Abstract
Description
・上記分散液は、少なくとも15重量%のTiO2、好ましくは少なくとも17重量%のTiO2、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40重量%のTiO2、最も好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の二酸化チタンを含む。
・上記少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤は、カルボン酸及びα-ヒドロキシ酸から選択される少なくとも1種である。
・pHは0.5~9の範囲にある。
・上記分散液から乾燥された粒子の、ISO 9277に従って測定された比表面積は200~300m2/gの範囲にある。
・上記ゾルは、少なくとも15重量%のTiO2、好ましくは少なくとも17重量%のTiO2、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40重量%のTiO2、最も好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の二酸化チタンを含む。
・上記少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤は、カルボン酸及びα-ヒドロキシ酸から選択される少なくとも1種である。
・pHは0.5~9の範囲にある。
・上記ゾルから乾燥された粒子の、ISO 9277に従って測定された比表面積は200~300m2/gの範囲にある。
a)一般式[TiOx(OH)4-2x]nを有する少なくとも1種のチタン酸を準備し、それを、TiOCl2、TiCl4、及びHClからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含む水溶液中に、透明溶液が得られるように溶解する工程であって、溶解後、上記透明溶液のpHは1未満である工程と、
b)上記透明溶液の温度を、沈殿が起こり始める68~85℃の範囲の温度に達するまで上昇させ、上記沈殿が起こり始める前に少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤を添加し、撹拌しながら少なくとも1分間、その温度を保持して、中間生成物としてのTiO2を含む粒子の分散液を得る工程と、
c)工程b)からの上記分散液の中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を、アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することにより、少なくとも8Mに調整する工程と、
d)工程c)からの上記分散液を90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程と、
e)上記アルカリ金属チタネート(チタン酸アルカリ金属塩)を含む複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネート(プロトン化チタン酸塩)を含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程と
を含む。
b1)好ましくは、ゾルが形成される点までイオン濃度が下がるように、上記分散液の中のイオンの含有量を減少させる工程であって、上記ゾルの中の上記粒子の上記平均直径は3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmである工程と、
b2)上記分散液の中のTiO2の濃度を、好ましくは10~80%の範囲内の値に、より好ましくは20~70%の範囲内の値に、最も好ましくは30~50%の範囲内の値に調整する工程
をさらに含んでもよい。
i)TiO2を含む粒子のゾルを準備する工程であって、このゾル中の粒子の平均直径は3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmであり、このゾルは少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤を含む工程と、
c)アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することによって、上記ゾル中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を少なくとも8Mに調整する工程と、
d)上記ゾルを90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程と、
e)上記複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程と
を含む。
ab)TiO2を含む粒子の分散液を準備する工程であって、上記分散液中の上記粒子の平均直径は、3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmであり、上記分散液は、酸性安定剤としての少なくとも1種のα-ヒドロキシ酸を含む工程と、
c)工程ab)からの上記分散液の中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を、アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することにより、少なくとも8Mに調整する工程と、
d)工程c)からの上記分散液を90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程と、
e)上記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程と
を含む方法が提供される。
連続する工程c)、工程d)及び工程e)を行う前に、
i)連続する工程a)及び工程b)、又は
ii)工程ab)
のいずれかを実行することを含み、各工程は、
a)一般式[TiOx(OH)4-2x]nを有する少なくとも1種のチタン酸を準備し、それを、TiOCl2、TiCl4、及びHClからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含む水溶液中に、透明溶液が得られるように溶解する工程であって、溶解後、上記透明溶液のpHは1未満である工程、

ab)TiO2を含む粒子の分散液を準備する工程であって、上記分散液中の上記粒子の平均直径は、3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmであり、上記分散液は、酸性安定剤としての少なくとも1種のα-ヒドロキシ酸を含む工程、
c)工程b)からの上記分散液の中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を、アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することにより、少なくとも8Mに調整する工程、
