Claims (7)
- 手術部位に関する体腔の排気のための装置であって、

前記出口と流体接続され、前記入口、前記空洞部および前記出口を通して体腔からの液体および粒子のうちの少なくとも一方を引き出すように動作可能であり、前記トロカールは、真空を発生させていないときに、前記入口、前記空洞部および前記出口を通る液体および粒子のうち少なくとも一方の流れを受動的に可能にする、真空源と
を有する、排気のための装置。 - 前記トロカールおよび前記真空源は、前記入口、前記空洞部および前記排出ポートを通る0mmHg~22mmHg(0hPa~約29hPa)の正圧流量を供給するように機能可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタは濾材膜を有する、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記真空源は、100mmHg~600mmHg(約133hPa~約799hPa)の圧力を供給するように動作可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタは、繊維、ガラスおよび不織布材料のうちの少なくとも1つから成る、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記排出ポートは、第1のポジションでは液体および粒子のうちの少なくとも一方の流れを可能にし、第2のポジションでは液体および粒子のうちの少なくとも一方の流れを妨げるように機能可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- トロカールアセンブリであって、
遠位端部と近位端部とにより画定された、長手方向軸線を有する中空体であって、前記中空体の前記長手方向軸線を通って延在する空洞部を規定する、中空体と、
出口と、
前記遠位端部に配置された入口と、
前記近位端部に配置され、前記空洞部により前記入口と流体接続されている排出ポートと、
前記空洞部内に配置され、フィルタを保持するように機能可能であり、該フィルタは、前記空洞部を通過する流れから、手術部位に関する体腔からの(i)液体をフィルタリングするように機能可能な、前記空洞部内に保持された液体トラップと(ii)粒子状物質をフィルタリングするように機能可能な、前記空洞部内に保持された濾材とを有し、前記トロカールアセンブリは、前記出口に流体接続された真空源が真空を発生させていないときに、前記入口、前記空洞部および前記出口を通る、手術部位に関する体腔からの液体および粒子のうち少なくとも一方の流れを受動的に可能にする、フィルタホルダと
を有する、トロカールアセンブリ。
