Claims (14)
- 導管加熱装置において、
導管の少なくとも一部を周囲から取り囲む環状加熱素子であって、中に冷却流体を流すように作られた環状通路を含む環状加熱素子、
を備え、
前記環状加熱素子は、雰囲気中に含まれる耐火セラミック材料により少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれており、
前記雰囲気の露点は、前記冷却流体の温度より高く、
前記加熱素子は、金属または金属合金から作られた界面領域を含み、該界面領域は、前記環状通路と前記耐火セラミック材料との間に延在し、該界面領域と該耐火セラミック材料との間の境界での該界面領域の温度は、前記雰囲気の露点よりも高い、導管加熱装置。 - 前記界面領域が、前記環状通路を取り囲む環状シェルおよび該環状通路と該環状シェルとの間に延在する流体間隙を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記流体間隙が気体を含み、該気体の温度および露点が、所定の温度および露点の範囲内にあるように制御される、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記気体の温度が前記雰囲気の露点より高いように制御され、該気体の露点が前記冷却流体の温度より低いように制御される、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記界面領域が、前記環状通路の少なくとも一部と前記耐火セラミック材料との間に環状リングを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記金属または金属合金が、ニッケル、銅、パラジウム、または白金もしくはその合金から選択される、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記冷却流体が液体を含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 導管を加熱する方法において、
環状加熱素子で導管の少なくとも一部を周囲から取り囲む工程であって、該環状加熱素子は、環状通路およびその中を流れる冷却流体を含む、工程、
を有してなり、
前記環状加熱素子は、雰囲気中に含まれる耐火セラミック材料により少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれており、
前記雰囲気の露点は、前記冷却流体の温度より高く、
前記加熱素子は、金属または金属合金から作られた界面領域を含み、該界面領域は、前記環状通路と前記耐火セラミック材料との間に延在し、該界面領域と該耐火セラミック材料との間の境界での該界面領域の温度は、前記雰囲気の露点よりも高い、方法。 - 前記界面領域が、前記環状通路を取り囲む環状シェルおよび該環状通路と該環状シェルとの間に延在する流体間隙を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記流体間隙が気体を含み、該気体の温度および露点が、所定の温度および露点の範囲内にあるように制御される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記気体の温度が前記雰囲気の露点より高いように制御され、該気体の露点が前記冷却流体の温度より低いように制御される、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記界面領域が、前記環状通路の少なくとも一部と前記耐火セラミック材料との間に環状リングを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記金属または金属合金が、ニッケル、銅、パラジウム、または白金もしくはその合金から選択される、請求項8から12いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記冷却流体が液体を含む、請求項8から13いずれか1項記載の方法。