d)工程c)からの上記分散液を90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程、並びに
e)上記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程
である。
本発明に係る材料を用いることによって、電池用アノードを作製した。
上記材料を用いて分散液を以下のように作製した。
1.0028gのTiO2を含む第3の構造体
0.125gのSuper C 65カーボンブラック(Imerys(登録商標))
0.125gのKynar(登録商標) PVDF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン)
2.38gのn-メチルピロリドン(NMP)
電気化学的な充放電実験は、Maccor 4200及びLANHE CT2001Aを用いて、1~2.5V対Li/Li+の電圧枠で実施した。1Cは330mA/g(TiO2)と定義した。
すべての結果は、TiO2 1グラムあたりのmAhで与えられている。クーロン効率は、脱リチウム容量をリチウム化容量で割ることによって算出される。
5C(サイクル30)での容量:150mAh/g
10C(サイクル35)での容量:125mAh/g
回復した容量:210mAh/g
Claims (55)
- シート、ワイヤ及びチューブからなる群から選択されるチタン化合物の構造体の製造方法であって、
a)一般式[TiOx(OH)4-2x]nを有する少なくとも1種のチタン酸を準備し、それを、TiOCl2、TiCl4、及びHClからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含む水溶液中に、透明溶液が得られるように溶解する工程であって、溶解後、前記透明溶液のpHは1未満である工程と、
b)前記透明溶液の温度を、沈殿が起こり始める68~85℃の範囲の温度に達するまで上昇させ、前記沈殿が起こり始める前に少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤を添加し、撹拌しながら少なくとも1分間、その温度を保持して、中間生成物としてのTiO2を含む粒子の分散液を得る工程と、
c)工程b)からの前記分散液の中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を、アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することにより、少なくとも8Mに調整する工程と、
d)工程c)からの前記分散液を90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程と、
e)前記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程と
を含む方法。 - 工程b)の後で工程c)の前に、
b1)好ましくは、ゾルが形成される点までイオン濃度が下がるように、前記分散液の中のイオンの含有量を減少させる工程であって、前記ゾルの中の前記粒子の平均直径は3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmである工程と、
b2)前記分散液の中のTiO2の濃度を、好ましくは10~80%の範囲内の値に、より好ましくは20~70%の範囲内の値に、最も好ましくは30~50%の範囲内の値に調整する工程と
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 工程b)の後の前記分散液又は工程b1)及び工程b2)の後のゾルが、少なくとも15重量%の二酸化チタン、好ましくは少なくとも17重量%の二酸化チタン、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%の二酸化チタン、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%の二酸化チタン、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40重量%の二酸化チタン、最も好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の二酸化チタンを含む請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程e)の後に得られる前記プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体が、300~700℃、好ましくは300~600℃、より好ましくは300~450℃、最も好ましくは300~400℃の範囲の温度に加熱され、二酸化チタンを含む複数の第3の構造体が得られる請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤が、カルボン酸及びα-ヒドロキシ酸から選択される請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミン及び少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤が、工程c)の前に一緒に添加される請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記カルボン酸が、クエン酸及び乳酸からなる群から選択される請求項5又は請求項6に記載の方法。
- 工程d)の間、撹拌が行われる請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分散液が、工程b)と工程c)との間で乾燥及びその後の再分散が行われることなく、分散状態のまま留まる請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分散液が、工程b)と工程c)との間で乾燥され、再分散される請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)の後に得られる前記分散液から乾燥された前記粒子の、ISO 9277に従って測定された比表面積が200~300m2/gの範囲にある請求項1から請求項8及び請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)での溶解後のpHが0よりも低い請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)から得られた前記分散液又は工程b1)及び工程b2)から得られたゾルのpHが、0.5~1.5の範囲の値に調整される請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水酸化物イオンの濃度が、工程c)においてNaOHを用いて調整される請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)で準備される前記チタン酸が、NaOHの水溶液による沈殿までの中和によってTiOCl2から作製される請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体が、工程d)と工程e)との間で残りの液体から分離される請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)における前記分散液の処理が、自生圧力で行われる請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- チタン以外の遷移金属イオンは添加されない請求項1から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項18のいずれか1項における工程b)の後に得られる中間生成物であって、TiO2を含み少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤を含む粒子の分散液であり、任意に、以下の特徴:
