Abstract
Description
a)研磨指示薬を含む接合化合物またはスパックル化合物、空気/接合化合物表面に第1の色を示す接合化合物またはスパックル化合物を基材に塗布することであって、第1の色は基材の色と区別可能であり、表面の第1の色はまた表面の下の接合化合物の第2の色とも区別可能である、塗布すること、および
b)第1の色が表面から除去されるまで、接合化合物の表面を研磨すること、を含む。
1)表面を研磨した後、第1の色の存在について表面を検査することと、
2)表面に第1の色が検出された場合は、いくらかの追加の研磨が必要であると判断することと、を含む。
L*は明度(黒/白)を示し、L*=100は純白色、L*=0は純黒色であり、
a*は赤/緑の座標であり、a*=-100は完全な緑色、a*=100は完全な赤色であり、および
b*は黄/青の座標であり、b*=100は完全な黄色、b*=-100は完全な青色である。
混合済み硬化型接合化合物200gにムレキシド20mgを添加した。ムレキシドと接合化合物の混合により、薄い灰色から薄い桃色への色の変化を表し、これは、理論に拘束されることを望まないが、ムレキシドと利用可能なCa2+イオンとの間の金属錯体の形成が原因である可能性がある。硬化反応を活性化するために硫酸亜鉛および硫酸アルミニウムを添加すると、接合化合物はその色をゴールドイエローに変化させた。次に、接合化合物を壁板に塗布し、乾燥させた。接合化合物が乾燥した後、接合化合物の表面はゴールドイエロー色のままであった。図2の下部(B、ゴールドイエロー)を参照されたい。ゴールドイエロー(第1の色)の層の厚さは、光学顕微鏡を使用して測定され、それは約100ミクロン以下であると決定された。
炭酸カルシウムを主要なフィラー材料として使用するスパックル化合物試料は、表2に従って、以下の研磨指示薬:チモールブルー、m-クレゾールパープル、クレゾールレッド、ブロモチモールブルー、ブロモキシレノールブルー、またはアリザリンレッドSのうちの1つを使用して調製した。各研磨指示薬は、2つの異なる濃度、すなわち、水を除いた接合化合物合計の乾燥重量0.001重量%、または水を除いた接合化合物合計の乾燥重量0.005%重量%で試験された。図4に示す表3を参照されたい。

3つの異なるスパッキング化合物の配合が使用された:Mg(OH)2あり、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)あり、またはZnOまたはMg(OH)2なし。図5の表4を参照されたい。
Claims (10)
- 基材を仕上げ、かつ/または基材にパッチを当てるための方法であって、
a)水を除いて、接合化合物またはスパックル化合物合計の0.001重量%~5重量%の量の研磨指示薬を含む前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物を前記基材に塗布することと、
b)目視検査によって、かつ/またはセンサを用いて、空気/接合化合物の表面の第1の色を検出することであって、前記空気/接合化合物表面の前記第1の色の存在が、前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物が乾燥もしくは固化したことを示し、前記第1の色が、前記基材の色と区別可能であり、前記空気/接合化合物表面の前記第1の色はまた、前記空気/接合化合物表面の下の前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物の第2の色と区別可能である、検出することと、
c)前記第1の色が前記空気/接合化合物の表面から除去されるまで、前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物の前記乾燥した空気/接合化合物表面を研磨することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記基材が、壁板アセンブリ、石膏壁板、石膏繊維板、内壁、外壁、天井タイル、床下敷き、床パネル、建設ジョイント、ジョイントテープ、釘および/もしくはねじ頭、セメント質ブロック、木材、モルタル、ガラス、金属、アルミニウム、プラスチック、レンガ、石、紙、セラミックタイル、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨指示薬が、以下、ムレキシド、クレゾールレッド、m-クレゾールパープル、ブロモキシレノール、チモールブルー、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の色を検出することが、プロセッサと通信するセンサで前記第1の色を検出することを含み、前記プロセッサは、前記センサが前記第1の色が除去されたことを検出し、かつ/または前記センサが第2の色を検出するまで、研磨機によって、前記第1の色を有する前記表面の前記研磨を開始する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水を除いた、接合化合物またはスパックル化合物合計の0.001重量%~5重量%の量の研磨指示薬を含み、前記接合化合物またはスパックル化合物が、前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物が乾燥もしくは固化した後に空気/接合化合物表面に第1の色を示し、前記第1の色が、前記空気/接合化合物表面の下の前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物の第2の色と区別可能である、接合化合物またはスパックル化合物。
- 前記研磨指示薬が、以下、ムレキシド、クレゾールレッド、m-クレゾールパープル、ブロモキシレノール、チモールブルー、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項5に記載の接合化合物またはスパックル化合物。
- 前記接合化合物または前記スパックル化合物が、少なくとも1つの充填剤および少なくとも1つの結合剤をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の接合化合物またはスパックル化合物。
- 基材を仕上げるか、または基材にパッチを当てるための付属製品であって、以下、ムレキシド、クレゾールレッド、m-クレゾールパープル、ブロモキシレノール、チモールブルー、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせのうちの1つ以上を含む研磨指示薬を含み、前記研磨指示薬が接合化合物またはスパックル化合物と混合するため添加され、前記付属製品が、以下、溶媒、安定剤、担体、硬化活性剤、またはそれらの任意の混合物のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、付属製品。
- 前記硬化活性剤が、硫酸亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛水和物、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸アンモニウムアルミニウム、硫酸カリウムアルミニウム、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項8に記載の付属製品。
- 乾燥型接合化合物組成物、硬化型接合化合物組成物またはスパックル化合物組成物を、以下の化合物:ムレキシド、クレゾールレッド、m-クレゾールパープル、ブロモキシレノール、チモールブルー、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせのうちの1つ以上と、水を除いた、前記接合化合物またはスパックル化合物合計の0.001重量%~5重量%の量で混合することを含む、請求項5に記載の接合化合物またはスパックル化合物を製造する方法。
