Claims (8)
- 閉じた段階で壁(12)に自動的に位置合わせされ、前記壁に沿って作られた通り抜けられる空間(14)を交互に開閉するのに適した格納式スライドドア(10)であって、前記床に固定された下部ガイド(18)と、支持梁を形成する上部ガイド(20)とを備え、前記上部ガイド(20)には、シャフト(56)によって支持され、キャリッジを形成するためにフレーム(62)と結合された2対以上のホイール(54)及び単一のホイール(58)のスライドトラックを構成する一対の突出部(50、52)及び(60)が作られており、前記下部ガイド(18)は、前記ドア(10)の前記下部ヘッドに沿って作られた混合線延長部(26)を備えた成形チャネル内に取り付けるのに適したローラ(24)と相互作用し、前記上部ガイド(20)は、前記成形チャネル(26)と同一かつ平行な混合線構成を有する成形チャネル(78)を備え、前記ドア(10)の前記上部ヘッドは、前記ヘッドの前記端部に固定された前記キャリッジを構成する前記フレーム(62)に吊り下げるための手段を備え、それぞれの反対方向に向いた対向するピン(70)が突出する対向するプレート(66、68)からなり、前記ドア(10)は、フォイル(64)の介在を伴って前記フレーム(62)に吊り下げられ、その下縁部には、前記プレート(66、68)の前記ピン(70)のための対向する相補的なパッカ又は係合座部(72)を形成するパッカリングが設けられていることを特徴とする、スライドドア。
- 前記下部ガイド(18)は、「U」断面の外形からなり、前記下部ガイド(18)の前記基部(18’)は、前記対向する側壁に対して一方の側に突出し、かつ、延長部(28)を形成し、前記延長部(28)から前記ローラ(24)が上方に延び、後者は、前記基部(18’)の前記延長部(28)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスライドドア。
- 前記ドア(10)の前記上部ヘッドに固定された前記プレート(68)が、前記ドアの前記背面の方向に向けられた一体型延長部(74)を画定し、そこから前記上部ガイド(20)の前記成形チャネル(78)に沿ってスライドするローラ(76)が、上方に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスライドドア。
- 前記ドア(10)の前記下部ヘッドに沿って作られた、前記成形された混合線延長チャネル(26)と、前記上部ガイド(20)に配置された前記成形チャネル(78)とが、前記ドア(10)の実質的に全幅にわたって直線状の延長部を画定し、それぞれの円弧状の折曲げ部(30)及び(82)を一端に形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスライドドア。
- 前記円弧状の折曲げ部(30)を形成する前記端部が、平坦でわずかに隆起した面(32)を前記上部面に画定し、その上に、成形プレート(38)をねじ(36)で固定するための2つ以上の通り穴(34)が作られ、前記成形プレート(38)は、その下部面に前記成形プレート(38)に水平かつ平行に配置された空転するホイール(40)のための前記支持体を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のスライドドア。
- 前記ホイール(40)の近くの、前記成形プレート(38)の同じ下部面には、前記下部ガイド(18)の前記垂直壁の1つに沿って延びる強磁性テープ(48)と協働するように設計された磁石(44)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のスライドドア。
- 前記フォイル(64)が、互いにボルト留めされた2つの重なり合う要素でできており、前記フォイルの前記上縁部には、前記フレーム(62)への接続ピンと同じ数だけ対向する係合座部を形成するパッカリングが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスライドドア。
- 前記ドア(10)と、前記下部ガイド(18)及び前記上部ガイド(20)と、前記フォイル(64)に接続された前記フレーム(62)とから形成された前記アセンブリは、対向する垂直直立部(84)によってコンパクトなブロックに組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスライドドア。
