Abstract
Description
-試薬混合物を作製するために、生分解性ポリマー、核剤と、分枝剤及び/又は架橋剤との混合物を投入する投入ステップ。
-混合物を加熱する加熱ステップ。
-混合物に物理的発泡剤を供給する供給ステップ。
-本発明の実施形態による生分解性発泡基体を形成するために、混合物を実質的に完全に押し出す押出ステップ。
Claims (21)
- 生分解性ポリマーと核剤とを含む植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体であって、
前記生分解性ポリマーがポリエステル及び/又は芳香族ポリマーであり、
当該生分解性発泡基体が植物の生育を可能にする連続気泡構造を有する、植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。 - 水銀圧入式ポロシメトリー又はガス物理吸着法に従って測定した場合、前記連続気泡構造が少なくとも50%の連続気泡含有量を含む、請求項1に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 全平均サイズが0.001~3.0ミリメートル、好ましくは0.01~2.0ミリメートル、より好ましくは0.01~1.5ミリメートルの範囲内であるセルを更に含み、
前記セルが、互いに連結された空洞である、請求項1又は2に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。 - 前記生分解性ポリマーが、ポリブチレンセバケートテレフタレート及び/又はポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートの群から選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記生分解性ポリマーが、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、ポリ乳酸、ポリブチレンサクシネートの群のうちの1つ以上である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記ポリエステル及び/又は前記芳香族ポリマーが、分枝及び/又は架橋されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記核剤が、タルク、セルロース、ハイドロタルサイト、水酸化カルシウム、炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、重炭酸カリウム、炭酸アルミニウム、重炭酸アルミニウム、炭酸カルシウム、重炭酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸カルシウム、又はそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記生分解性発泡基体が、一体押出発泡である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 水銀圧入式ポロシメトリー又はガス物理吸着法に従って測定した場合、前記生分解性発泡基体の前記連続気泡含有量が少なくとも70%であり、
水銀圧入式ポロシメトリー又はガス物理吸着法に従って測定した場合、好ましくは前記生分解性発泡基体の前記連続気泡含有量が少なくとも80%であり、
水銀圧入式ポロシメトリー又はガス物理吸着法に従って測定した場合、より好ましくは前記生分解性発泡基体の前記連続気泡含有量が少なくとも90%であり、
水銀圧入式ポロシメトリー又はガス物理吸着法に従って測定した場合、最も好ましくは前記生分解性発泡基体の前記連続気泡含有量が少なくとも95%である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。 - 前記生分解性発泡基体の全細孔容積が5~100cm3 g-1の範囲内であり、好ましくは5~50cm3 g-1の範囲内であり、より好ましくは5~25cm3 g-1の範囲内である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記生分解性発泡基体が、最大60℃以下のガラス転移温度であり、好ましくは最大30℃以下のガラス転移温度であり、より好ましくは最大0℃以下のガラス転移温度であり、最も好ましくは最大-20℃以下のガラス転移温度である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記発泡基体の密度が、10kg m-3~200kg m-3の範囲内であり、より好ましくは20kg m-3~90kg m-3の範囲内であり、更に好ましくは30kg m-3~70kg m-3の範囲内であり、最も好ましくは約50kg m-3である、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 前記生分解性ポリマーの重量平均分子量が10,000g mol-1~1,000,000g mol-1の範囲内であり、好ましくは前記生分解性ポリマーの重量平均分子量が10,000g mol-1~500,000g mol-1の範囲内であり、より好ましくは前記生分解性ポリマーの重量平均分子量が20,000g mol-1~250,000g mol-1の範囲内であり、最も好ましくは前記生分解性ポリマーの重量平均分子量が30,000g mol-1~150,000g mol-1の範囲内である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 添加剤を更に含み、
前記添加剤が、パーライト、バーミキュライト、ナノクレイ、塩、セルロース繊維、麻繊維、綿繊維、ココナッツ繊維、ポリエチレングリコール、ポロキサマー、界面活性剤、植物栄養素、糖類、又はそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。 - 前記セルロース繊維が、通常のセルロース繊維、超微細セルロース繊維、ナノ結晶セルロース繊維、ナノフィブリルセルロース繊維、表面改質セルロース繊維、又はこれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項14に記載の植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体。
- 植物生育システムであって、
植物と、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の生分解性発泡基体とを保持するための保持ユニットを含み、
前記保持ユニットは、好ましくは容器であり、より好ましくは少なくとも1つの開口端を有する容器である、植物生育システム。 - 下記ステップを含む、植物生育用の生分解性発泡基体の製造方法。
-試薬混合物を形成するために、生分解性ポリマーと、核剤と、分枝剤及び/又は架橋剤との混合物を投入する投入ステップ
-前記混合物を加熱する加熱ステップ
-前記混合物に物理的発泡剤を供給する供給ステップ
-請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の生分解性発泡基体を形成するために、前記混合物を実質的に完全に押し出す押出ステップ - 前記加熱ステップ前に、添加剤を加える添加ステップを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記物理的発泡剤は、二酸化炭素、窒素、アルゴン、MTBE、空気、(イソ)ペンタン、プロパン、ブタン、それらの類似物又はそれらの混合物である、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記分枝剤及び/又は前記架橋剤を投入することが、ジクミルペルオキシド、ジ-tert-ブチルペルオキシド、tert-ブチルペルオキシベンゾエート、tert-パーオキシアセテート、ブタジエン、ブタジエン由来のポリマー、ジビニルベンゼン、ベンゾキノン、硫化フルフリル、それらの類似物又はそれらの混合物を投入することを含む、請求項17、18又は19に記載の方法。
- 前記押出ステップは、一体押出発泡基体を形成するための単押出ステップを含む、請求項17~20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
