Claims (7)
- 付加製造プロセスにおける粉体堆積機構のための装置(100)であって、
a.順方向のみに移動するように構成された、少なくとも2つのベルト駆動サイクリック・アーム(101)であって、前記サイクリック・アーム(101)の動きは、第1のアーム(101a)が可動位置にあり、同時に第2のアーム(101b)が静止位置にあるようなものであり、前記デュアル・ベルト駆動サイクリック・アーム(101)の順方向は、付加製造プロセスを加速し、前記サイクリック・アーム(101)の順方向は、デブリ及び不純物を一方向のみに動かして、コーティングのたびに処理ゾーンから取り出されることを保証し、プログラマブル論理制御装置(PLC)は、前記アーム(101)の動きを制御する、少なくとも2つのベルト駆動サイクリック・アーム(101)と、
b.互いに平行である少なくとも2つのフレーム(102)を接続する、デュアル・リコータ・アームと、
c.前記サイクリック・アーム(101a、101b)の速度を調整するように構成され、前記サイクリック・アーム(101a、101b)の制限位置を検出する、少なくとも1つの速度調整モジュールと、
d.アーム(101a、101b)が制限位置、又は機械的要件による所定の位置に達したとき、信号を送信するように構成された、複数の位置スイッチと、
e.垂直面のリコーティング・アーム(101a、101b)を水平面に変換するよう、及びその逆に変換するように構成され、自動リコータ・アーム変更機構の助けとなる、垂直ループと、
f.堆積した粉体を集積するように構成された粉体床を有する、ビルド可動ビルト・プラットフォームであって、クランプ体(104)及びアイドラ(105)を使用して前記デュアル・リコータ・アーム(101a、101b)に連結され、前記プラットフォームにおけるディスペンサが上下に動いて粉体を前記プラットフォームに拡散し、ディスペンサ・アップ機構は、ビルド・プラットフォームを下げること、粉体の分配、粉体のコーティング、及びレーザ溶融を含む、ビルド可動ビルト・プラットフォームと
を備える、装置(100)。 - 前記サイクリック・アーム(101a、101b)は前記ベルト(107)に連結され、前記ベルト(107)は、モータに接続されたプーリによって駆動される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記モータは、駆動回路によって制御される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ベルト(107)は、前記粉体床のタイミング制御を制御する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 取り外し可能に装着できるコーティング・ブレードは、前記アーム(101a、101b)に連結される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ディスペンサ機構のタイミング及びプラットフォームは、PLCによって制御される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 取り外し可能に装着された複数のブレードは、前記アーム(101a、101b)に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
