Claims (4)
- 契約しようとする対象の契約事項の入力を受ける入力モジュールと、
前記対象の契約時に位置情報をリアルタイム収集する位置情報収集モジュールと、
前記入力モジュールによって入力が受けられた契約事項及び前記位置情報収集モジュールでリアルタイム収集された契約時の位置情報を用いて契約書を生成する契約書生成モジュールと、
前記契約書生成モジュールで生成された契約書を暗号化してブロックチェーン(blockchain)を生成するブロックチェーン生成モジュールと、
前記ブロックチェーン生成モジュールで生成されたブロックチェーンをネットワーク上に分散格納するように、P2P方式で他の端末に送信するブロックチェーン分散格納制御モジュールと、
を含む、位置情報を用いたブロックチェーン方式の契約端末。 - 前記ブロックチェーン生成モジュールは、前記ブロックチェーンの各ブロックをハッシュ関数(Hash function)を用いて暗号化するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の位置情報を用いたブロックチェーン方式の契約端末。
- 入力モジュールが、契約しようとする対象の契約事項の入力を受けるステップと、
位置情報収集モジュールが前記対象の契約時に位置情報をリアルタイム収集するステップと、
契約書生成モジュールが、前記入力モジュールによって入力が受けられた契約事項及び前記位置情報収集モジュールでリアルタイム収集された契約時の位置情報を用いて契約書を生成するステップと、
ブロックチェーン生成モジュールが、前記契約書生成モジュールで生成された契約書を暗号化してブロックチェーンを生成するステップと、
ブロックチェーン分散格納制御モジュールが、前記ブロックチェーン生成モジュールで生成されたブロックチェーンをネットワーク上に分散格納するように、P2P方式で他の端末に送信するステップをと、
含む、位置情報を用いたブロックチェーン方式の契約方法。 - 前記ブロックチェーン生成モジュールが、前記契約書生成モジュールで生成された契約書を暗号化してブロックチェーンを生成するステップは、前記ブロックチェーンの各ブロックをハッシュ関数を用いて暗号化するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の位置情報を用いたブロックチェーン方式の契約方法。
