Claims (13)
- 陽極、陰極及び分離膜を含む電極組立体を収容する円筒形カンと、
前記円筒形カンの上部に位置するキャップ組立体と、
前記キャップ組立体のトップキャップ及びベンティング部材の外周縁を取り囲むように設けられた状態で前記円筒形カンを密封する第1ガスケットと、
前記キャップ組立体の下部に位置する電流遮断部材(CID)と、
前記電流遮断部材の外周縁に位置する第2ガスケットと、
を含み、
前記第1ガスケットの上端部は前記トップキャップの外周縁上面を取り囲む構造を有し、
前記第1ガスケットの上端部の内側面の少なくとも一部には、前記トップキャップの外周縁上面と密着することを防止するための溝部が形成されている、円筒型二次電池。 - 前記トップキャップは突出形中心部とトップキャップの外周縁を連結するブリッジを含み、前記溝部は前記ブリッジと連結されるトップキャップの外周縁と対面する第1ガスケットの上端部に形成される、請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溝部の両側末端を連結する長さはブリッジの幅より大きい、請求項2に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溝部は全体として均一な深さの溝が形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溝部は凹部及び凸部が連続的に形成された構造を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記凸部の厚さは溝部が形成されなかった第1ガスケットの上端部の厚さと同一である、請求項5に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記凸部の厚さは溝部が形成されなかった第1ガスケットの上端部の厚さより小さい、請求項5に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記第1ガスケットの上端部は多孔性構造を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記第2ガスケットは、ベンティング部材と電流遮断部材の接触を防止するために、電流遮断部材の外周部の上面に位置する上部、及び前記電流遮断部材の外周部の外側に位置する側部を含み、
前記上部の少なくとも一部には打抜部が形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。 - 前記打抜部は電流遮断部材と結合する陽極タブに隣接した位置に形成される、請求項9に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記打抜部は前記第2ガスケット上部の内側一部が除去された形態を有する、請求項9または10に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記打抜部は前記第2ガスケット上部の下面に溝が形成された構造を有する、請求項9または10に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溝はスリット形態を有する、請求項12に記載の円筒型二次電池。
