Claims (20)
- 外科装置であって、
縦軸と末端と基端と前記縦軸を通って延在する流体管とを有する細長い本体と、
前記末端の近くに配置され第1流量の流体の流れを許すように働きうる流体入口と、
前記末端の近くに配置された切断要素と、
前記基端の近くに配置された流体出口であって、前記流体入口と前記流体管を介して流体連通する流体出口と、
前記細長い本体によって前記末端近くに画定された少なくとも1つの穿孔であって、前記流体管と流体連通する少なくとも1つの穿孔と
を備える外科装置。 - 前記流体出口に隣接して前記細長い本体と回転可能に結合された回り継手部分であって、前記流体管と流体連通するソケットを備える回り継手部分と、
前記ソケット内に少なくとも部分的に配置され前記ソケットと流体連通するボール部分と、
前記ボール部分と結合され前記ボール部分と流体連通する第2流体管と
を更に備える請求項1記載の外科装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの穿孔は前記流体入口より小さい面積を有する隙間を画定する、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの穿孔は第2流量の流体の流れを許すように働くことが可能で、前記第1流量は前記第2流量より大きい、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの穿孔は外側開口及び内側開口を有し、前記外側開口は前記内側開口よりも前記末端の近くに配置されている、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記切断要素は前記末端から延びる電極を備える、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記切断要素は前記末端から延びる超音波刃を備える、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記切断要素は光学ファイバーを備える、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記流体管と流体的に結合された真空チューブと、
前記真空チューブと流体的に結合され流体の流れを生成するように動作可能な真空源と
を更に備える請求項2記載の外科装置。 - 前記細長い本体に結合され前記切断要素を制御するように働きうる第1ボタン及び第2ボタンを更に備える請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記第1ボタンは第1動力レベルを作動するように働くことが可能で、前記第2ボタンは第2動力レベルを作動するように働くことが可能である、請求項10記載の外科装置。
- 前記細長い本体によって前記基端近くに画定された第2の少なくとも1つの穿孔であって、前記流体管と流体連通する第2の少なくとも1つの穿孔を更に備える請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 前記細長い本体は、前記少なくとも1つの穿孔と前記第2の少なくとも1つの穿孔の間に配置され前記流体管と流体連通する第3の少なくとも1つの穿孔を画定する、請求項12記載の外科装置。
- 前記流体入口は前記切断要素の近傍の流体を捕捉するように働くことが可能で、前記少なくとも1つの穿孔は前記切断要素から隔たった流体を捕捉するように働くことが可能である、請求項1記載の外科装置。
- 外科装置であって、
基端及び末端を有する細長い本体と、
前記末端の近くに配置された流体入口と、
前記末端の近くに配置された切断要素と、
前記基端の近くに配置された流体出口であって、前記流体入口と流体管を介して流体連通する流体出口と、
前記細長い本体によって前記末端近くに画定された複数の穿孔であって、前記流体管と流体連通する複数の穿孔と
を備える外科装置。 - 前記細長い本体によって画定された前記複数の穿孔は、前記末端と前記基端の間の前記細長い本体の長さに沿って位置する、請求項15記載の外科装置。
- 前記細長い本体は上部と底部を画定し、前記複数の穿孔は前記上部に沿って位置する、請求項15記載の外科装置。
- 準備する方法であって、
基端及び末端を有する細長い本体と、前記末端の近くに配置された流体入口と、前記末端の近くに配置された切断要素と、前記基端の近くに配置され前記流体入口と流体管を介して流体連通する流体出口と、前記細長い本体によって前記末端近くに画定され前記流体管と流体連通する少なくとも1つの穿孔とを備える外科装置を準備するステップと、
前記流体出口と流体連通する真空源を準備するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの穿孔は、前記流体入口により捕捉されなかったプルームの少なくとも一部を捕捉する、請求項18記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの穿孔は外側開口及び内側開口を有し、前記外側開口は前記内側開口よりも前記末端の近くに配置されている、請求項18記載の方法。
