Claims (14)
- 反応器の上部の孔に一部領域を挿入して前記反応器と結合し、パイプを固定する固定部と、
前記固定部に形成された孔に挿入され、前記固定部の下側方向に突出しており、上下方向に長さが調節されるパイプと、
前記パイプの下端に備えられた噴射ノズルと、
前記パイプの下部側面に備えられたスクリーナーと、を含む、反応器洗浄装置。 - 前記スクリーナーは、前記パイプから前記反応器の内壁に向かって突出している、請求項1に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記スクリーナーの一部領域が、前記反応器の内壁と対応する屈曲を有する、請求項2に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記スクリーナーは金属材質である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記パイプは、多段のパイプがレイヤの形態で重なったゼンマイ式パイプである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記パイプの上下移動のための制御部を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルは、前記反応器の内壁に向かって溶媒を噴射するように備えられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルから噴射される溶媒が成す噴射角度が90°以下である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 前記反応器は、エチレンをオリゴマー化反応させるためのものである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の反応器洗浄装置。
- 反応器の上部の縁に沿って形成された複数の孔に、複数の反応器洗浄装置の固定部の一部領域を挿入し、前記反応器と反応器洗浄装置を結合するステップと、
前記反応器洗浄装置の固定部に形成されている孔に挿入されたパイプの下端に備えられた噴射ノズルを用いて、前記反応器の内壁に蓄積された汚染物質に向かって溶媒を噴射するステップと、
前記反応器洗浄装置の前記パイプの長さを調節して前記反応器の上部から下部へ垂直移動させながら、前記パイプの下部側面に備えられたスクリーナーを用いて前記反応器の内壁の汚染物質を追い出すステップと、
前記反応器から追い出された汚染物質を除去するステップと、を含む、反応器の洗浄方法。 - 前記噴射ノズルを介して噴射される溶媒の圧力が10bar.g~100bar.gである、請求項10に記載の反応器の洗浄方法。
- 前記溶媒は、n-ペンタン、n-ヘキサン、n-ヘプタン、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、オクタン、シクロオクタン、デカン、ドデカン、ベンゼン、キシレン、1,3,5-トリメチルベンゼン、トルエン、エチルベンゼン、クロロベンゼン、ジクロロベンゼン、および卜リクロロベンゼンからなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項10または11に記載の反応器の洗浄方法。
- 反応器を閉鎖した状態で行う、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の反応器の洗浄方法。
- 前記反応器洗浄装置の固定部に形成されている孔に挿入されたパイプの下端に備えられた噴射ノズルを用いて、前記反応器の内壁に蓄積された汚染物質に向かって溶媒を噴射するステップと、前記反応器洗浄装置の前記パイプの長さを調節して前記反応器の上部から下部へ垂直移動させながら、前記パイプの下部側面に備えられたスクリーナーを用いて前記反応器の内壁の汚染物質を追い出すステップと、を同時に行う、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の反応器の洗浄方法。
