Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 石油精製プロセスにおける開放バルブまたは隔離バルブで使用するためのバルブ封止システムであって、
前記バルブの本体に固定可能に取り付けられた台座部基部構造体と、
バルブブラインド部の輪郭と共に動くことができるように、前記台座部基部構造体に移動可能に取り付けられた動的台座部と、
前記台座部基部構造体と前記動的台座部との間の封止部を維持しながら前記動的台座部の動きと共に撓むことができるように、前記台座部基部構造体および前記動的台座部に取り付けられた蛇腹封止部とを備えるバルブ封止システム。 - 前記動的台座部を前記台座部基部構造体から離れるように付勢するように配置された複数のばねをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な前記動的台座部の動きを制限するための少なくとも1つのリストリクタをさらに備え、前記リストリクタが、前記台座部基部構造体から離れる方向への前記動的台座部の動きを制限する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リストリクタが、前記台座部基部構造体に向かう方向の前記動的台座部の動きをさらに制限する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記リストリクタが、前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的に、前記動的台座部の中心軸の周りの前記動的台座部の回転をさらに制限する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記蛇腹封止部が、前記台座部基部構造体および前記動的台座部に溶接される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記蛇腹部が、前記動的台座部内のバター通過層に溶接される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記蛇腹部が、インコネルおよびモネルからなる組から選択される材料から作られる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動的台座部内に少なくとも1つのパッキン押え部をさらに備え、前記パッキン押え部が、パッキン材料を受け入れるように成形され、前記パッキン材料を内側入れ子部と接触させて保持するように位置決めされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リストリクタが、第1の端部および第2の端部に突起を有する少なくとも1つのフランジを有し、前記突起が、前記台座部基部構造体および前記動的台座部の凹部に係合する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 蛇腹部凹部をさらに備え、前記蛇腹部が、前記台座部基部構造体と前記動的台座部と内側入れ子部との間の前記蛇腹部凹部内にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記台座部基部構造体、前記動的台座部、および前記蛇腹封止部が、円形であり、バルブ開口部の周りすべてに延びている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 石油精製プロセスにおける開放バルブまたは隔離バルブで使用するためのバルブ封止システムであって、
前記開放バルブまたは前記隔離バルブの本体に固定可能に取り付けられた台座部基部構造体と、
バルブブラインド部の輪郭と共に動くことができるように、前記台座部基部構造体に移動可能に取り付けられた動的台座部と、
前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な前記動的台座部の動きを制限するためのリストリクタであって、前記リストリクタ上のフランジが、前記台座部基部構造体内の基部突起、および前記動的台座部内の台座部突起と係合して、前記動きを制限する、リストリクタとを備えるバルブ封止システム。 - 前記リストリクタの全長が、前記台座部基部構造体に向かう前記動的台座部の動きを最大値に制限する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記リストリクタのフランジ間長さが、リストリクタフランジを位置決めして、前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な前記動的台座部の動きを最大値に制限する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記リストリクタのフランジ間長さが、前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な前記動的台座部の動きを最大値に制限するようにリストリクタフランジを位置決めし、前記リストリクタの全長が、前記台座部基部構造体に向かう前記動的台座部の動きを最大値に制限する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記台座部基部構造体の凹部の幅に対して相対的な前記リストリクタの幅が、前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な軸を中心とした前記動的台座部の回転を最大値に制限する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 蛇腹封止部をさらに備え、前記リストリクタのフランジ間長さが、リストリクタフランジを位置決めして、前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な前記動的台座部の動きを蛇腹封止部の最大弾性変形値に制限する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 蛇腹封止部をさらに備え、前記リストリクタのフランジ間長さが、リストリクタフランジを位置決めして、前記台座部基部構造体に対して相対的な前記動的台座部の位置を、前記蛇腹封止部を溶接できる位置に制限する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記動的台座部内に少なくとも1つのパッキン押え部をさらに備え、前記パッキン押え部が、パッキン材料を受け入れるように成形され、前記パッキン材料を内側入れ子部と接触させて保持するように位置決めされる、請求項13に記載のシステム。
