Claims (11)
- エネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)であって、
前記少なくとも1つのセルホルダ(100a)、(100b)に配置される1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(106)と、
前記1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(106)を電気的に接続するためになされた1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)であって、前記1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)のそれぞれが、前記少なくとも1つのホルダ構造(100a)、(100b)に前記1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セルの前記それぞれをしっかり固定して位置付けるためになされた1つまたは複数の開口(203)を含む、1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)と
を含むエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。 - 前記1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(106)が、直列組合せおよび並列構成を含む少なくとも1つの構成において電気的に接続されて、1つまたは複数のアレイの組合せを形成する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(106)の前記1つまたは複数のアレイの組合せのそれぞれが、バッテリ管理システム(101)に、その中の少なくとも一部に提供される1つまたは複数の対応する接続点(102)で、少なくとも1つの装着設備を通して電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- スリットの形の前記1つまたは複数のすき間(200a)が、前記1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)の前記それぞれの少なくとも一部に形成される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)が、その底面に向かって突き出る少なくとも1つの溶接棒構造(107)を含む、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溶接棒構造(107)が、前記1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)のそれぞれの外面に対して垂直である、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数のすき間(200)のうちの少なくとも1つのすき間(200a)が、より長い経路(202)を通って前記1つまたは複数の相互接続経路の前記それぞれにわたって発生した大量のシャント電流をわきにそらすように、少なくとも1つの予め決められた断面の少なくとも1つの予め決められた形状を含む、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数のすき間(200)の前記少なくとも1つの予め決められた形状の輪郭が、実質的にC型形状の輪郭である、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数の接触点(205)が、前記スポット溶接によって、前記1つまたは複数のすき間(200a)の少なくとも1つの溶接棒構造(107)の前記それぞれと、前記1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(106)の前記少なくとも1つの端子とを電気的に接続することによって、位置合わせして形成された少なくとも1つのスポット溶接位置(207)を含む、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- スリット開口が、1つまたは複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(106)の接触端子の面積にわたる断面積に対して実質的に等しく配置されるように構成され、それによって、より大きな電流フロー経路(202)を可能にする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数の相互接続構造(103)のスリットの両側に一体化して形成される前記少なくとも1つのスポット溶接位置(207)溶接点が、縦式、横式、その組合せにおいて非対称に配置される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(100)。
