置換基を有する、多価脂肪族アルコール、多価芳香族アルコールまたはオリゴエーテルグリコールのエステルまたはエーテル、例えばグリセロール、ジグリコール、トリグリコールまたはテトラグリコールと直鎖または分岐の脂肪族カルボン酸または脂環式カルボン酸とのエステル;後者の群の例としては、ジエチレングリコール-ビス-(2-エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコール-ビス-(2-エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコール-ビス-(2-エチルブタノエート)、テトラエチレングリコール-ビス-n-ヘプタノエート、トリエチレングリコール-ビス-n-ヘプタノエート、トリエチレングリコール-ビス-n-ヘキサノエート、テトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルおよび/またはジプロピレングリコールベンゾエートが挙げられる
-脂肪族エステルアルコールまたは芳香族エステルアルコールのリン酸エステル、例えばトリス(2-エチルヘキシル)ホスフェート(TOF)、トリエチルホスフェート、ジフェニル-2-エチルヘキシルホスフェートおよび/またはトリクレジルホスフェート
-クエン酸、コハク酸および/またはフマル酸のエステル。
本発明は、膜Aをガラス板上に配置した後、少なくとも1つの膜Bで被覆し、続いて第2のガラス板を適用する、前述の合わせガラスを作製する方法にも関する。
1.48970の屈折率を有するPolymaker社のPolysmooth PVBフィラメントを、Raise3D N2 plus 3Dプリンターを用いて215℃のノズル温度、70℃の加熱ビルドプレート、90mm/秒の印刷速度および100μmの層厚でガラス上に3d印刷し、27.5%の可塑剤含有量および1.47979の屈折率を有するPVB膜と共にラミネートした。このラミネートは透明に見えたが、上記の光学特性を妨げるものであった。
Claims (14)
- ポリビニルアセタールPBおよび少なくとも1つの可塑剤WBを含有する少なくとも1つの膜Bと、ポリビニルアセタールPAおよび任意に少なくとも1つの可塑剤WAを含有する少なくとも1つの領域Aと、を含む接着膜によって組み合わせた2つのガラス板を含む合わせガラスであって、膜Aおよび膜Bの屈折率の差が少なくとも0.0002であることを特徴とする、合わせガラス。
- 領域Aの厚さが少なくとも5μmである、請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスが2つの表面領域および少なくとも3つの端部領域を有し、前記合わせガラスに前記端部領域または前記表面領域の1つから光を当てた場合に、領域Aおよび膜Bの屈折率の差が少なくとも0.0002である、請求項1または2記載の合わせガラス。
- 端部領域または表面領域の少なくとも1つに照明装置が設けられているか、または日光が当てられる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記2つのガラス板を組み合わせる前に、領域A中の可塑剤WAの量が45質量%未満であり、膜B中の可塑剤WBの量が45質量%未満である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- ポリビニルアセタールPAおよび任意に少なくとも1つの可塑剤WAを含む溶融物を膜B上または膜B中に印刷することによって領域Aが設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 領域Aが、膜Bと、ポリビニルアセタールPAおよび任意に少なくとも1つの可塑剤WAを含む膜Aの切り抜きまたは打ち抜きパターンと、を組み合わせることによって設けられたものである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記領域Aが、同じかまたは異なるポリビニルアセタールPBおよび少なくとも1つの可塑剤WBを含む2つの膜Bの間に挟まれている、請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 領域Aが無機フィラー、顔料または染料を含む、請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Bが無機フィラー、顔料または染料を含む、請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 膜Bに対する領域Aの厚さ比が0.002~1、好ましくは0.002~0.2である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 膜Bが、層中の可塑剤WBの量が少なくとも2質量%だけ異なる少なくとも2つの層を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Bが、くさび形の厚さプロファイルを有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- ポリビニルアセタールPAおよび任意に少なくとも1つの可塑剤WAを含有する溶融物を膜B上または膜B中に印刷することによって得られる、ポリビニルアセタールPBおよび少なくとも1つの可塑剤WBを含有する少なくとも1つの膜Bと、ポリビニルアセタールPAおよび任意に少なくとも1つの可塑剤WAを含有する少なくとも1つの領域Aと、を含む接着膜であって、膜Aおよび膜Bの屈折率の差が少なくとも0.0002である接着膜を用いて2つのガラス板を組み合わせることで合わせガラスを製造する方法。