・前記分散液が、少なくとも15重量%のTiO2、好ましくは少なくとも17重量%のTiO2、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40重量%のTiO2、最も好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の二酸化チタンを含む、
・前記少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤が、カルボン酸及びα-ヒドロキシ酸から選択される少なくとも1種である、
・pHが0.5~9の範囲にある、
・前記分散液から乾燥された前記粒子の、ISO 9277に従って測定された比表面積が200~300m2/gの範囲にある
のうちの1つ以上を示す中間生成物。 - 請求項2から請求項18のいずれか1項における工程b1)及び工程b2)の後に得られる中間生成物であって、TiO2を含み少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤を含む粒子のゾルであり、任意に、以下の特徴:
・前記ゾルが、少なくとも15重量%のTiO2、好ましくは少なくとも17重量%のTiO2、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%のTiO2、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40重量%のTiO2、最も好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の二酸化チタンを含む、
・前記少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤が、カルボン酸及びα-ヒドロキシ酸から選択される少なくとも1種である、
・pHが0.5~9の範囲にある、
・前記ゾルから乾燥された前記粒子の、ISO 9277に従って測定された比表面積が200~300m2/gの範囲にある
のうちの1つ以上を示す中間生成物。 - 二酸化チタンを含む構造体であって、前記構造体は、シート、ワイヤ及びチューブのいずれかであり、前記構造体は、請求項4及び請求項4に従属する場合の請求項5から請求項18のいずれか1項に従って製造された構造体。
- 前記構造体が、リチウムイオン電池又はナトリウムイオン電池のアノードの一部を構成する請求項21に記載の構造体。
- 前記構造体が、光触媒体の一部を構成する請求項21に記載の構造体。
- 前記構造体が、チタン製の歯科用若しくは骨用のインプラントの表面改質材又は表面処理材を構成する請求項21に記載の構造体。
- シート、ワイヤ及びチューブからなる群から選択されるチタン化合物の構造体の製造方法であって、
ab)TiO2を含む粒子の分散液を準備する工程であって、前記分散液中の前記粒子の平均直径は、3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmであり、前記分散液は、酸性安定剤としての少なくとも1種のα-ヒドロキシ酸を含む工程と、
c)工程ab)からの前記分散液の中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を、アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することにより、少なくとも8Mに調整する工程と、
d)工程c)からの前記分散液を90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程と、
e)前記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程と
を含む方法。 - 工程ab)後の前記分散液が、少なくとも15重量%の二酸化チタン、好ましくは少なくとも17重量%の二酸化チタン、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%の二酸化チタン、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%の二酸化チタン、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40重量%の二酸化チタン、最も好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の二酸化チタンを含む請求項25に記載の方法。
- 工程e)の後に得られる前記プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体が、300~700℃、好ましくは300~600℃、より好ましくは300~450℃、最も好ましくは300~400℃の範囲の温度に加熱され、二酸化チタンを含む複数の第3の構造体が得られる請求項25又は請求項26に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミン及び少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤が、工程c)の前に一緒に添加される請求項25から請求項27のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記カルボン酸が、クエン酸及び乳酸からなる群から選択される請求項25から請求項28のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)の間、撹拌が行われる請求項25から請求項29のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分散液が、工程ab)と工程c)との間で乾燥及びその後の再分散が行われることなく、分散状態のまま留まる請求項25から請求項30のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分散液が、工程ab)と工程c)との間で乾燥され、再分散される請求項25から請求項30のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程ab)の後に得られた前記分散液から乾燥された前記粒子のISO 