Abstract
Description

Claims (20)

- 前記有効量の神経型一酸化窒素合成酵素(nNOS)の前記阻害剤は、PD-L1発現量の減少を含む前記被験者の免疫治療応答を誘導するのに有効である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者は黒色腫を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者は黒色腫を有し、IFN-γ刺激による黒色腫進行の発症を示しているまたは発症する危険がある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者は黒色腫を有し、nNOS発現レベルの上昇によって特徴づけられる黒色腫の発症を示している又は発症する危険がある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者は黒色腫を有し、プログラム死リガンド1(PD-L1)発現レベルの上昇によって特徴づけられる黒色腫の発症を示している又は発症する危険がある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者にIFN-αを投与することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- PD-L1阻害剤又はプログラム死受容体―1(PD-1)阻害剤を前記被験者に投与することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者にダカルバジンを投与することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者にテモゾロミドを投与することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 必要とする被験者に対して免疫治療を施す方法であって、前記方法は、前記被験者の免疫治療応答を誘導するために有効量の神経型一酸化窒素合成酵素(nNOS)阻害剤を前記被験者に投与することを含む、方法。
- 前記免疫治療応答には、プログラム死リガンド1(PD-L1)発現量の減少が含まれる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者は、nNOS発現レベルの上昇によって特徴づけられる疾患又は障害を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
