Abstract
Description
そのため、この装置で製造された酸化剤溶液は、触媒活性を持つイオンの作用下で、自然に分解される結果として、数日以内に、その生物活性を失う。この技術的解決手段のさらなる欠点は、電気化学反応器の電極室を、様々な種類の酸化有機化合物から定期的に浄化する必要があることであり、この有機化合物は、最初の塩溶液を製造するために使用される岩塩や、イオン交換樹脂を用いた軟水化のための装置から下流の水に少量含まれていることがある。電気化学反応器の浄化プロセスの合間には,電気化学反応器内の堆積物の形成により経時的に悪化する運転条件に運転パラメータを適合させることによって,電気化学システムの設定された運転パラメータを定期的に変更する必要がある。これらの運転には、軟水化装置、塩溶液製造装置、調整装置など、酸化剤溶液を合成するための集積された技術的電気化学システムの構成部品であるすべての周辺装置に、運転担当者が注意を向け、時間を費やすことが必要である。

Claims (1)
- 水と塩化ナトリウム溶液から酸化剤溶液を合成するための電気化学システムであって、
管状セラミック限外濾過隔膜(4)を有する隔膜電気分解装置(4)、
電解ガスを分離するための対応する分離容器(10、21)を有し、カソード液およびアノード液を冷却するための熱交換装置(20)を有する循環回路、
塩水溶液を圧力下で隔膜電気分解装置(4)のアノード室(5)に供給するための装置であって、
前記装置は、塩を溶解するための容器(9)を有する定量ポンプ(7)、及び電気化学的アノード反応の湿ったガス状生成物を真水の水流に溶解して酸化剤溶液を得るための装置を有する装置、
アノード室(5)内の過圧を安定させるための装置、
酸化剤溶液のための収集容器(14)、及び
カソード回路の分離容器(21)から合成される酸化剤溶液にカソード液を定量的に供給するための手段
を備え、
フィルタ(19)が、前記電気化学的アノード反応の湿ったガス状生成物を溶解するための装置に真水を供給する供給ラインに配置され、
そのフィルタの上流に、カソード回路の分離容器(21)からフィルタ(19)に流れる水流へとカソード液を定量的に導入するための手段が、真水供給ラインに設置され、
塩の溶解が、酸化剤溶液のための収集容器(14)から塩溶解容器(9)に酸化剤溶液を定量的に供給する手段を用いて、塩水溶液をアノード室(5)に供給する装置の容器(9)内で、酸化剤溶液中で進行し、
その出口には、塩溶液を圧力下で電気分解装置のアノード室(5)に供給するための定量ポンプ(7)の入口に接続されたフィルタ(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする、電気化学システム。