9277に従って測定された比表面積が200~300m2/gの範囲にある請求項25から請求項30及び請求項32のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程ab)から得られた前記分散液のpHが、0.5~1.5の範囲の値に調整される請求項25から請求項33のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水酸化物イオンの濃度が、工程c)においてNaOHを用いて調整される請求項25から請求項34のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体が、工程d)と工程e)との間で残りの液体から分離される請求項25から請求項35のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)における前記分散液の処理が、自生圧力で行われる請求項25から請求項36のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- チタン以外の遷移金属イオンは添加されない請求項25から請求項27のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二酸化チタンを含む構造体であって、前記構造体は、シート、ワイヤ及びチューブのいずれかであり、前記構造体は、請求項27及び請求項27に従属する場合の請求項28から請求項38のいずれか1項に従って製造された構造体。
- 前記構造体が、リチウムイオン電池又はナトリウムイオン電池のアノードの一部を構成する請求項39に記載の構造体。
- 前記構造体が、光触媒体の一部を構成する請求項39に記載の構造体。
- 前記構造体が、チタン製の歯科用若しくは骨用のインプラントの表面改質材又は表面処理材を構成する請求項39に記載の構造体。
- シート、ワイヤ及びチューブからなる群から選択されるチタン化合物の構造体の製造方法であって、
連続する工程c)、工程d)及び工程e)を行う前に、
i)連続する工程a)及び工程b)、又は
ii)工程ab)
のいずれかを実行することを含み、各工程は、
a)一般式[TiOx(OH)4-2x]nを有する少なくとも1種のチタン酸を準備し、それを、TiOCl2、TiCl4、及びHClからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含む水溶液中に、透明溶液が得られるように溶解する工程であって、溶解後、前記透明溶液のpHは1未満である工程、
b)前記透明溶液の温度を、沈殿が起こり始める68~85℃の範囲の温度に達するまで上昇させ、前記沈殿が起こり始める前に少なくとも1種の酸性安定剤を添加し、撹拌しながら少なくとも1分間、その温度を保持して、中間生成物としてのTiO2を含む粒子の分散液を得る工程、
ab)TiO2を含む粒子の分散液を準備する工程であって、前記分散液中の前記粒子の平均直径は、3~20nm、好ましくは4~15nm、より好ましくは4.5~7nmであり、前記分散液は、酸性安定剤としての少なくとも1種のα-ヒドロキシ酸を含む工程、
c)工程b)からの前記分散液の中の水酸化物イオンの濃度を、アルカリ金属水酸化物MOHを添加することにより、少なくとも8Mに調整する工程、
d)工程c)からの前記分散液を90~170℃の範囲の温度で6~72時間処理して、アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を得る工程、並びに
e)前記アルカリ金属チタネートを含む複数の第1の構造体を、アルカリ金属イオンM+の少なくとも一部をH+と交換するように処理して、プロトン化チタネートを含む複数の第2の構造体を得る工程
である方法。 - リチウムイオン電池用の電極成分であって、請求項1から請求項18、請求項25から請求項38、及び請求項43のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って製造された構造体を含む電極成分。
- 電解質によって分離された第1の電極及び第2の電極を含むリチウムイオン電気化学セルであって、前記第1の電解質及び第2の電解質の一方は、請求項1から請求項18、請求項25から請求項38、及び請求項43のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って製造された構造体を含むリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- 半電池試験における充電容量が175mAh/g超である請求項45に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- 100サイクル後のクーロン効率が99.5%超である、請求項45又は請求項46に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- C/10、C/3、C/2、1C、2C、5C、10C、及び再びC/10でそれぞれ5サイクル充放電した後のC/10充電の容量回復率が少なくとも90%であり、1Cが330mA/gとして定義され、測定が前記C/10充電の3サイクル目に行われる請求項45から請求項47のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- 半電池試験における充電容量が175mAh/g超である請求項48に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- 前記セルがC/10のレートで充電でき、充電容量が、180mAh/g超、好ましくは200mAh/g超、より好ましくは215mAh/g超である請求項45から請求項49のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- 前記セルが5Cのレートで充電でき、充電容量が、110mAh/g超、好ましくは140mAh/g超である請求項45から請求項50のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セル。
- 前記電池が10Cのレートで充電でき、充電容量が、70mAh/g超、好ましくは120mAh/g超である請求項45から請求項51のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 電気化学的に連結された複数の請求項45から請求項52のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電気化学セルを含むリチウムイオン電池。
- ラマン分光法で測定してアナターゼ型の二酸化チタンが形成されない限り前記加熱が行われる請求項4又は請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱が、0.5~10時間の範囲の時間で行われる請求項4又は請求項27に記載の方法。
