Claims (33)

- 前記犠牲スペーサ層がAl2O3からなる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。

前記金属スタックに開口を形成すること、

- 前記共形スペーサ層が、プラズマ励起化学気相成長法(PECVD)によって形成される、請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記共形スペーサ層が、アモルファスシリコン(α-Si),SiO2,SiON,およびSiNの群から選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記共形スペーサ層が、原子層堆積(ALD)によって形成される、請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法。

前記第1および第2の金属層のうちの少なくとも1つのアンダーカット領域を充填する封入スペーサ材料と、
前記サンプルウェルの前記底面上にのみ選択的に形成されたビオチン機能性部分構造と、を備え、前記ビオチン機能性部分構造は、生体分子を付着させるように構成される、デバイス。 - 前記金属スタックが、少なくとも1つのアルミニウム含有層と、少なくとも1つのチタン含有層とからなる、請求項22に記載のデバイス。
- 前記封入スペーサ材料が、アモルファスシリコン(α-Si),SiO2,SiON,およびSiNの群から選択される、請求項22または請求項23に記載のデバイス。
