Description
Claims (18)
- 手術装置であって、
遠位端部と近位端部とを有し、長手方向軸線を規定する細長体と、
前記細長体の前記長手方向軸線を通って延在し、ガス状流体吸収材料を有する流体導管と、
前記遠位端部に隣接して配置された流体入口と
前記遠位端部に隣接して配置されたカッティング部材と、
前記近位端部に隣接して配置された流体出口と
を有し、前記流体入口および前記流体出口は、前記流体導管を介して流体連通されている、
手術装置。 - 前記流体導管は、前記ガス状流体吸収材料が含浸された多孔性材料を有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記流体導管は多孔性ポリマーを有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記多孔性ポリマーは焼結されたポリマーを有する、請求項3記載の手術装置。
- 前記ガス状流体吸収材料は活性炭を有する、請求項2記載の手術装置。
- 前記流体導管は、前記細長体から取り外されるように機能可能なチューブを有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記チューブは、前記細長体からの前記チューブの取り外し中に前記カッティング部材を収容するように機能可能なスロットを有する、請求項6記載の手術装置。
- 前記ガス状流体吸収材料は吸着剤である、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記流体導管は、半径方向内面を有するチューブと、前記チューブの半径方向内面と結合された吸収材料と、前記吸収材料の半径方向内面と結合された浸透性ポリマーと有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記流体導管は、前記吸収材料から成る軸線方向に離間された複数のリングを有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記カッティング部材は、前記遠位端部から延在する電極を有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記装置はさらに、前記流体導管と流体接続された真空チューブと、前記真空チューブと流体接続され、流体の流れを引き起こすように動作可能な真空源とをさらに有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 前記流体導管は殺菌性金属を有する、請求項1記載の手術装置。
- 手術装置であって、

を有し、前記流体入口および前記流体出口は、前記流体導管を介して流体連通されている、
手術装置。 - 前記殺菌性金属は銀イオンである、請求項14記載の手術装置。
- 前記流体導管は、前記殺菌性金属が含浸された多孔性ポリマーを有する、請求項14記載の手術装置。
- 外科手術方法であって、
遠位端部と近位端部とを有し、長手方向軸線を規定する細長体と、
前記細長体の長手方向軸線を通って延在し、ガス状流体吸収材料が含浸された多孔性材料を有する流体導管と、
前記遠位端部に隣接して配置されたカッティング部材と、
前記流体導管と流体接続された真空源とを有する
手術装置を提供するステップと、
組織をカットするステップであって、その際にプルームが発生し、前記プルームを少なくとも部分的に前記流体導管へ伝搬させるステップと、
前記流体導管を通って伝搬される前記プルームの一部分を前記ガス状流体吸収材料において吸収するステップと
