Abstract
Description
化合物として、複数の金属化合物を含みから形成されることができる。このようなセラミックフリット1144は、複数の金属、そして酸素を含む不規則網目構造(random network structure)、またはガラスの構造を有する酸素多面体で構成されることができる。複数の金属化合物がそれぞれ金属酸化物で構成されると、不規則な網目構造またはガラスの構造を容易かつ安定的に形成することができる。本明細書で複数の金属化合物(一例として、金属酸化物)を含みから形成されることができるとは、複数の金属化合物(一例として、金属酸化物)を使用してセラミックフリット1144を製造し、セラミックフリット1144が、複数の金属、そして非金属(一例として、酸素)を含む化合物の構造、不規則な網目構造、ガラス構造などを少なくとも一部備えて用いて形成されたことを意味することができる。
ここで、紫外線領域の光は、100nm乃至380nmの波長を有する光、可視光線領域の光は、380nm乃至760nmの波長を有する光、赤外線領域の光は、760nm乃至1200nmの波長を有する光として定義することができる。そして平均光透過度は、第1ベース部材112の光透過度を反映しないように正規化された光透過度(normalized transmittance)の平均として定義することができる。
または、カバー部分124が酸化ジルコニウムで構成された第1カバー層124a、その上に位置し、酸化シリコンで構成された第2カバー層124b、その上に位置し、ジルコニウム酸化物で構成された第3カバー層124c、それとその上に位置し、酸化シリコンを含む第4カバー層124dを含めると、カバー部分124が緑色を有することができる。
形成部114の一部分が第1ベース部材112の内部に陥没され、他の部分が外観形成部114が形成されない第1ベース部材112の基板面(BS)より突出した形状を有する。このような外観形成部114の外面がラウンドされた形状を有することができる。このとき、外観形成部114と、第1ベース部材112の境界での表面粗さが基板面(BS)の表面粗さよりも大きくなることができる。しかし、本発明がこれに限定されるものではなく、第1ベース部材112に隣接する外観形成部114の形状が異なる形状を有することもできる。一例として、外観形成部114が均一な厚さを有しながら、平らに形成することもできる。その他の様々な変形が可能である。
Claims (20)
- 太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池を密封するシール材と、
前記シール材の上において、前記太陽電池の一面上に位置する第1カバー部材と、
前記シール材の上において、前記太陽電池の他面上に位置する第2カバー部材と、を含み、
前記第1カバー部材は、前記太陽電池と向き合う第1ベース部材と、
前記第1ベース部材に形成され酸化物セラミック組成物で構成される外観形成部114を含み、
前記外観形成部からの赤外線領域の光に対する前記外観形成部の平均光透過度である第1透過度が可視光線領域の光に対する前記外観形成部の平均光透過度である第2透過度と同じかそれよりもさらに大きい太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記外観形成部が非晶質状態のガラス構造を含む太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記外観形成部において前記第1透過度が前記第2透過度よりも大きい太陽電池パネル。 - 第3項において、
前記外観形成部において前記第1透過度が前記第2透過度より2%以上さらに大きい太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記外観形成部において前記第1及び第2透過度、それぞれより紫外線領域の光に対する前記外観形成部の平均光透過度である第3透過度が小さい太陽電池パネル。 - 第5項において、
前記外観形成部において前記第1透過度と前記第2透過度との間の第1の差が前記第2透過度と前記第3透過度との間の第2の差よりも大きい太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記外観形成部が気泡を備えて多孔性を有する太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記気泡は、0.1μm以上の大きさを有する太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記第1ベース部材は、外観形成部と向き合う第1表面と前記第1表面の反対面である第2表面を有し、
前記外観形成部は、前記第1ベース部材の第2表面上に存在しなく、
前記外観形成部が形成された部分で、前記第1ベース部材の前記第1表面と前記外観形成部境界の表面粗さが前記外観形成部が形成されていない前記第1ベース部材の他の部分の表面粗さよりも大きい太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記外観形成部の屈折率が前記第1ベース部材の屈折率又は前記シール材の屈折率よりも大きく、
前記外観形成部の厚さが1μm以上の太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記外観形成部が少なくとも前記第1ベース部材の一部に形成されるか、または、
前記外観形成部が1つとして認識される少なくともカバー領域の一部に形成される太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記第1カバー部材が強化ガラス基板または半強化ガラス基板を含む太陽電池パネル。 - 第12項において、
前記外観形成部はセラミックフリットを主な物質として含み、
前記外観形成部は、前記セラミックフリットが、前記強化ガラス基板または半強化ガラス基板の内部に混合されて、前記強化ガラス基板または半強化ガラス基板の一部を構成する一体化された部分で構成される太陽電池パネル。 - 第12項において、
前記第1カバー部材が表面圧縮応力が60MPa以下である、前記半強化ガラス基板を含む太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記第1カバー部材の一面に、前記外観形成部が形成され、前記第1カバー部材の他の一面に光拡散部が形成される太陽電池パネル。 - 太陽電池と
前記太陽電池を密封するシール材と、
前記シール材の上において、前記太陽電池の一面上に位置する第1カバー部材と、
前記シール材の上において、前記太陽電池の他面上に位置する第2カバー部材と、を含み、
国際照明委員会(CIE)Lab色座標、D65標準光源で前記太陽電池と前記第2カバー部材の色差(△E * ab)のレベルが11以下である太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項において、
前記第2カバー部材は、ガラス基板で構成される第2ベース部材と、前記第2ベース部材の上に、少なくとも前記太陽電池が位置しない非有効領域に位置するカバー部分を含む太陽電池パネル。 - 第17項において、
前記カバー部分が、複数のカバー層を含み、前記複数のカバー層のそれぞれは、酸化物セラミックスの組成物、誘電物質または絶縁物質の内、少なくとも一つで作成される太陽電池パネル。 - 第17項において、
前記カバー部分が、前記太陽電池の光電変換部を構成するシリコンを含むシリコン層と、前記シリコン層の上に位置し、前記太陽電池の一面に位置する反射防止層と同一の物質及び積層構造を有する太陽電池パネル。 - 第1項乃至第19項の内、いずれか一項において、
前記太陽電池パネルが、建物に一体化される建物一体型構造を有する太陽電池パネル。
